Dear Sir, After many time suffering I have to write this complent. I purchased a new car Hyundai EON Delite+, Registration No.-UK08 AE 6842 from Khanna Automart Pvt. Ltd., Manglor Road, Roorkee on dated[protected]. This Car has been Registerd on dated[protected]. During Receiving of HSRP Autorization Slip on dated[protected], I have told to Sales Executive of Show room that my name in HSRP Slip is wrong Vipin Kumar in place of Vipin Kaushik. He told me that he will correct the name in RC. But after many time calling him approx 4 month later he told me that your RC has been receive with same wrong name. I said to him that I want RC with correct name. then he assured me that your RC will receive in few days. After that I called him many times. But no result found. Then I contact to sales Manager Mr. Avinash Mittal. He gave me the contact No. of RTO Agent Mr. Satish Rohila. I ask him about RC . On dated[protected] He told me that You will get RC on[protected]. After many time calling to him, no result found. Then on[protected] he told me that Your RC has been lost. Now new RC will be made in RTO. But on dated[protected], he told me that your RC has been made n tomorrow I’ll give you. Then finally after 8 month on dated[protected] I got it. When I saw this RC, I found that this RC was with that wrong name. only name correction with pen and a stamp was there on that RC. When I complent this to Mr. Satish Rohila, he misbehaved me a lot. Now I return this RC to sales executive. Now they are saying that RC is not available in RTO office. Now question is that when that RC has been lost then that RC from where come out? And on Road when if any RTO officer will stop and will check RC of vehicle, then who will be responsible?
So it is requested you to kindly give any solution for this problem. And I am assured that you will do need full action against this problem.
