Hello Sir,

I want to complain against RTO Seawood darave(navi mumbai), I travelled on my bike through Palm beach road daily.on 23 feb traffic police stopped me for number plate not proper.he took my Driving licence and asked to paid charges at rto office (Seawood darave (Navi mumbai)).When i went to rto office to paid charge amount, rto officer mr.pawar asked me to paid Rs.200, which is more than rules . when i said him about excess amount, then mr.pawar told me that, "mehangai badhi hai toh fine ka amount bhi badhaya hai., modi ne mehangayi badhai hai na.".
please take action against such currupt government employee.

Dear sir,
i applied for renewing my driving licence on 10 january 2017 with DL number as MH02 [protected] but as on date 6th march march 2017 i havent received my Driving Licence. when i submitted my application form for renewing i was told to receive my licence within 45 days but i havent received it even after 2 months.
S, please help me out.

As i went for LL test without any Agent so obvious thing is that i should be very well prepared along with rules and sections. so i was thorough with them but the rto officer has asked about *sec 136* which doesnt even exist in the rto rule book. when i asked him that it doesnt even exist he started behaving rudely and cancelled all the correct answers what i gave and told me to come again and pay again to them to get a new challan. also third time again i went so he said hey man dont waste my time very rudely and also he said i hv asked 126 nt 136 bt he has written 136 on my copy and also cancelled every correct answer. I am attaching the pic of my cancelled LL application and above section 125 he has written 136. kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

Rto Wadala Mumbai — License not received

I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Wadala RTO on 21st September 2016 & passed the test. And it was informed by Best Motor Training School that License will come directly through postal service within 45 days. As I have to submit my 2 Wheeler Book License to get combine 2+4 wheeler License. It has been 6 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. I visited 2 times RTO Wadala office but they are also unable answer. I do not know what to do. There is no toll free complaint number nor any rto's email id where i can share my problem. Request your help.

As per the requirement of rto-bengaluru (East), we send all the document in the name of dy. Commissioner, rto-bengaluru (East) via india post on 7th feb 2017 & the same has been delivered on 9th feb 2017. Now, rto-bengaluru is declining that they are yet to receive any registry post. Now they are saying we need to come down to bangalore from baroda personally & handover the document whereas earlier they said we need to courier via post all the document. Please help & guide us further against such things.

Today I observed, rajajinagar RTO inspector taking Rs750 for no parking charges but giving bill of Rs 450. His name is krishnappa. Even he is roaming just near to RTO office so that he wants to collect more money. Even he is taking vehicle from Bbmp office to get money from innocent customer, I stand infront of him 2hrs with family, I came from krpuram to enquire in Bbmp office. Now a days inspector taking 300 without bill.br...

I have submitted all required documents on 31 Dec 2016 for 2 wheeler transfer between TN and KA
The inward copy is valid for 1 month but today when I visited to check the status got to know file didn't even move 1 step cz internally they haven't exchanged Tax related forms
To pay tax they made me run for 2 months n now 2 months lost
Is there a audit or public officer who can deal this ?

I bought a MasterEdge from Rukmani dealers Indore. they took 5521 rupees for RTO Charge. when I received Registration card from RTO they said they got 310 rupees s and the balanced amount is around 690 rupees. I am not getting I have paid all charges when I bought the vehicle. now why are they asking for more money and they are saying we only received 310 rupees which confusing point and today I found I article in that article RTO are blaming and warning to dealers about do not take more money to the customer in the name of RTO

Attended the rto driving test in kondapur, hyderabad, telangana on 2nd february 2017, and passed, however, as promised, we have not yet received the driving license, please help us in this regard.

Hi,

I applied for car (LMV) learning license from Vashi, Navi Mumbai RTO. I already posses 2 wheeler license. Its been 16 days, I haven’t received Learning license so far. Nobody have any clue when the issue will get resolve and i'll get the license. Since, i don’t have learning license, I'm not able to learn the car as well.

Earlier Learning license was processed in 2 days, Now even 20 days is not sufficient. Please help me with this issue resolution.

This is to inform you that i reshmi william and my dad mr. Danis william own a property in kharghar (Elite enclave, c1102, sector 10, kharghar, navi mumbai) that is rented at present.in the year 2014 we rented our flat to mr. Vishal changani, vinay changani, nitesh changani & avinash manik r/o 14a collectors colony, rc marg, chembur colony, chembur, mumbai 400074.
The changanis and mr. Manik vacated the premises in 6 months time.
Recently, it was brought to our notice that the changani's have been using our home address 3 years after they vacated the premises for purposes of registering their vehicle which is a fraud as they have nothing to do with the address.
Please look into the matter and find attached a scanned image of the speedpost notification from rto for v changani sent to our kharghar house address.

I request you to please take strict action against this fraud and contact me on the below mentioned number.

I work in IT company, I have to work between metro cities and every year i will be moving to new city for short Term.

My Bike registration is Karnataka and have i have paid Life time Road tax.
currently i have moved chennai for Short Term Project for work.

i was requested to show all my document to Cops, and finally they are asking for NOC.

I have Informed them i will be travelling frequently to other status as per my Job, i cannot keep get NOC for the same.

They are trying get a bribe for the same, after a long Quarrel with them i have paid 100rs to them, they didnt gave any bill for the same.

Please Guide me what is the procedure and Guidelines to follow for the Short term travel to other cities.

Please give me the right solution for this

It is to inform you that the system in DY RTO, vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharastra is pathetic. People are given token for a day's appoinment for LL but after waiting for 5-6 hours in queue they are said that ther documents cannot be taken and asked to coma another day. Also most of the time the internet is not working. And as it has become a signature of all indian government offices to start late and shut before time this is no different from them.
I hope you understand the problem and will take appropriate action at the earliest.

I have been standing and waiting at RTO Malegaon for officers singnature for past 4 hours. First one officer in his duty hours went to attend wedding and make people wait, then he comes back and another officer went to attend wedding instead of attending people. Thus I request you to take strict actions against them so these type of things will not happen in future.

RTO officers doesn't have information about the courier track number only updated the dispatch date. also post office not provide any update without tracking number .Please find the attached RTO slip, kindly help and suggest to receive my licence . He took 12000 from me I gave him my NOc wanted to. Registered in UP

This guy keep on saying 5 days 7days

It's been 5months now
He stopped picking my calls

I never returned my money

I my self went to RTO taken my file back and I ll now do it myself

A week ago, I have moved from Bengaluru to Hyderabad, along with my two wheeler. I got NOC from Karnataka. I am having all other documents required for re-registartion. With all the documents I approached a Telangana State Transport Department personnel, who is on duty at Counter No.1, RTA Kukatpally, Hyderabad, around 12:30 PM on[protected]dd-mm-yyy) Saturday. He told me to come back at 4:00 PM on same day. To be on safe side I reached 10 mins before 4:00PM. But I found that Counter No:1 window closed. I enquired two other staff members who are in uniform, . First one replied, you are supposed to come in between 10:30 AM to 3:00PM. I asked him, "How come I have been informed to come at 4:00 PM?". He replied "You find that person and ask him only". The second staff member is not even listen to me what I was saying, he said, "First you listen to me. The concerned clerk is won't be available this time. He will be available on Monday at 3:00 PM. You may leave for today and come back on Monday at said time".

I am an IT employee. I could not get leave on weekdays as I joined the company recently. Please help me what ti do. Intact I tried to get the online service, not no where I found online service for vehicle re-registartion. Please help me. Thank you.

No Fair Chart, Time Table, Complain box. Misbehave with the passenger's. Wrong fair collected from passenger's.

Date- 31st JAN 2017.
When I was boarded within the BUS, BUS was going too slow and bus driver was deliberately stopped at the every signal. So I was asked him to give Time table, he was misbehaved with me denied to give, because there was no time table into the bus. Then the conductor demand unexpected fair . So asked for Fair chart, there was no fair chart was present into the bus. So I demanded for Complain box which was not present.

I got my DL converted from paper to smart card but during conversion there was mistake done by operator & incorrectly typed my Date of Birth.

I have been trying to correct the same for late one year but Deoria RTO officers are not helping.

Recently I visited (24-Dec-2016), paid money, gave all required documents but nothing has happened so far. Officer validated my details in his register & confirmed that it's their mistake & will be corrected.

Please help.
