After entering the details on learning license test and clicking on authenticate, the test is stuck at face authentication in progress, and is stuck forever and does not proceed further. My camera is on and i have good network connectivity. Also my face is clearly visible without any glasses/masks and there is no one else in background as well.
Still it does not proceed further.
Please check and help me to authenticate facebr...

I have my license issued from Telangana RTA and they have said to have done backlog entry so that I can get it transferred to Gujatat Ahmedabad RTO.

This Raghu raising complaint about missing our imported document which posted in Speed Post from RTO office

Our new vehicle RC card is posted from RTO office dated 19/6/2022 tracking No. EK[protected]IN (vehicle no. KA01JQ1303) in Speed Post...

But we are not received that document from speed post and we r enquired in RTO office about document, they said enquiry in near Post office only

Since past 3 months we are roaming around Gali Anjaneya ward post office and RTO office Kormanagala enquiry about our document, they r not giving any information about our document pls let us know the exact information about our document, it's very important document

I have given dl test on 30 dec 2022 and passed. But now it's 23 march i have not receive dl and 3 stage are pending, approval of dl is also pending
I request to pls speed up and make sure my dl stage is completed

I am Saurabh Ashok Gawali, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Nagpur East, I passed the test on 22/02/2023, Its been 28 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

Sir my name is Rajnish Kumar tripathi.My DL is approved on 10 January 2023 (Application no. [protected]) . But still I didn't get my DL .it usually take 1 to 2 weeks . And when I checking at up parivahan official site it is showing allotment information unavailable but the customer cares o[censored]p parivahan told that they have no information regarding this .. please help me

Hi i have completed all process of driving licence in RTO Jaunpur at 04/03/2023.
but still it is showing pending
my DL application number is [protected].

It's been more than 2 months my driving license is still at the processing stage of printing of dl in form 7.
My driving license was approved on 17 Jan 2023.

In 2020 i got shifted from bangalore to pune, so change of bike number i have submitted my original RC and NOC to Vishala Sonawane on Nov 2020 with an amount if 17, 000 Rs.
Now he is not even returning the documents or money. I am stuck in between as i need NOC to sell my bike

Hi Team,

I had purchased 2-wheeler from first owner in 2017 and, whenever renewing Insurence and using parivahan.gov.in services to update mobile number and others showing that " Vehicle is registered in Multiple RTOs/States" both the registrations are in Active state and still shows first owner as Active.
