I have applied online for tr license under wadala rto with application no.[protected] on 7th july 2017 and have also given and passed the driving test on 28th july. On the website it shows that the document scrutiny completed along with driving test cleared, even though one monothing after that it says endorsement approval pending. When enquired at the counter about its status they told me about document pending even after on website document scrutiny is completed. I don't get how long it takes to do the endorsement approval even after all thing are clear. Wadala rto is been totally messed up operating system.

Please would request you to look into this matter and also need an explanation for such a avoidable delays in this it orientated operations.

In 2015 when i was in class 11 i joined akash coaching centre near baccha park, modipuram meerut.in the mid of the session i left the coaching centre because i didn't get time for self study. As they said i have to deposit money in advance so i deposited it. But i left in the mid of the session so can i get my money back for those remaining month i didn't study there. It will be very helpful to me if you give the information about fee structure in akash coaching centre.

This is basically a query. Sir, i called rto uttar pradesh helpline to ask the procedure about convertion of dl into scdl, she told me all the details, including form no. Sr 1 & 400rs fee. So i searched for the sr1 form and got it, but in that form, the heading was in case of loss/damage of dl.. So i called back the helpline, and i was told, yahi form bhara jata hain. So concluding my issue is that why rto is charging 400rs for convertion of dl into scdl, because 400rs is meant for the loss/damage case, my dl is in a good condition and valid.. They must charge a minimum fee. This is totally illogical.

I have conducted learning license on line test on 8 aug2017 and i m passed that online test i have uploaded alldocument (Adhar, card, birth certificate, pand card, photo, self declaration form sign medical certifate) clear. I am paid on line payment. But it still showing pending for rto authority approval. And even my appointment time was 10:30 am they took test at 02:00pm. I m passed online test documents are verified and approved my learning license should be get in one day but why i am not getting my learning license this is online system.

Hi i shifted from madurai to pune. I submitted from 28 on 16th of march along with all documents. Its beens 6 month but still havent got noc and office people are saying they cant find the file. I dont know what to do now. I can not travell frequently to madurai from pune.

Please help me on this i am not able to use my bike because of this.

I made an application for learning license & made payment for it. The payment part is still shown as pending on the sarathi website. Please fix this. My application no. Is[protected]. I also have the bank payment details with me. I won't be allowed to take my test this way. Online was to make it easy for us instead of making it much harder than the offline method.

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.200, on 19 august by 7.40 am.

The amount is debited from my account and i have got a receipt number as well for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

But the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment "status of payment" section, due to which i am not able to get my ll.
I have visited the rto twice as well and they informed me that they have not received the payment and cannot proceed with the ll, even though all documents and payments are done as required.

Have called the sarathi helpline numbers multiple times, have emailed them as well but to no response.

I have waited 3 days but nothing seems to have happened.
There is no one who can help me on this as well, as all complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

The online application for license was to made life easier for people, but this is a really big inconvenience, and my trust on government organizations has further reduced.

Plz do the problem solve it... As i have tommorrow have the test

On the payments page for Learner's License, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.210. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected Debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and It did NOT redirect me to the Verified by Visa/ OTP page too.
Hence I started the payment process again but got the below message:

"Application is verifying with BANK.Please press OK to continue"

After pressing OK, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an LL appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can I make the payment at the RTO.

Please note I am applying for Mumbai EAST RTO.

Dear respected sir, asthe above rto off an unauthorised road safety sticker fixing and un authorised speed controller unit may fixed with out any rto& rto inspector permission or any approval without dtdc officer knowledge, because this may affected the valuable trademark company products such like as 3m, avery and reliable co. Is int any commission basic manner. Please should watch him anf reported as any media or press members will affect rto stategy. So please take shiver action to disagree the member and their products. I had submitted documents for change of name and address for four wheeler permanent license on[protected] at wadala rto, mumbai vide application no.[protected]. However i have still not received the driving license.

When i checked the application status on parivahan site it shows

Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

Printing of dl cannot take 3 months. I request you to please do the needful.

I had sold my tvs scooty to tvs shelar a tcs dealer in pune, in exchange offer. But till not i have not got the transfer certificate and details of the new owner. If this vehicle is used to any antinational activity or illegal activity, i am not responsible for that. I tried to contact the dealer many times but they shared the agent number, but no further details are avaiable.

Dear sir,

I am an mechanical engineering professional and i have applied for my driving license in kolar gold fields in the month of may according to govt of indian and road transport rule dl has to reach within 30day but its been 2 month 18day still i haven't receive my dl and when i approached a concern people in rto no one is responsible for my application. Kindly take immediate action against rto corruption issues.

Responsible person in rc book department office number 19 on first floor in vadodara rto is not on the place, he disappear from more than a hour.. People have to wait there for hours and hours. Rto vadodara doesn't cares for peoples timings.

Please take necessary actions to resolve this problem and make true modi's anthem "sabka saath sabka vikas" and "vibrant gujarat". Don't make peoples angry mind to vibrate it may cause to involve media and opossitions in big frame.

I applied for license 3 years ago, and today i came to know that i was not authorised to drive 2 wheeler as it was not mentioned on my driving license. I applied for mcwg and lmv-nt but i got the license for only lmv-nt. At first i thought everything is right but now when i searched it on internet then i came to know about this truth.
Fortunately to prove my point i do have the supporting documents as well. I took the photocopy of my learning licence as well before submitting it back to authority and i have receipt of fees as well showing the category of my driving license for which i applied for.

This is not the correct way of working they are making fool of the citizens of the country.
This is unethical to provide the driving licence for different category then what we asked for.
I want you to take the strict action against this as they are not providing those services which should be provided by them.

I have recently bought a second hand bike and done all the formalities with panaji ro
I had been told to visit rto office after one week to collect my rc book
It's been 10 days now and i'm told to come next week.
The lady at the counter was completely ignorant.
No que system is being followed and the rto staff are carrying out processes slowly
I'm a college student and can't afford to miss my college. Yet i'm being delayed for no reason
When i inquired why the delay has taken place i didn't get any answer and was ignored

Application is under processing at rto level.

Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I mr. Amay sharma i have applied for 2wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at regional transport
Office, ajmer & i have passed for mcwg driving test on dt.[protected], but till the date its shows status pending for
1) printing of dl in form 7 &
2) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending
As per our parivahan mantri mr. Nitin gadkari saheb statement last time that on news that all the license will be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case its more than 1 month. I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. Its difficult for me to drop & pickup my child from school. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible.

Today rto officer stopped me on a signal asked for my driver's license i told that its with rto already a challan is there, he said ok go then i got a mess that you have been challaned from mumbai rto for without license driver i want to now how can you give a challan like this he has not even given me any challan receipt or anything he just told me to go in the mess challan no is mtpchm[protected] my bike no. Is mh47 r 9340

This complaint against mrs r. Vanjari who was forcing me to pay the fine when there is no mistake from my side. She asked for lincence and i shown her the lincence. Still she filed allegation of not carrying licence. Kindly take action against such officers otherwise it will be difficult to survive. I have stopped bike at one place where there was no board and till i get down they asked me for bribe

I have applied for Motor Vehicle driving licence on[protected], have submitted relevant documents and paid fee in sarathi.com online site. Now when I check the status of application, it shows payment as "Pending" whereas, I have received debit in my canara bank account. Requesting you to pls check and confirm the payment and issuance of licence.
