This man took rs 7000 for transferring my bike about 1 and half months back. He told papers will be ready in 3-4 .now he told me that he is unable to do the work and when asked about money he just diverts the topic and has refused to return that as well... Please help me to get my hard earned money back. This is his cars photo... Those reading please beware...

There is no regular availability of auto rickshaws from Powai to Vikroli station, specially during evening times. Some auto drivers supposed to be from Union collect money from the auto drivers to pick passengers from Powai Central Avenue. Due to this many auto drivers are reluctant to pick passengers resulting in long Queue. People have to wait for more than half an hour in the evenings for their turn to avail a rick. We miss our regular trains/fast trains and all the connecting trains from Kurla and Dadar.

Unfortunately there is no bus facility in this route and share auto is the only option available who charge Rs 20 to 25/- per seat.

Area BKC - opp Raheja corp tower . There is no sign for no parking opposite cafe infinito but no parking signs are there right outside cafe infinito.
We parked our 4 wheeler opposite side since there was no "no parking" sign.
When our vehicle was towed away, we inquired from the traffic cop on what basis do u pick the vehicle when there is no sign board, he says whole area is no parking so from next time you know you cannot...

I rahul nayak, I am recently shifted to Margao GOA.I have bought an Old Car and want to transfer it to my name.but when i visit to Margao RTO office then they want local Id(voter id, aadhar etc.) it should be only for GOA Address.I have provided him my company offer letter, my Register rent agreement, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill, my Aadhar Card, PAN card driving license, and all the car document.but they are not ready to transfer my car to my name. they told you are not Goan citizen so you can not transfer your car.

I have registered my two wheeler in March 2016 in Palghar, i have received the Form23, Road Tax Receipt & Form13A but still i have not yet received the RC Book.

Tried to contact RTO Office on their tel no.[protected] but no response.

Unable to understand whom to contact to get status of RC book.

Yes in past week my discover bike two time picked up by mumbai rto police one time dated 17-aug-2016 at this time they have damaged the light pannel of my bike, on aksing rto police about damage they told where my bike was parked there's peoples damaged your bike, from where they have picked up my vehicle there is no any sign board showing no parking, again today 22-aug-2016, they picked up my vehicle also there was no any sign bord showing no parking, there is big corruption is going in mumbai rto, when i showed my paper to release my bike they have charged me 300/- but the other peoples after me he just given a 100/- and told i dont want receipt for this then rto guys released his vehicle. So you can thinks which kinds of amount they earn in black every day.
Every day they picked bike of lower or middle class peoples only they dont touch the high class vehicles,
Is law for only lower or middle class peoples only???
Why they dont put sign board for no parking???
Why they appoints such third class people to pick vehicles???
Why they dont need to understand people time, any emergency.
I know this kinds of complain would be kept in any corner... But realy i want only one thing please arrange sign board for no parking everywhere where rto towing zone so people can understand.

Vechile number ka 20 d 2542 white swift desire. Was speeding in lanes at 50to60 n honking non stop with no seat belts also hit me on way he got down of the car hit me on my face head hands and also abused me

I have brought new activa 3g and it was delivered on 11/06/2016 and was initially told by dealer that will get number in 2 weeks. Post 2 weeks i have been following up with my dealer almost every day and it has been almost 2.5 months now and still not received my number. Passing was done after 1 month and that too after my regular follow ups. Dealer first of all not picks up call and when i call from different number they say your work is in progress and rto rules have been changed which is causing delay. I don't understand why they are telling this as my friend from same building bought bike 20 days back and he got number too. The name of my dealer is laxmi automobiles in ghansoli navi mumbai. Now, i am not sure how to get number plate as i don't want to ride my bike having tc number from 2.5 months now. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance

Took Second hand bike and applied for the ownership change in PUNE Chinchwad RTO, Even after providing all the correct proof's, have the same and correct firstname and last name then also one of the letter is misspelled and printed on RC.

Please suggest is it gng to make any problem in future?

How this problem need to be get corrected and after very long time me got my documents say 1 and half year later.

As I am attaching the scan copy of receipt received by traffic police dated on 22.03.2016. He took My Driving licence and told me to collect from Kashi Mira Police Station. After 2 to 3 Days I, gone kashi mira police station he fined me 800/- and I paid the amount, there is 1 lady police she told me to collect my DL after 3 months from thane, I approach thane more than 3 to 4 times they telling me that your licence is not received and when i am approaching kashimira police station she is telling me we don't have your licence.

Please Take strict action against this culprit officers and suspend them.

Myself DHAVAL ARVIND BHADESIYA Residing Bhiwandi City, District - THANE. Studying in College

Visited M.D MotorTraining School For Four Wheeler License In May 2016. After that they issued me Learning License. But after some days M.D Motors Owner MAMTA DUBEY told, I need to come over there for signature. After that she didn't called for signature. As RTO camp is only 2 days in a week.

M. D Motors owner told me come on 12/08/2016 i.e FRIDAY for Signature. After waiting for about 2 hours. I asked her 'Aur kitna time lagega Madam?' I asked her twice. After that she said "Tera Baap ko bataya hai sab" Agrily. I told her not talk in harsh voice. So she slapped me in front of all people.

Afterwards I received a call stating that, he is speaking from near by police station and M.D Motors owners is going to file compl;aint against.

So I have file a complaint against M.D Motor Traning School Owner Mamta Dubey...Attaching to Police record Copy

I had renewed my license on 15th jan 2016 at thane rto & till date i have not received it, i had tried to contact my agent & every time he has said it will be dispatched shortly as there is too much of back load in thane rto due to which there are several previous licences to be yet released.
My inward number is 11709 dtd 15/01/2016.

As per recent discussion he now says it has been dispatched week back but i have not received it yet.

I am a law abiding senior citizen living in Adoor, Pathanamthitta, writing this complaint/grievance with great agony and humiliation. I sincerely hope that your good office will do the needful to check/control such elements who cheat the innocent public in day light. On the 5th of August 2016, I hired a JCB from the owner, Mr. Sreekumar, Mob # [protected], for leveling my 60 cents of plot at Pannivizha, Adoor with an agreed rate of 700 rupees per hour. They completed the leveling job in 9 hrs 40 minutes (it was only hrs job which the operator and owner intentionally extended by slowing down the operation) and at the end of their work surprisingly the owner asked for 8200 rupees including bata of 1200 rupees for the operator
(I still don't understand why a customer should pay travelling allowance for the operator, I presume this way of looting is prevalent in some pockets and it increases as the demands go up). Anyhow finally he settled for Rs 7500 and walked away with the money. Only on the next day morning I realized that he took 1000 rs as advance for buying diesel for the JCB during the work.
When I contacted him in the morning and politely requested my money, he agreed to come to my residence at 10 AM and settle the amount. But he did not turn up until 1100 hrs, instead he sent his father with slip on which he adjusted the mount received as per the following.
10.7 hrs x 700 = 7490 (actually the JCB was used only 9 hrs 40 minutes, he did not consider the 1 hr lunch break by the operator from 1333 to 1430 hrs, also there were stoppage of operation another 15 to 20 mins which I did not count)
Advance = Rs 1000/- (for diesel)
Bata for operator = Rs 1000
Total = Rs 7490/-

NB: He adjusted the whole amount (Rs 8500) in smart way.

The JCB owner's father, Mr Soman (mobile #[protected] an auto owner who has some affiliation with some political party. After getting convinced with my version of statement he agreed to repay the extra amount collected by his and also apologized. Later on the same day when I met him and asked for his mobile contact his attitude was entirely different and he started talking in rough way as if he was threatening to me.

Kindly note that this kind of fraudulent by some JCB owners will have to be stopped and the pricing/rate etc to be regulated by the competent authority.

Black scorpio number mh 04 dy 9265 coming from marve road towards malwani area time around 6pm in the evening on the 6th august 2016. The car driver was continuously honking and overtaking many vehicles. We missed by an inch from being colliding with the car. The driver was continuously abusing everyone on the road and overtaking everyone. The driver was driving very rashly like a maniac. Please take strict action as soon as possible

I have gurgaon taxi car in jul16 but gurgaon rto not issuse the ncr permit. Why without ncr permit there is no. Meaning how i can run my taxi outside delhi. Its cng vehicle. Many states cng also not availabe.
Gurgaon rto says supreme court order release on 10 may 16. Based on that they not release ncr permit
But i want solution. How i get ncr permit for gurgoan reg. Vehicle

I have bought a motorcycle from nand enterprises, satara, mharashtra, i recieved vehicle on 4-jan-2016, but i havent received the number+rc book, till now, 1-august-2016.
Help please..
Everytime i call the rto guy, (I dont want to name or provide any contact details) he gives me a later date or some weird excuse, its very humiliating.
I dont want to pay bribes to anyone at satara-rto.

I am also facing the same problem. I have purchased a CNG vehicle for taxi purpose so that i can get it attached in OLA. However the RTO guragon are no issuing the NCR permit which is required for taxi purpose in delhi ncr. Moreover i came to know that the Faridabad authority are issuing the NCR Permit. Its very disappointing as no one is understanding our mental and financial situation. Its more than a month and no is cooperating and are very unprofessional. Please help

I brought Activa bike on dec2014 but since that day i am trying to track my RC BOOK but nobody is giving me right information where i could find my RCBOOK.. RTO saying they dont have... First of all there was a power cut and no back up power to allow us to take the driving simulator test. After which no attempt was made to bring order as everyone was confused. Then they make us stand in a queue and tell us to not take any tokens. After this they suddenly tell that everyone must take tokens and cause massive confusion. This causes us a lot of grief and pain as we are forced to stand here, helpless for hours together as nobody seems to be interested in listening to our problems and there are no seats. This is truly a terrible state that this government body is in.

I am mrs. bhalekar herevby complainted you that some vehicle s are parking in front of our society gate. and through out the road (krishna tower, b-503, opp. children's academy school, ashok nagar, kandivali east, mumbai-400101.) due to this illegal parking our children's school can't take turn properly. it takes too much time and children get late for school....
