Here i want to complaint about the pending Rc book delivery to me that had to be done way before the current date and i also tried to track my Rc book parcel request on the official website of the rto portal of India and it has been showing it pending delivery by the India postal services so I request to the rto department to take quick actions against the delay which is being waited for so much time. I really hope it will get resolved by the officials as soon as possible.

      Application submitted for learner's license of my wife on[protected] with contactless service via Aadhar verification, but since then it is showing that application is under processing at RTO level, in RTO level status it shows that you need to visit RTO for phot and signature, we visited to RTO for the same process then RTO persons told that your application is contact less application and you don't need to visit RTO. Since then there is no progress in the application neither RTO people are processing this at their end nor it is getting processed at Parivahan website.

        I have purchased 3rd hand bike in 2017 in Udupi (KA20) RTO, initial registration was done in Mangalore(KA19) RTO on 2009,
        coming to the present day when i checked in Parivahan website, it is telling
        "Vehicle is registered in Multiple RTOs/States"

            Appeared for & cleared LMV driving test on 10th Jan 2023. I already have a LMV license which was submitted for endorsement.

            My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'. (Application:[protected]

            It's been over 3.5 weeks. The endorsement should have happened by now because I surrendered my LMV smart-card.

                I am Mohd Waqas, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Mau uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 31/01/2023, Its been 5 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

                    I have applied for learner's license application. It has been 15 days and it is still showing " application is under processing at RTO level". I have tried contacting the rto as well as the customer care but both have not been helpful. My rto is north zone mall road Delhi.

                    Learner's licence takes 1 day usually to come but it has been 15 days. This is very bad service.

                    Please expedite the process.

                        I Akash Singh Yadav have applied for a driving license after 1 month of getting approved for a learner's license regarding the driving license test after document verification I had been allotted[protected] for the DL test.                           I sat in the Auto from Airoli station, and the moment i sat in the auto i could figure out something was off about the driver. I told him the sector where i wanted to go, yet repeatedly wanted me to give extra details and kept asking ' Madam sector -02 mei kaha jaana hai' even when i told him that i don't know the place but i can direct him till the destination. Once we reached the destination, i asked him to take inside the lane( an Innova can fit inside this lane), he refused saying ' Jagah nahi h mei nahi lunga', even after that i showed him a couple of autos coming out of the lane. He still refused to take it inside and hence i refused to give him any money because he started arguing and could barely even talk! This driver is dangerous to the passengers and should not be allowed to drive the auto rickshaw in such a state specially after he agreed to being drunk and driving.

                                      I am Jarmanjit Singh, I have applied for learning license of LMV and MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Shahkot, I passed the test on 26/01/2023, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority and the counter says "Allotment information unavailable".
