I RENEWED MY DRIVING LICENCE ON 2ND MARCH 2015, TILL TODAY I AM NOT GET MY RENEWED DRIVING LIC, BARAMATI RTO GIVEN ME SPEED POST NO EA[protected]IN, I SHOW IT TO POST OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THIS NO SPEED POST WRONGLY POSTED TO WALCHANDNAGAR BUT MY ADDRESS IS KUMBHAR GALLI DAUND DIST PUNE, NOW NOBODY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY NOR POST OFFICE OR NOR RTO BARAMATI, WHAT CAN I DO ? --VINAYAK KUMBHAR DAUND DIST PUNE 413801

Hi, I have given my 4 wheeler driving test in 26 Feb 2015 till now I did not received my Driving License. My Details Name : Reetesh Jain Inward No : 22349 15 Speed post number : EA[protected] I checked with post office they told that speed post number is correct but RTO didn't send your document to post office for delivery. I have purchase my new car and need to be registered at rto office. First i was asked to do affidavate for my address proof (As i had shifted to my new house) and after doing affidavate again mr. Balla (Asst. Director rto) says that i can't register my car as he needs photocopy of my passport, which i submitted again as per his requirement. Then mr. Chavan rto officer needs the full address of bank from whom i have taken loan (Bank stamp is already there in form) then too he needs full address of bank. I have mentioned bank address as per his requirement also, but now he is not available to signe my registration form. Every time i have to take leave from my job and go to rto office but my work is not done. The peon (Agent) says you don't need to worry or do all formalities if i proceed the form through him. I can't understand i am being harssed only because i prefer to register my vehicle through myself and not giving any breef to these corrupte officer.
One side we say that we ourself can only stop corruption but our system is so complicated that the common man can't fight with these system.
Either we need to resign from our job and then can fight with the system.

Sir, we daily road walker from pathanwadi to oberoi mall goregaon east. Under oberoi mall goregaon east flyover there is afoot path for public to walk but one side of footpath is broken and from there very day 2 wheelers bike drive in full speed they do not even see whether there are kids/children/ ladies walking.
We ladies have once complaint to RTO officer present at same road by no response and same thing is happening repeatedly. i request concern RTO offices to do the needful.
as this is for public safety this need to give high priority.
if this request is not attended will send to video of the same along with RTO officers standing near highway.

I have submitted all papers and paid required fees for transfer of 2-wheeler RC book from Koramangala RTO to K.R. Puram RTO for motor cycle KA01 EX-3316, under which I reside. This was done on 12.3.2015. Acknowledgement stated document will be sent by Speed Post within 30 working days. But so far I have not received the same from RTO K.R. Puram. Bought Ritz on July 2014 (MH12LD0983). RC book / Smart card is not received from Pune RTO. It is almost 10 months now... Receipt No:[protected] / 1212-[protected] dated 07/08/2014 (VSL[protected] Each time I have visited Pune RTO, officer responded saying we will send the card in 20 days. I purchased a car under exchange offer from My car dealer Malviya nagar Bhopal on 30.09.2014.Till I have not been able to get my registration card.Howeve, company had provided my registration particulars long back.I have been given to understand that RTO Bhopal dispatched the said card 62023 at my address Ashok Kumar Shrinagar, C-30, Padmnabhnagar, Bhopal 462023 on 27.02.2015 but did not give me registration letter number.Govindpura Bhopal post office(our area post office) says it has not yet received any such letter to deliver.They have not returned either any such letter.I have been in regular touch of the concerned DAK person.Company say their job is over once registration particulars reaches the customer because they recover registration fees from customer at the time of purchase and agent fees.I am groping in the dark.Car registration number has been advised by company as MP/04-CN 3952 with RTO Bhopal.

sir, i had applied for renewal of my driving liscence at rto thane, on[protected]. procedure is completed. inward no.- 115746 DL no. 80851/09 i have paid required fees for yardstick technologist, which is official service provider, recipt no.- DL T 0054760 it is 5months now, still ihve not received my liscence. kindly look into the matter.

i have jumped a signal at malad mitt chauty signal. and officer said you have jumped a signal and said he have to pay the amount of rupees 100/- and my Senior said give him a 50rs/- but didnt said any one and then after the when i give him a 100/- rs not he is telling to go then i said give me a 50rs then he said i will collect your licence and have to go for chauky for licence i said so give me a reciept then i take a reciept and gone... my question is ? why the rto officer not asked to pay the panalty at the present time ?????? why they take a licence and say to visit to a chauky ???????????? they know the by visiting to a chauky our time is waste and they rto officer take this advantage for this?????

i apply 4/14/2014 for my permanent licence i.e. 2 & 4 wheeler .i was giving date after 1 month get the permanent licence by post as our register address. but 2 month left for that process. i have not got the licence and any message from RTO office. Its very important for me, so please i request for respected responsible sir. so, please co-oprate me and urgently solve that technical problem.

Hello, Myself Pradip Salunkhe and I am from Maharashtra lived in Jamnagar. My complaint is for not providing any basic facilities at RTO office at Jamnagar. None of employee are serious about their responsibility, as well as basic amenities are also not provided by RTO Jamnagar. Senior citizens have to stand up for hours in queue for only renewal of their licence, girls are also treated badly, simply no manners in staff.

I have given appointment for learners licence at time 10-11 am in morning. But office did not open till10.45 am. Also RTO officer was not available till 11.30am. How can government organization like RTO proceed. Please look in to this matter in order to maintain discipline in RTO. Officer concerned is Mr. Deepak Patil.

Dear sir, in reference to above i would like to inform you that i have apply for renewal of my Driving License on 22.03.2014, but i have not received the Driving License till date.After 03 months when i went to RTO office at unnao and meet with RI Mr.Gupta he asked me to meet Mr Ramesh, when i meet Mr.Ramesh he told me that there is no Driving Licence is renew in my name, after that i meet Mr.Gupta RI again he send me with his clerk for issue me a new receipt and photo, Mr.Gupta, RI asked me to bring a envelop (with stamp for registry) i also hand over the envelop to Mr.Gupta, RI after writing my full address on envelop, But till date i have not received my DL. I am also sending scan copy of both the receipt for your ready reference. Taking an appointment is worst than Tatkal scheme of Indian Railways. No one knows when the booking gets started and when it gets closed. Every morning when I log-in for fixing appointment, that day gets already booked and booking for subsequent days is marked red. So tell me how a common man can do the booking for LL? To improve the efficiency of issuing LL It can be issued at all the suburbs because it hardly requires any physical driving test. Information is connected to SERVER.

There is no proper guidance at the time of driving test and i.was even misguided..now because of them I was not able to pass my test and now I have to wait for next 1 month or more than that for again appearing for test..is this my fault..why always we have to suffer even when we are not at fault
