I had applied for my learners and permanent license from an agent named shiv krupa, borivali (W). I recieved my learners license but did not recieve my permanent license as the agent says the paper has not moved from hyderabad rto. I had sent a mail to consumer email id but i did not recieve any confrimation. My application number is[protected]. Look in the matter as soon as possible!

I have given my driving test for two wheeler at andheri rto on 08-june-2017 & passed the test. And it was informed by rto agent that license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been three months now but i am not able to get it my driving license till date.
We are suffering & struggling due to delay in process.

Pls do the needful earlier as possible.

I have decided to obtain an driving lisence from the nearby rto office @ rto office, kulathur taluk
As ive mentioned above i have went to the office to obtain my llr the officer in the office asked to pay rs :120 to take the photograph he took the amount and took photograph
Today i have checked my online status of llr ihave found that
The photograph taken was not mine and the signature in the llr was also found wrong
Ive just got irittated because of this improperly functioning office
I kindly request you to take certain action on the concernt officers

Dear sir,
I bought my bike yamaha fz25 on 6th of august 2017 and i am still waiting for my vehicle number to come. Its been more than a month now. I checked with one of rto person who's number i got from yamaha showroom person that there is some problem going on between yamaha and rto (Which was been resolved on 21st of august) yet i did not received my vehicle number, so i am unable to use it. Rto person is not picking up my phone now.

I only received this message on 14th of august.

First of all government authorities who are there at rto office kasturi nagar bangalore are very unpleasant. They dont know how to talk to people. Every time i go for my learning licence they ask for a new document. I have visited this rto office almost 4 times and yet not to get my documents verified. There is no proper specifications about the documents that we need to produce at the time of verification. They ask for residential address proofs. As adhar card is universally accepted for address proof they still ask for local id proof. Whats the point of making the adhar card if it is not acceptable anywhere. Does outsiders doesn't have right to live in different state. So much of frustration. Thats why people go for brokers to get their driving licence done or use bribes to avoid these headaches. Please look into the matte

I have given the driving test for mcwg on[protected]. Its already 42 days now but till now i am not receiving my driving license. How much time it will take to reach at the applicant. Its really hillerious. So please sir make it first. Its already late.

I have a learner's license for 4-wheeler however when i am trying to book a slot for 4-wheeler permanent license on sarthi portal it ask me to select a slot and click on "book now" button. However book now button is not available itself on sarathi portal. It is really frustrating as from last so many days i am trying to book a slot for 4-wheeler permanent license. I am one of citizen of pune, unfortunately i went through noentry road in pune deccan area. A police officer caught me and fine 1200/- as i have all documents still he add fine of without license.
I want to add one more point is that he was drunk and still he was on duty.
Is there is no rule about drunk and duty in rto police of pune?
When i was asking about why that much fine he ask me to give fine of 500/- reed.
I request plz do something about such police officer.

When ever i called at rto office they said we dont have smart card for issuing license. Or post has sent, its under process this are the reasons getting from rto office and driving school so please do the needful...

There is one more person i don't knw the name of that guy but he is just ignoring me..
On 2 time when i went there just 15 minutes i stay outside the cabin but he was just ignoring me having some laugh..
After some time he called me to go cabin
And said to go at number 7 and get you reg number

Then he told me to go and check online status.. There also he didn't help us... After some when he was not able answer my question he told me just go to shahibaugh speed post office to check the license.. Then i went there no one was able to answer.. So what to do..
And one more thing i am not your clerk to go everywhere you want..
It's you duty to get my licence in time not to say like this...

I made change in my address, for the address proof aadhar card given to concern person an written complain also but no response..
Pls make sure that i get my license within 5 days otherwise i have to take action on member of rto.
So what to do knw...
Pls look after this problem..

I have given my driving license test on 15th july 2017 in rto thane & till date (31 aug 2017) i have not revd my driving license. Although i have recvd a sms from rto mentioning dl number but no physical card by post. No one is ready to pickup the call & answer. Its completely ruthless & non acceptable behavior from rto thane. We cant take leave from office to visit rto offices again n again just to hear a reply "its under process". Thats ridiculous.

I had made application to rto mumbai east, for my driving license renewal on 3 april 2017, application no.[protected]. It has been almost 5 months since then. The online application status shows the same status as 'printing' since 3 months.. Whenever we have visited the rto office, we have not got any satisfactory answers - only that it is in process. How long does it take for a simple renewal?? All the documents submitted by me were in order. Only printing of card takes 5 months!!! This is worst kind of service. Please send my license at the earliest. I am tired of visiting rto office every now and then.

I have applied online for tr license under wadala rto with application no.[protected] on 7th july 2017 and have also given and passed the driving test on 28th july. On the website it shows that the document scrutiny completed along with driving test cleared, even though one monothing after that it says endorsement approval pending. When enquired at the counter about its status they told me about document pending even after on website document scrutiny is completed. I don't get how long it takes to do the endorsement approval even after all thing are clear. Wadala rto is been totally messed up operating system.

Please would request you to look into this matter and also need an explanation for such a avoidable delays in this it orientated operations.

In 2015 when i was in class 11 i joined akash coaching centre near baccha park, modipuram meerut.in the mid of the session i left the coaching centre because i didn't get time for self study. As they said i have to deposit money in advance so i deposited it. But i left in the mid of the session so can i get my money back for those remaining month i didn't study there. It will be very helpful to me if you give the information about fee structure in akash coaching centre.

This is basically a query. Sir, i called rto uttar pradesh helpline to ask the procedure about convertion of dl into scdl, she told me all the details, including form no. Sr 1 & 400rs fee. So i searched for the sr1 form and got it, but in that form, the heading was in case of loss/damage of dl.. So i called back the helpline, and i was told, yahi form bhara jata hain. So concluding my issue is that why rto is charging 400rs for convertion of dl into scdl, because 400rs is meant for the loss/damage case, my dl is in a good condition and valid.. They must charge a minimum fee. This is totally illogical.
Please respond my query/complaint

I have conducted learning license on line test on 8 aug2017 and i m passed that online test i have uploaded alldocument (Adhar, card, birth certificate, pand card, photo, self declaration form sign medical certifate) clear. I am paid on line payment. But it still showing pending for rto authority approval. And even my appointment time was 10:30 am they took test at 02:00pm. I m passed online test documents are verified and approved my learning license should be get in one day but why i am not getting my learning license this is online system.

Hi i shifted from madurai to pune. I submitted from 28 on 16th of march along with all documents. Its beens 6 month but still havent got noc and office people are saying they cant find the file. I dont know what to do now. I can not travell frequently to madurai from pune.

Please help me on this i am not able to use my bike because of this.

I made an application for learning license & made payment for it. The payment part is still shown as pending on the sarathi website. Please fix this. My application no. Is[protected]. I also have the bank payment details with me. I won't be allowed to take my test this way. Online was to make it easy for us instead of making it much harder than the offline method.
