This guy is the biggest fraud in pimpri chinchwad rto, pune...He took
Rs.20, 000 from me alone with original papers of my car to complete the registration process of my honda city...then he ran away with my money and original papers and is not answering my calls

When I went to rto office I found out that he has fooled many people in the past and its his daily habit to try and find new people to fool ...Please beware of this agent ASHISH BHUTALA ...he is the biggest fraud in Pune so never get any work done through him.

I am going to file a police complaint against him and surely teach this fraud a lesson.

Dear sir/madam, i purchased bajaj ns 200 on 3rd feb 2014 vehicle no. Mh 01 bq 1051 and till date i haven't received my rc book, complaint many times went to rto also its showing pending to print paper rc in their system, imagine more than 2 years without paper, since last 6 month am not riding as got harassed many times by cops, please look in to the matter.

I was there in the rto office of agra to take my truck back which was taken by them because i didnt have originals documents of the vehicle that time... when i went there they do not talk to me properly they abuse me and using bad language and i was talking to them very politely by folding my hands... i worked according to them by fulfilling their all requirement but they take more money which was not required..
I pay all the money required or which was charged but they take more money from me and use really bad language with me and keep pushing me outside...
People who do this kind of stuff with me were senior assistant...

I received my Driving Licence on 31/05/2016 & found that My Photograph in that has a very dull and light brightness - its not visible well.

I would request your to please direct me that what should I do to resolve this problem.

This is the second time, I am having the problem with Jamnagar - RTO.

I have issued My Driving Licence on 15/10/2009 (First date of Issue) and Jamnagar - RTO made a mistake in putting my DOB. In-order to correct that I placed an application and on 31/05/2016 I got My Driving Licence with above mentioned problem.

While putting Driving Licence at various places as an proof of Address document this might create a problem, as photograph is not visible well.

Please help.

I had applied for renewal of my license at Borivali RTO on 05-May-2016 &.It was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been almost a month now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

Request your help.

Yesterday I had parked my activa 3g near Laxmi marked pune, it was not written there no parking area however RTO guys collected my vehicle from there and shifted to dagru seth area when I visited there they asked me to pay fine rs 1050 but as per govt rule it's 100 rs fine, after so much discussion they collected 600 without receipt. If that was not parking area they should write down there, even I parked my vehicle on parking line. This is first time I had to pay penalties without any reason. I always follow rules and regulation, this time also I followed rules, I parked on correct parking area. Our system is completely corrupted. Govt should do something against this corruption.

I feel very disappointment due to this corruption.

I have applied for duplicate license with change in addresss but i received with the same addresss as before and no change had done, what is the meaning of this... Atleast u shud have look at our documents, i have submitted passport copy, addhaar card, paan card bank statement, ration card as a address proof even then my address is not changed and this rto is sending me with the same address as before whta the hell is dis... Blind work done by thane rto people...

I have purchase Hyundai car in Feb after 3 month, i haven't received RC book for the same. 1month back i contacted Thane RTO, and has been told by RTO Officer that Printing Paper is not available. due to that all HF series RC book not yet printed. Today i also try to contact RTO Thane but no one is responding.

I don't understand why it is like that.

My sister had hired a fast track call taxi in chennai on 09/05/2016. To freely to kilpauk garden from mahalingapuram ayyappa temple at 10:15 am. The taxi driver spoke to my sister very rudely in abusive language, before boarding the car in public, we had lodged a complaint with the fast track complaint number but they are not answering the call. The cab number is tn-14-a-6881, tata indigo. Please do take some punitive measure so as to see this kind of behaviour is not tolerated by the customers.

Mr. Kuldeep nagar (+91-[protected] and +91-[protected]), on 04/04/2016 i visited noida rto to apply for my permanent dl, while i was there kuldeep approached me and pretended to be a rto agent and said he could get my job done and i do not need to wait for the license to come via mail and he could arrange it next day for me and hand it to me, he asked me to fill up the form and took my learner's license in his possession along with the filled form and rs 1000. I took his phone number and went. I called him next day as per his commitment and he said it would take some time, since then i have called him every day and at times he gets rude and sarcastic, so finally i requested him to return my learner's and the money, he said he would do it, but again he started the same excuses and even started ignoring my calls. It was only me who called him and never received any call from him.
He does this to innocent people who visit rto and exploits them mentally, i also checked him on internet and found many complaints against him.
Somebody needs to ban him from rto and he should be arrested for the scam he does to people.
I had to visit sector 24 noida police station and seek help from police, and then only i was able to get my learners and money back. I am attaching his pic i downloaded from a complaint on the same portal.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I submitted all the required documents on 28-Mar-16 for Learning License (LL) for the application number[protected] and online reference number - 2928516. I have visited the concerned RTO (Noida - UP 16) multiple times and every time they say that I will get it soon. Last time I visited, they said it's prepared and has not been printed, as print has not been given by them. Such a pathetic and lethargic attitude.

Pls. note it's been one month and I haven't received the copy of learning license.

Kindly help is this regard.

Sir, i got passed the final driving test and received the receipt of test passed on dated 04/Mar/2016. My application no. AP037/8408/2016/L and LLR No is AP[protected]. Upto now i didnt receive the final perminant driving license card.
I got the test passed at Eluru RTA office. I made number of visits to Eluru office and Post officealso. I went personally number of times. There the response is very poor. Kindly go through my application and do the favorable justice for me.

Is there any way to get back the document and money..as i have been victim of this..
the agent name(alok rajput)(ph no-[protected]) a big fraud took 3000 n rc of my bike ..promising me to give the noc within 15 days..but it has been more than 2 mnths..n he ignores my call or give excuses..
i really dont kno what to do..help me out ..

On 13th January 2016, I had applied for renewal of my driving license to WIAA at Mumbai. I have no way of knowing the status of renewal, since WIAA forwards all applications to RTO, Mumbai. RTO Mumbai has no avenues for tracking the status.

My son had given 2 wheeler test and cleared the same but till date he has not received his permanent license. In fact he had 4 wheeler license which was submitted at the time 2 wheeler so that the new one will have both.

Hi, i m Dhiraj Sharma From Motera Ahmadabad Gujarat. i informed you that i am not receiving my motor cycle RC book from RTO Ahmadabad Nr. Asharam Road still now my bike number is GJ 1 SP 6763. please reply on this complain as soon as possible.

I seriously need your help now, as my original CAR RC is with one Pune RTO broker and he is not picking the phone. Not replying and also misleading own statements.
His name is Raju (Raj Pawar) and I have given my CAR RC to him for removal of Finance Company name.

Last month he confirmed that the work has been done and he got the new RC. Since i shifted to Gurgaon location so I said him to give that RC to my friend so he can courier to me.

However although multiple tries by me and my friend he has not given him originals. Also changed number but somehow i got the new one.

His new number is [protected]. After multiple calls he said that new RC is with Speed post and he was not able to collect.

When i asked for tracking number he had not given but got some invoices / receipts for RC.

1 receipt (Vehicle Information) of rs 50 and receipt number is CM79826 .
another receipt of rs 200 with number as 16604970 and for same receipt number CM79826.

Please suggest that how i can get my originals.

I have purchased a " HONDA ACTIVA I " from STS Honda, Boisar on 22nd November 2015. After1 months I received RC book from RTO Virar but the model name was mistakenly " HONDA ACTIVA 3G " hence I sent an application along with the wrong RC book to RTO Virar. But 2 months passed. I could not get my correct RC book yet .Please help.

I have been frustrated by the Road Tax laws in India. I get stopped for not having an NOC for my car, and which has only been 1 week since I brought it to Pune. I did show all the toll receipts to him. He replied by saying "you can only stay two days after entering Pune". So what about people visiting for Pune for a short vacation or trip?

The Police seeing me a young boy(20 years old), was going on proclaiming false laws and threats of ceasing the car just to squeeze money out of me, a student. I brought my car for personal reasons intending to keep for just two months and returning. No where in the the Motor Vehicle Act it's written that I need NOC unless for re-registering and for road tax. But it doesn't make sense at all that I have to pay 28, 000 rupees just for two months as Road Tax. And there are no clear rules what to do and what not todo before bringing another state registered car.

I have seen many complaints for this without a clear answer or solution. Even back in 2014 there has been many complaints been made, then why has no action been taken still?

Here are two questions which I have not yet got a clear answer, will be grateful if anyone who knows or can fix my issue help me out:

1) how long can I keep my car in the state(maharashtra) before I pay the road tax, legally?
2) How do I prove the cops that I don't need NOC. I'm against paying bribes, but I was forced to pay due to threats.
