Vehicle rc not received even after 3 months

I had made a payment for my driving licence on 21 july 2017, application number being granted[protected], on the day of my driving test the agent mentions that there occured some problem in the online transaction and i had to repay the amount, i repay the amount on application number being[protected], i reconfirmed with my bank and my previous payment was confirmed, hence double payment levied for my driving licence, henceforth i request for a refund for double payment for driving licence of rs.1077.

Why in the nanded rto office all employes come not mentioned in time... Only few employes come and work... 80% employes absent at the time of 12.. What reason.. Every people come and wait for his work... But rto nanded waste their time so much... And also whos work fast thoes who hier ajent... Beacause employers take some bribe and work faster but another common man not responce...

I applied for new rc to remove hypothecation from existing rc after clearing the loan. I applied on august 2017, till now i didn't get that card even after 3 months.

Old rc also taken and new one not received, how can we manage with out original rc for these many days. Are the rules accept to drive the vehicles without rc, even if we have all the documents some of the police are asking about originals for robbing ordinary public pockets. They do not listen and accept these bloody stupid things why do we don't have.

I have submitted my credentials on 23/09/17 and it was said that within 10 days my ll will arrive. Today is 17/11/17 and ll has not arrived yet. I have contacted them they said that your ll hasbeen dispatched from here on 29/09/17 and your ll no. Is this and told me that i should contact to my near postoffice. I contacted there but they said there's no such post arrived yet. (A week ago they have also posted my pan so it's quite true that my ll hasn't arrived there) please anyone look into this matter as soon as possible. Because i am college student pursuing llb hons and it is difficult for me travel without ll.

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I Sri Ram Krishna Bhakat of malda, West Bengal having a driving licence of motor cycle and light motor vehicle which is renewal at 12/2017. And for that I am going to RTO Malda office on 09.11.2017 but the officers return 10 times for the process and told that we do not work on renewal of licence and give time for next day and they return me 10 times from that date. So I am helpless to do the renewal.
Please do help in that matter.

I am j prashanth, i was owning a vehicle ka 01 y 3145 in my wifes namei (Shilpa s). It was a super splendor model of hero honda make.

A year back i have sold it to mr. Bhaskar a driver, he has not transferred the bike to his name and he has expired recently. Now i do not have any documents in support of my sale of vehicle to mr bhaskar.

I do not know who is using the bike right now but, there are many traffic rules violation letters coming to my residence. I had contacted the purchaser's father once in this regard and he said that he would transfer it very soon.
Still now the transfer has not been actuated and when tried to call this person he does not even receive the calls.

Unfortunately still now the letters have not stopped flooding to my residence. Kindly help me

This is an incident that shows the present condition of our traffic police department. Today when i was returning from my training, a traffic police stopped me and took away my licence. On asking my fault he said i was jumped signal.
To let you know, i was coming from dagdu sheth road and was going to swarget. Then traffic police stopped mi and asked for licence i shows my licence then he told mi that 'u crossed the signal,. But i attempted the green sign signal at end of closing light successfully. Still the police charged me with a fine of rs 200 for singal crossing/jumping. I tried to explain them that i was not wrong and was following traffic rules, but all in vain. They said we are serving the people. They demanded my driving licence, also i shows my dl properly. But he demanded mi for rs 200 fine allegedly. And interacted with mi angrily, abrasive & currish language. Then i interacted with his senior officer after checking my original driving licence & understanding all situation he relieves mi. But after getting home i just checked rto fine on internet which shows
License not carrying fine 200 &
Signal jumping fine 200
Total rs. 400 without any evidence.
But actually i am not liable to pay his fine. Because i obeys rto rules of licence & signal jumping properly. He purposefully fined mi rs.400 since just i interacted long time for showing & explaining him i was not wrong and why am i right & i had not broken any rto rules.
Also the fine rule for signal jumping is rs.100 he fined mi rs. 200 for signal jumping.
I dont know that traffic official name..

I request you to kindly consider this matter. I would surely pay fine if i m wrong, but why should i, if i havent done anything wrong? Is this how they serve people?

Myself soumya gorai from west bengal district purulia. This is to inform you with a heavy heart that i have bought a bike bearing karnataka registration on 2015. This year i have shifted to purulia (Wb) and did the noc of my bike from bangalore rto hastle free.

The problem began in purulia rto. When i went their they discouraged me to reregister my bike by siting that it is a lengthy procedure and my noc would be invalid til that time and would be charged a fine and some heavy tax which would be auto calculated in from the computer system. Moreover their were no proper knowledge and coordination among the people working their and they even have the proper knowledge of the procedure. I am just a student and i do not have enough time and cash to hold agents.

With this hope i am writing this to you. I will be very thankful to you if your team would kindly look into the matter as early as possible.

My renewal application no was [protected] at rto pune near sangam bridge. I had also applied for change of address.

The new address has been correctly printed but the pin no. Is still the old one.

Already i've paid so much money, now what should i do?

Also, in spite of my request to parivahan lady representative at rto pune, she did not take my biometrics. Therefore my old photo has been printed on the new license.

I have applied for a duplicate driving license at rto zonal office, south west vasant vihar nov -3, however, till date the license is not generated and delivered.
I have been following up with the rto office regularly, however, the situation is still the same

It is more than 45 days and the status is stuck to this "printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)" for a long time.
It doesn't take this long time and we haven't received the license till now.
We kindly request you to the needful so that we receive the license as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that i vinod kumar rai s/o late-paras nath rai will received appoinment latter from commissioner of police, west bengal 10.06.2017 also latter attached for appoinment of health & family welfair department we have submitted all document and medical test report in proper way but sir till dated not join in service. I am very upset and panic for that reason.
So, i requested to you sir please look into the matter (Delay from establishment department on swastha bhaban, saltlake).

I have submitted application for issue of duplicate driving license my application number is[protected] dated 28th july, 2017.
Till now its showing the same status that its at scrutiny counter clerk7 since 5 months.
The website is very nice and all the process is simple but this is very bad we have waited for more the 5 months but still no update on it.
Its a problem faced by many as i could see.
Kindly please resolve it its been very long now.

I have passed both (2 wheeler & 4 wheeler) driving license test at rta kondapur on 23 sep 2017. 1 month i couldn't get my license.

I had applied for learner license in jaipur (Rajasthan) through e-mitra and deposit a payment of rs. 247 on 2nd october 2017. Payment is successful and i have got the receipt of both sarathiservice and emitra transaction. Both said transaction is successful. But when i went to rto office jaipur for learner license test they told me that your payment is pending and we didn't receive any amount. There status was showing payment status "pending". How could this happen when i have both receive of successful transaction.
I want refund of my money back.

I purchased a bike (Yamaha fz25) on 29th sep 17 from krishani dealer they submitted my registration file on 9th oct 17 in goalpara dto office but still my registration not done because as per dto office they don't have my bike model detail on his system so that they not able to do my registration.
So request to you please take a action.

This is prabhu from gomathipuram, madurai, tamilnadu. So the above vehicle registration number which is given in the subject line is a mineral water lorry’s number. Usually peoples in our street use to buy water from him. But lots of time we have insisted the lorry guy to change is horn from heavy to ligt horn since one year. There are many heart patients here in street everyone said him lots of time but he till now did not change the horn. This is totally ridiculous and that driver is speaking very harsh that he cant change the horn

I applied for a duplicate driving license at rto wadala on 05 oct'17, however, till date the license is not generated and delivered. I have been following up with the rto office regularly, however, the situation is still the same.
It was informed by wadala rto executive that license will come directly through postal service within 15 days. It has been 36 days now but i am not able to track my license, till date.

My father driving license expired some time back so now when we reached out rto office for dl re-issue they demanded bribe of ₹ 4300.

We thought will do online and go through proper way but everyone told me that its waste of time, in barabanki its fix rate.
Even you produce all the documents and driving test they will reject because of one or other reasons. Intact without bribe they will not accept you form.

Seems getting dl is more costly then getting the passport.

Can you please do something to stop this.
