There is lot of illegal parking on footpath as both the sides of the road on old link road starting from charkop naka to hindustan naka and hindustan naka to new link road signal. Not only this the ganesh naagar and ekta nagar roads are also encroached by illegal hockers and illegal garages, illegal furniture shops on either side of the road. There is a school and also atharva college students who face lot of difficulty in crossing the road. Also there is a petrol pump near artharva college and also near the hindustan naka. Due to the ganeshnagar industrial estate, there are lots of big tempos, autos and trucks parked on the road which covers almost half of the road, foothpaths are already encroached upon by shops/vendors leading people to walk on the main road because of this very less space or no space remains for the movement of vehicles and also for pedestrians. Small school going kids face a lot of difficulty as they have to walk on the main road only for going to school from mhada. Not only this inside mhada complex though a big road has been provided there is also, lot of illegal garages have been opened and due to which many autos, trucks and tempos are also parked inside the complex leading to a traffic jam and no space for walking. Because of these garages who carry out their repairing and other work related to their customers on these footpaths blocking the pedestrians way completely. Traffic cops have many time demolished the illegal furniture shops on the main roads, however, they immediately construct a new one and continue doing their business from there.in mhada complex itself though the internal roads are very small the residents do double lane parking. I would request you to please take a necessary action as soon as possible and help people walk on footpath and not on roads and avoid all accidents and problems one has to face while crossing the lane. Also, if any regulations are to be implemented for inside roads of mhada then it will be helpful.

I met Kuldeep Nagar mobile no. [protected], outside Noida RTO office sector 32 on 23rd July, 2016. I was enquiring for transfering the RC and re-registering my vehicle honda activa from Kerala to Noida. I already had NOC and other papers available with me.the officer in there told me that the expenses are of about Rs.5.5-6k and it will take 5-6 days. Here Mr. Super fraud Kuldeep Nagar came to me and said that he will do te work, will provide me all te receipts and will take only Rs.300/- as his Commission. He demanded ₹4000/- immediately for processing and remaining after the job is done. I gave him ₹3800/- on 23/07/2016 and he promised the papers will be ready by 3rd August. I called him on 7/08/2016 to know if the papers were ready and when should I come. He said he forgot to apply and will apply andvive the papers by 12/08/2016. I called him on 12/08/2016 and he said he went to Amritsar for a very important personal work, the papers were ready and and I can collect the same on 18 August 2016. I called on 18 August 2016 and he said that he is busy and will give the papers on 25 August 2016. I called him I called him on 25 and he said as it was Janmashtami RTO is closed and he will give the papers on 29th August 2016. I again called him on 29th August and he said he is not keeping well so not came to RTO. I called him one more time on 7th September 2016and he said that the papers ready and I can collect them on 8 September. since then I'm calling him from every monday saturday and he is saying to come on next day. on every Saturday he told me one or other reason of not having the papers or not able to meet. the three reasons I remember that his father met with an accident and he also got injured and is not able to walk. he met with another accident on next Saturday and this time one officer his hands got injured. he even WhatsApp me a picture of his showing his injured arm. the next Saturday he said he is irritated of my repeated calls and the papers are not at all ready as I have given him only ₹3500/- instead of ₹8000/- he demanded. I told him the expenses were around ₹6000/- and I gave him ₹3800/- against the demand of ₹4000/- by him. To this he replied that the papers and money I can connect on Tuesday. This Tuesday won Tuesday he said that he got the papers ready and I can collect the same on Tuesday evening. once again the process of calling him intensified from evening to morning for the meeting every time getting shifted to buy 5 to 6 hours. Yesterday on 30/09/2016 he called me and said that the papers are ready and he is coming to Delhi to give me the papers in my office just I have to wait. he kept shifting the meeting time buy one or two hoursis 9 o'clock evening. At 2100 hours he said that he is with some relatives and cannot come the papers are not ready and I can collect my original papers and money on 01/10/2016. Today when i called him again he did not receive my call. I have to call him from my friends number and make my friend talk to him and threaten him to complain in police. C said I can collect the paper but he didn't have the money for which I have to wait till Monday that is 03/10/2016.

I have called him 10 times a day since last 2 months. I have wasted a lot of my energy just to get my papers and work done. His continuous fooling me behavior has give me headache and high B.P. in last 3 days. He is not only denying me my papers but also enjoyed the amount I gave to him. It is highly unlikely that he will give my money and vehicle's original papers on Monday. I want you to take strict actions against such fraud people and help me get my papers and money ₹3800/- back.

This is muskaan khan. I need to register complain about the auto driver. I took sharing auto for the hypercity from the goregaon station that time a old lady was there in auto and she wants to get down at premnagar so she ask me sit first and she get down. Suddenly auto driver start the auto without takin her and told her you don't come why you get down from the auto. And said bhago yahase chalo niklo kaha kaha se pareshan karne aate he.. How can he use this language to lady? I ask him to stop auto and take that lady she is paying to u but he doesn't stop the auto. So kindly take the serious action

I am really frustratef the way he was behaving. please let me know if charges are correct or not. If wrong then how would get it back and fine complaint against him.

I bought a car(honda amaze) from gurgaon to attach the same to ola or uber and being a resident of gurgaon I hve to get an NCR permit from gurgaon RTO, but the honda attendant has told me that you cannot apply for the said permit because the gurgaon rto is nomore proviging the same. I want to for how long i hve to wait for the permit?

I have purchased New Honda shine bike from sub dealer on 08/01/2016 but till the date I have not received my RC book from rto Thane. When I Have contacted the showroom he said that you have to go to RTO office and then collect from rto . vehicle no MH04 HH9854.
lease suggest how can I get RC book. If I haven't get TR he RC book by post why should I go to the RTO office to get the RC book rather rto had collected the delivery charges while registering vehicle. If I go to the rto then IHave to take leave from office and it's My loss of 3000/- per day

Complaint against Assistant RTO, Jayanagar, Banagalore

Hi,

Currently I am trying to get driving licence and I am getting lots of trouble at Jayanagar RTO as I am physically handicap.

Please note that,
As a handicap, I am having problem in my left leg ONLY (Right leg is normal) and I am perfectly fit to drive an automatic transmission car.
I am also having a physically disability certificate and physical fitness certificate, mentioning that I am capable to drive an automatic transmission car.

What more, I am also holding valid foreign driving licence (6 years driving experience in abroad)

Now the problem is that, as per RTO laws in india, I can drive a specific car only after suitable modifications for me and this car is required to be registered under INVALID CARRIGE.
As per my physical condition and physical fitness certificate, I don't need any modifications in the car (I am having automatic transmission car).

At Jayanagar RTO, the assistant RTO officer is not ready to transfer the vehicle under INVALID CARRIGE as it doesn't have any modifications.

This officer also misguided me saying that I can directly go for Learner's licence. When I went for preliminary test, the LL inspector didn't allow me for the test and asked me to change the vehicle category to invalid carriage.

When I met the assistant RTO officers again and told him regarding this, He changed his color and has told me that he can not change vehicle category to invalid carriage without any modifications.
This officer is not ready to listen anything.

Many times I visited RTO without any success. As a handicap person, I am getting lots of trouble visiting RTO, instead of any help.

I have given my Driving licence for duplicate license at MUMBAI Tardeo RTO on[protected] & duplicate licence.It was informed by Tardeo RTO Executive (175 no.) that License will come directly through postal service within 15 days. It has been 55 days now but I am not able to track my License, On 48th day i went to executive no.(171) He said your license has not be posted and go to window 175.The executive told me i will receive in 8 days(175 no.)
There is no tracking system for license.

I would like to inform you that I have registered my new car (Maruti Ertiga) in May 2016 with RTO Kalyan. My vehicle number is MH-05-CV-0720. Till date i haven't received my RC book. Ten days back I had checked with my area post office for the same, but they replied saying nothing has come.

Please let me know how to check the status and how to get the RC book.

I have sold bajaj discover (MH12CV8387) around 6 years back at Pune location. During selling my used bike, I have signed all transfer doc and given to buyer and he also provided his identification docs to me. Today, I came to know by using Vehile registration information app on moble that bike is still on my name. I have misplaced identification document which buyer gave to me and I dont have his name and any information.

Can you please suggest what should I do to avoid any legal issues in case occur in future?

At the first time when my driving licence was issued the rto pune has wrongly inserted my dob, i four times raised the issue with rto by submitting all the necessary documents to rto pune and the amendment fees. But till today the dob is not been changed. I have the latest fee challan with the new licence which just came to me today. The rto people ask for heavy bribe which their agents take the money. My licence was issued in 2002, till today i am chasing rto by paying money and providing documents. Are the rto people unable to understand the request??? Please help in this.

I'm sivarasan, PhD research scholar from Bharathiar University and also coming from very poor family backround. For this last four month (February 2016 to May 2016) struggling i got the half of the Education loan (1.80, 000 Rs.) sanction letter for three years (2016 to 2019) from indian bank, Dharapuram. But our bank manager will not given the empressement claim amount for this year 2016. Me and my parents suggested our bank as so many times. But manager talked very hard and using bad words to me and my parents. I dont know what should i do. This problem will affecting my research work. please help me to what should i do?

I am trying to book slots online for driving test . It shows booked for next 3 months. Bt i[censored] visit any motor training school or visit RTO office person are ready to give lincence in 45 days by paying bribe.
I fails to understand if slots are booked, how come they are able to booked & get it done. Services provided by you, is not trasparent. We have left with no option, except to give bribe & increase corruption to make its our work done.

This man took rs 7000 for transferring my bike about 1 and half months back. He told papers will be ready in 3-4 .now he told me that he is unable to do the work and when asked about money he just diverts the topic and has refused to return that as well... There is no regular availability of auto rickshaws from Powai to Vikroli station, specially during evening times. Some auto drivers supposed to be from Union collect money from the auto drivers to pick passengers from Powai Central Avenue. Due to this many auto drivers are reluctant to pick passengers resulting in long Queue. People have to wait for more than half an hour in the evenings for their turn to avail a rick. We miss our regular trains/fast trains and all the connecting trains from Kurla and Dadar.

Unfortunately there is no bus facility in this route and share auto is the only option available who charge Rs 20 to 25/- per seat.

Area BKC - opp Raheja corp tower . There is no sign for no parking opposite cafe infinito but no parking signs are there right outside cafe infinito.
We parked our 4 wheeler opposite side since there was no "no parking" sign.
When our vehicle was towed away, we inquired from the traffic cop on what basis do u pick the vehicle when there is no sign board, he says whole area is no parking so from next time you know you cannot...

I rahul nayak, I am recently shifted to Margao GOA.I have bought an Old Car and want to transfer it to my name.but when i visit to Margao RTO office then they want local Id(voter id, aadhar etc.) it should be only for GOA Address.I have provided him my company offer letter, my Register rent agreement, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill, my Aadhar Card, PAN card driving license, and all the car document.but they are not ready to transfer my car to my name. they told you are not Goan citizen so you can not transfer your car.
