Hi team,
My application number is[protected].
I have applied for a duplicate licence on 21st april, 2017 and also for the change of address. Whenever i check the application status it shows "application is under processing at rto level". From last 20 days. Now it is almost 1 month which i assume while applying for the above request it was said that my request would be completed by 15 working days. So, would request you to help me to understand the further process if any. Thanks.

I have applied for noc for my bike in bangalore indiranagar rto on 22nd feb 2017.
I am sending email to arto and not getting any reply for my noc status.
I have filled rti morth/r/2017/50746 and got the reply as it has been transferred to bangalore transport commissioner and request disposed off. After that no reply from any personal on status of noc.

I calling arto again and se informed it will take another 30 days for your noc to reach your address.
Today 30 days have also passed with total of 3 months and i have not received my noc and status.
I am doing regular followup with bangalore rto arto ([protected]@nic.in) and not receiving any reply even no one is answering the phone.[protected].

I need to raise complaint against arto, bangalore east rto office indiranagar.

If i hire an agent standing outside rto they were charging 1500 and they were promising that they will deliver noc in 6 days however i went directly to rto where they told it will take 30 days.
Now it has been 90 days and no noc received. Even i am not aware what is the status.

1). If an agent can get the noc in 6 working days, why rto cannot if we go
Directly.
2). Why rto is not telling the status of noc.
3). If rto informed it takes 30 days to deliver noc then why i have not received my noc even waiting for 90 days now.
4). Should i raise a complaint in consumer court, what should be my next plan of action.

Before 20 days i have give exam on rto ahmedabd for LMV & MCWG, and i passed the exam and from sabarmati RTO agents told me you will receive your licence within 10 to 15 days, but its more than 20 days, and i have to out of state on road with vehicle for drive vehicle i need licence to drive, so please do needful please deliver my licence ASAP,

I have applied online on parivahan.gov.in on 01/03/2017 for change of address in my driving licence and paid the fees online on the same day. My application no. is 82861117. I am checking the update status regularly. But every time the status is 'pending at regional RTO office'. I don't know how to approach further and whom to contact to get my application processed.

Driving licence is supposed to reach me via post within 15 days from the commencement of test. however I didn't received.

Hence, I approached to RTO office multiple times, there is very poor response, The personnel are behaving arrogantly, asked me to come next day or later, Finally, today I waited for 2 hours, at the end, personnel asking me to come tomorrow.

I have been waiting for 2 months, Please understand my situation. I need your intervention to resolve my grievance, please help me.

Its been more than 25 days now from the time I have...

I have not received registration certificate for my honda activa. It is going to be one year now. I bought on 4 june, 2016. I went to pune rto. There was so much rush. Agent was charging 2500 for providing the rc for activa. Please help the pune rto is not sending rc. There are many number of people who are waiting for their rc since a year. Help!...

Issue: vehicle number not received

Its been more than 20 days now from the time i have received the above message but i have not received any message for the vehicle number. Whenever i call the dealer, they say its with rto and they cannot do anything here. Request someone to look at this urgently.

Traffic offenders have begun receiving ETicket for offences and we welcome the progressive initiative

One of the offense is crossing/ over stepping the zebra marker line near road signals. However pl note that most (99%) of spots near road signals are NOT marked with the white line or the same has faded beyond visibility. Pl appreciate you can fine me only for an offence done knowingly. If i do not know where exactly to stop, hiw can you fine me

2- similarly, most speed breakers/ bumpers on roads are not duly colored and motorists driving on a new road can well miss the bumper which can result in accidents

3- sometimes during police nakabandi, baricades are placed to slow down traffic and we respect this. But many times the baricades are not removed or kept properly even after the nakabandi is lifted/ there is NO monitoring by police. This unduly affects traffic flow which is generally high in busy roads/ highways. Example, in western express highway under the bridge opp samta nagar police station the baricades are many times not removed on north bound road to Borivli side after the nakabandi. This slows down the busy traffic and because there is a bend/ turn in the road, it is also prone to accidents

Aadhar today is made mandatory to avail almost all the facilities in India. But to my surprise, my Learning License request was rejected because according to them Aadhar is not a valid identity proof.

I went there with Aadhar Card because the online appointment site SARTHI.NIC.IN allow aadhar card as a valid proof.

Electrical Bill on the name of myself or guardian(Father, Husband)

How come an electrical bill is more permissible than my AADHAR.
Is it that RTO does not trust UIDAI. Or is it as simple as a missing approval which Gujarat RTO has not taken yet.

I (Pranshu Singh, [protected]) am currently at the RTO office at Salk Lake Kolkata waiting for my turn to take the Learner License test. The timings as mentioned by the RTO office for the test was supposed to be 10 AM to 1 PM while it's already going to be over an hour but no test has started yet. This is absolute disregard for the common man's daily schedule as everyone lines up their tasks depending on the timings listed. Iburhe the authorities concerned to look into this matter and invoke a sense o[censored]rgency with regard to the daily functioning of this RTO office.

2. I retired from my organisation and since I had to move back to kerala I submitted relevant document and RC to Mr Rahul RTO consultant/Agent mobile number [protected] on 23.12.2016. RTO is Vashi Navi Mumbai
3 Even after the lapse of 5 months nothing has happened and the agent is giving me some reason or other.
4.I have served the goverment for more than 33 years and such inconvienience is caused to me .
5. I want a remedy immediately and want to know who is responsible for this delay
6. If the RTO agent is responsible, I request that the person may be removed from the panel/list if any

I've been charged unnecessary for MVA 119/177 Rs 200 even when the signal was green.
We were two guys who were charged for this. After requesting the official it was not a mistake the signal was green rudely he answered collect your licenses from court or pay 200 we have cameras here u have jumped the signal.
Request you to provide me the video of same.

With huge respect i want to say that i have applied for my license on 26 april 2017 my license doesn't arrived so i went to post office but it was still not there again i went rto soron and i asked for my licensed they said that your license should be posted yesterday today on 12th may i went again to post office but the license was still not there please provide my license as soon as possible i need it urgently please

I relocated to Mumbai and accordingly got my vehicle registered at Mumbai RTO. Since I registered the vehicle at Mumbai, I was required to pay the LTT for a tenure of 9 years. I applied for refund of the LTT at Ahmedabad RTO for the corresponding 9 years. All required documents were submitted to RTO Ahmedabad and the same was acknowledged vide inward no.11595 dated 19/12/16. Subsequently, I visited the RTO office twice and the staff assured me that the refund order would be processed soon. Till date after 150 days I still await the refund of the LTT. This is indeed very disappointing and frustrating.

Hello sir,
My new car grand i10 gj03jl2051 was registered 3.5 months back in january 2017. I have fitted hsrp registration plate at rto rajkot by having an appointment. They took photographs also. But still i haven't received my rc book. When i inquired rto office rajkot they told that you haven't fitted your hsrp plate and photographs are not uploaded that's why rc book is not generated. But i have number plate fitted by online appointment. Now for their mistake they want me to visit rto rajkot again with my car. But as i am gujarat government officer we have holiday on same day so not possible to go there again. So please guide me in this regard.

Hi, recently i tried to change address in my dl, (Mh37 [protected]) first of all there is no option to update address online, then we have to go for new reissuance.

After that i had paid for address change challan and then submit to rto, washim but still address is not change as per aadhar. Please look after that and do the needful.

I have applied for Permanent Driver License from RTO Gurgaon on 24th March 2017, i cleared all test and submitted my fees and got the driver license number generated a week after but from then till today i haven't received any License yet, i called the toll free number also, they dont even pick up the call, if they pick up they dont talk, they simply asks to go the RTO and check, i have been to RTO office almost 3 time, Every-time they ask to wait for another 15 days, i am not able to drive my vehicle, I need someone to help me in this case.

Dear Concern, we are moving towards development and trying to being civilize rapidly. But Local Buses in UP (Route: Ghaziabad to Noida) is pathetic and they hardly care about any passengers, They divert their route as per their convenience and if it is asked for so, their reply is like with a GUNDA type tone "route toh hum hi bnate hai, jaha bus le jaenge wahi jaegi". Kind of Gunda gardi specially in Regime of BJP is reallynot expected. I think Govt should take strict deccion like same has been taken in Delhi against "Blue line".
Please take necessary step to improve such a offensive act from private bus owners. Nobody is safe.
