I am Abhishek Mishra, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO KANPUR NAGAR UP78 UTTAR PRADESH, I passed the test on 18/02/2023, Its been 25 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

I had transferred my private 4 wheeler with registration # MH04HF2883 from Thane to Alipore RTO in Kolkata last year. I had duly paid the road taxes and registration fees as well.

However my company has transferred me back to Mumbai for which I have to now re-register my vehicle back at MH04 (Thane) RTO.

I applied for the NOC in Alipore RTO for the same in January (App # WB[protected]).

However the RTO Officer says that he is unable to approve the request as HSRP is pending.

I went to Mahindra Kolkata Dealer but they were unable to generate HSRP as the number is still MH04. I went to Mahindra Thane Dealer and they were unable to get HSRP as car is registered in Kolkata.

I need help to resolve this issue urgently please.

I have applied for renewal of driving license through online services, its approved on 11 Jan 2023 and today its 14th Mar 2023

My application number is [protected], Dob is 02/02/1996 .
And this is going to be near about 2 months for my driving licence is under RTO office for printing of form 7 and not been dispatched to me, and when I went to the office they told me that there is shortage of chip sets which is placed over Driving Licence. So, I request you to check my all details and please help me with this problem and let my driving licence to be dispatch after process of printing form 7.
Please do the needful as soon as possible. I'm helpless and waiting sincerely.

Hi,
I applied for a learning license (MC50CC) and booked the LL test slot at the RTO office - Amravati, from Parivahan Sewa Online Portal.

On the day of LL test appointment in the RTO office (02/03/2023), during the document verification process the police officials there said that the vehicle which comes under 50CC is not used anymore so they can't provide the license. They said that the learning license under 50CC...

I took my DL test on January 6, 2023, but today, March 11, 2023, when I went to the RTO to find out why this is happening, they are asking me to provide a receipt or else they will not issue me a DL.

While I gave my DL test, I was not informed to keep any receipts; all I was informed of was that I would get my DL in the mail.

Please check and help me with this.
I tried contacting the RTO over mail, but so far all they are saying is to reach out to the nearest RTO.

On 4th January 2023, I had applied for a "CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL" at RTO, LUCKNOW (UP32).
Scrutiny at RTO was completed on 7th January 2023.
DL had been approved at RTO on 10th January 2023, but there is a delay in the "Printing of DL in form 7" and "DL dispatch by post".

It has been more than two months and I have still not received my renewed DL card.

I have to shift to another city this month...

I am mr. Ashish, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no.[protected] at GHARAUNDA RTO, Karnal, Haryana.
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 20th feb 2023.
