This guy is big time fraud

He took 12000 from me I gave him my NOc wanted to. Registered in UP

This guy keep on saying 5 days 7days

It's been 5months now
He stopped picking my calls

I never returned my money

I my self went to RTO taken my file back and I ll now do it myself

Pls someone help me getting my 12k back

A week ago, I have moved from Bengaluru to Hyderabad, along with my two wheeler. I got NOC from Karnataka. I am having all other documents required for re-registartion. With all the documents I approached a Telangana State Transport Department personnel, who is on duty at Counter No.1, RTA Kukatpally, Hyderabad, around 12:30 PM on[protected]dd-mm-yyy) Saturday. He told me to come back at 4:00 PM on same day. To be on safe side I reached 10 mins before 4:00PM. But I found that Counter No:1 window closed. I enquired two other staff members who are in uniform, . First one replied, you are supposed to come in between 10:30 AM to 3:00PM. I asked him, "How come I have been informed to come at 4:00 PM?". He replied "You find that person and ask him only". The second staff member is not even listen to me what I was saying, he said, "First you listen to me. The concerned clerk is won't be available this time. He will be available on Monday at 3:00 PM. You may leave for today and come back on Monday at said time".

I am an IT employee. I could not get leave on weekdays as I joined the company recently. Please help me what ti do. Intact I tried to get the online service, not no where I found online service for vehicle re-registartion. Please help me. Thank you.

No Fair Chart, Time Table, Complain box. Misbehave with the passenger's. Wrong fair collected from passenger's.

When I was boarded within the BUS, BUS was going too slow and bus driver was deliberately stopped at the every signal. So I was asked him to give Time table, he was misbehaved with me denied to give, because there was no time table into the bus. Then the conductor demand unexpected fair . So asked for Fair chart, there was no fair chart was present into the bus. So I demanded for Complain box which was not present.

I got my DL converted from paper to smart card but during conversion there was mistake done by operator & incorrectly typed my Date of Birth.

I have been trying to correct the same for late one year but Deoria RTO officers are not helping.

Recently I visited (24-Dec-2016), paid money, gave all required documents but nothing has happened so far. Officer validated my details in his register & confirmed that it's their mistake & will be corrected.

Please help.

I am staying at chikuwadi, behind malwani church, marve Road, malad(W) -400095
today (28.1.17) at 6.45 am, in the morning, i was in my activa scooter with my wife, to drop her in the school( as she is school teacher at elia Sarwat high school )
when I was crosing the naka at st. Anthony School ( near jari mari mandir), one Bike ( registration no. 5180) was coming from the front at 70 /80 kph.& crushed us directly.
they were taken alcohol, myself & my wife has fallen down, myself & my wife( her right leg was burnt off for the hot silencer of the bike ) got injury ( I am 63 yrs. old)
my scooter has damaged, spent 1200.00 for repairing.
i asked them, not to speed at the nake & do not drink, they have ignore me & ran away towards marve
there was no speed breaker & ccctv installed.
we want justice, so that they should respect seniors.

As a citizen of India we all have the rights to get a driving license by following all the procedures. But in fact RTO office is the most corrupted place where nothing can be done without bribe. All the officers are appointed here to help the common people but they are not helping us. Rather they are asking for more money than it is written in the receipt. This is my humble request to government. As a citizen of India i have done my job now being the best and trustworthy government its your job to help the common man. This is a request to our government to help the people not to make them a criminal from a common man.

I am struggling and being harrased for getting a NOC for my 2 wheeler. .I have brought NOC from Pune RTO but Barrackpore Rto is not giving me a local registration.Both the Rtos are throwing me in loop ..Barrackpore rto says they are not getting approval from Pune rto..Pune rto says Barrackpore rto email Pune rto for the approval which they say have done.I am totally in a loop and dont know what to do ..I cannot understand even having all clean documents and following the process I am not able to get a NOC..

I have given the online test for learner license on 26.12.2016. Today is 24.01.2017, its almost one month passed still i haven't received the learner license, where as i am supposed to receive that on the day i have given the test viz. 26.12.2016.

I have also attached here the money receipt that has been taken on 26.12.2016 as a proof.

I usually travel in daily service buses. I used C K Patil's Atharv Bus MH18AA9221 to travel from nandurbar to Dombivli. Ticket booked online. The bus is totally out of shape and it looks incompletely service both body and suspension wise. The bus occilates while moving even at low speeds.
The tires were out of shape. I argued with their rude drivers to force them change it.

These travels people loot passengers but don't provide even standard service. Scrap buses are still being used on Dhule to panvel route regularly.
Please take some action.

My car is registered at mumbai RTo . my car number is mh o1 bf 9435 i had paid rto taxes on 20 th december 2012 vide receipt no 0295589 on 20 th december of rs 78072

my car is burnt and i got scraped. i had submitted all document on 21 -4 2016 and apply for rto taxes refund still today i had not received refund.my name is haresh mehta car belonged to me why my refund is delayed let me when should i get refund.

Dear Team,

In Dharavi we have got only one ground for play for our kids, that garden is alos gone from our hand that ground now has been used form park the cars and other tempo's.

Government has to take some kind of action to these people. we have also told them they not listening.

In the evening time that garden has turned into open air Bar for the guys. Because of these thing no one is able to enter the ground.

Please do something for this guys.

सर पुरे मुम्बई में तो प्रॉब्लम हे पर कांदिवली में भी ज्यादा हे एक तो रोड छोटे हे ट्रैफिक के लिए भीड़ भाड़ एरिया उसमे ऑटो रिक्षा वाले परमिट बिगर ऑटो चलाते हे और पहले से हप्ता लेते हे क्या आप इस में कुछ एक्शन लेंगे और तो और जहा ३ पैसेंजर को बिठाना चाइये वह ६ से ७ पैसेंजर को बिताते हे वो भी ट्रेफ्फिस हवालदार के सामने से जाते हे पर ट्रैफिक हवालदार कुछ नहीं कहता सिर्फ देखता हे बस और सिर्फ जो कॉमन में या कोई उत्तर प्रेदेश या गरीब रहेगा जो कीच ईमानदारी से जाते हे उनको रोकते हे और पैसा वसूली या पावती बनाते हे आप प्ल्ज़ एक्शन लीजिये

This is to keep you informed that i had done with the ll and i am applying for a dl were in which the rto person told me to apply through online, which i tried en number of time doing in that, and all the times it says your llr number is invalid, please help me out to resolve this issue, and we are unable to apply for a dl

I am Ashish from indore, RTO person are checking indore dewas private buses for over loading at near krishi collage but after that point bus Owner again making buses overload, so being a indian citizen, I am requesting to check properly at all respective places. Also they are using abusing words with daily up downer and new customers
We all want to see RTO power.

My car dealer has paid all new vehicle registration charges to RTO office central Mumbai office on 14th December, 2016. But even after 29 days RTO office has not allotted registration number. I don't understand these days of online transactions why so much delay to allot registration number after all payments are made? My dealer has been told software has changed hence the delay, but I find people who got the cars in January 2017 who have registered cars after December numbers were allotted .Then why people who paid all road tax in December 2016 under old software were kept pending?

I am Padmavathi B K from South Bangalore, Karnataka. I hold a learners license which will expire on the 11th of Jan 2017. I gave my Drivers Test today in order to get my LL changed to DL. I cleared the test and I was asked to visit the Jayanagar RTO office - Bangalore to complete further formalities.

To my surprise after having waited for 4 hours the staff comes up with a vague reason (without much explanation ofcourse) that the License issue is on hold atleast till Friday (13th Jan) due to server problems or system problems where the recent rate card for license is not updated in any of the systems ?? to add to my dismay I was also told that I should again ask for Learner's License as the same is getting expired on 11th Jan 2017 even though i reached RTO office and gave and cleared my Drivers test this morning (9th Jan 2017)

Please help me understand the below:

my LL expiry date is on the 11th Jan 2017
I gave my Drivers test and cleared it on 9th Jan 2017
I paid money in full for both LL and DL charges

Having said the above please let me know as to :

why should I be penalized for no mistake of mine if you have not kept your logistics prepared in advance?
why should I give leaner's license test again when my LL is expiring on 11th Jan and I cleared my Drivers Test today (9th) which entitles me to get a DL!!!
why should I ask for LL even after clearing Drivers test ? I should get DL not LL
why should I again pay for LL and DL!! Please have some respective for commoner's Money and time and energy and efforts !!!

please suggest a sensible solution here

I work in IT company, work will be in between metro cities and every year i will be moving to new city.
So should i pay Road Tax in all the states to use my bike and how can i pay lifetime Road tax when i leave for few months in particular city.
In case if its compulsory then open a online portal to pay road tax and also with months or years package.

Please take this concern seriously.
