My application for renewal of driving license, change in address and issue of duplicate license stuck in Delhi mall road RTO from the past 1 month and is not moving from the last 1 month. I have applied for dl in February 2023 and i can track all the steps completed successfully (Check status photo) except "dispatch of the dl and psv badge". It's 26.02.2023 today and still, i have not received my dl. Plz, help me related to this concern. I want to contact customer care but i am unable to find any contact.

On 20/02/2023 i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at up13 Bulandshahr rural rto, but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 25/02/2023. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

[protected] is the application id and pending at printing level and its more than a month now need support as not possible tor me to visit RTO on daily basis as i visited there they said need not to worry it will be done but still pending

I have given my driving test on 20 February 2023 and today its 24th February 2023.
My licence is stuck at printing stage from past two weeks. I request you to please look after my application as rto authorities promised that licence will be reached out at home within a month, but its 5 days and my licence is yet to be printed.

Came here for driving license test and the officer is not yet here the timing was given me at 12pm to 1 pm as per the scheduled.

I, Shruti Nagrare, applied for the learning licence on 24/01/2023 with application no.[protected]. it has been a month now and still my approval is pending. Even if I passed the test in first attempt the RTO authority still put my application status of scrutiny, Approval and printing of learning licence on pending .
Please do the needful thing as soon as possible as I need the license earliest.

I am ANKIT Singh, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO BARABANKI UP(41) uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 09/02/2023, Its been 13days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

4/2/23 my driving licence is approved but I don't receive my DL yet.
My rto is raisen mp. And when I visit rto officer say physical card not available and in whole Over mp it's shortage.
Please resolve card problem and post my DL.

While applying an international driving license from Andhra pradesh prakasam district. they didn't inform
don't have cards. After taking money and now they are telling Gove changed the process, now we don't have formatto print.

Do they don't have knowledge accepting applications.

This is not even acceptable.

I bought an i10 2010 car from the dealer and after i have registered the car on my own after the purchase. But the problem is i am not able to get PUC certificate of my vehicle .

Hi, my DL was expired in July 2022 and no notification was received for renewal as an reminder, neither through that Parivahan app nor by post. When I noticed, i immediately applied for renewal thinking the online method would be convenient in this new digital India but it's all farce!

I applied and successfully submitted the documents and fees on 21-Sep-2022 and was about to escalate since there was no status update for 2 months but luckily just before 2 months completion i received text message informing that the scrutiny of DL has been successfully completed on 18-Nov-2022.

Now it has been 3 months complete since then but nothing has moved and just it shows APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL and COUNTER as IMVCNT12.

Last time I had tried to raise complaint through Parivahan app but didn't get any update on it.

Moreover, the Parivahan website strictly displayed no need to visit RTO for online renewals.

I tried speaking to two local traffic cops here but they were clueless too about the online process and asked me to visit RTO and check.

Now, just unable to understand that what is to be done!!! And as a last resort if have to visit the RTO or even keep raising such complaints then what purpose does this online renewal process serve! Is this what digital India about, nothing but an useless gimmick?

My name is Abhijit Jha and my application number is[protected]. I passed the test of Learner License on 09/02/2023 in the first attempt only but I was giving the test via mobile and don't know somehow it went for approval from Licensing Authority. It has been more than 10 working days now and they haven't approved my learner license.

I emailed the concerned RTO department Pimpri Chinchwad ( MH 14 ) and lodged a complaint on the Saarthi Portal but nothing happened.

There is no meaning of such websites offered by government if the working authority is not working properly.

Kindly request you to please look into this and do the needful asap.

I am Akash i, I have applied for learning license of LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1), I passed the test on 18/02/2023, but seems some issue and approval of LL by licensing authority is pending on counter FLAPROVAL2.

I had applied for an online learning license, but later I updated my Aadhar card, and there was a mismatch between the address on my application and the one on my Aadhar card. After completing all the processes and paying the fees of 200 rupees, I could not access the learning test and received an error message instructing me to visit the RTO office with original documents. When I went to the RTO office with all the documents, they told me that I had to cancel my application and submit a new one. I canceled my application and submitted a new one, but I lost 200 rupees, and I believe that I am not responsible for this loss because humans can make mistakes when filling out forms, and I had to update my Aadhar card, which led to the cancellation of my application. I want my money back, but the RTO officials are not providing a clear answer and are causing me a lot of stress.

I had renewed my license KA03 [protected] and approval was done on 5th July 2022. From that day it is showing that application is in printing stage in form 7. It is more than 6 months now. I need the license printed and despatched immediately.

After expiry of long period, i have not received the renewed driving licence till now.it's an very urgent for me because i want to apply international driving licence just now as i am going to abroad very soon(in the last of this month, tickets already arranged). Kindly make an early arrangement, the receipt, of renewed licence so i can apply for IDL.
