Dear Sir, I Mr. Amit D. Khatate observing the RTO's work and want to say you something about RTO'S Systems, sir our RTO'S Laws àre excellent and very good but sir our RTO'S operational system are not so good, they knows those having Commercial, Tourist & Private Vehical owners and my knowledge everybody (all public). That's why i want to say you something about operational system you make it this system Privatize like Mumbai Passport office because in Passport office work going smooth, transferency is there and not done any fraud work after privatization because they having letest technology they work from Online. I am not blaming to any one but i seen to RTO work and want to say you something about RTO's work if we are not doing changes our country not go ahead . I was given driving licence to renual at rto palanpur on 14 /10/ 2015 recept no is B01578181 but til today i was not received your office says here we have dispetch to post on eg[protected]in but here our postoffice we have check and online track this no has not given any documents we have neither received nor returns kindly contect t[protected]

Applied for smart card, format, of driving license for the damaged booklet old, format, one with r.T.O. Kalyan on date:- 13/11/2015 but i've not got the driving license still nor did i got ems no.(bar code) to trace the status of my driving license with post office, pls. Help me on that at earliest and help me getting my new driving license at earliest. I tried several times to get my driving license and if not ready/done to deliver/delivered, get the status with the r.T.O. Kalyan. Please help me on this issue at your earliest. I had a four wheeler license which got expired so I took an an appointment from RTOsurat and visited for issue of renewal of DL wherein after going there in the office the concerned person did not found my record and said there were no record of my four wheeler license..and told me to wait for some days as the office has been shifted and data's might have been lost or misplaced so they will get it from Gandhinagar.Till today I haven't received any positive response from them.

Hello Sir, I had applied for a conversion from Existing Booklet license to smart card license on 11 Sept. 2014 which I have not yet received as of 23 Nov. 2015. My receipt number is 0698384 and DL No. is Q 0015332 ( At Palghar RTO camp)

I have contacted many times in Palghar post office about the license but they say there is no such license we have received to deliver.
Please let me know the next steps I should take to get the license.

I have applied for LMV Driving licence on 09/01/2015. I had my trial test on 20/02/2015 which done successfully. After 45 days I visited to RTO Mehsana, and asked for driving licence. They reply me that you can get licence after 10 to 15 days because some problems of computer software. I go there twice in a every month for licence. I asked to RTO and other related staff for licence but they are carelessness towards their duties and reply me irresponsibility. Kindly look into my matter which due to utter negligence and irresponsible behavior of the departments have gone worse. I am facing many problems to driving. Therefore I request you to take some necessary action in this regard so that I may get my driving licence as soon as possible.

I jumped the signal unknowingly as i was in huryy... but when constable stopped that you jumped the signal, and said u will have to pay fine of Rs.600 or go to Borivali Court. he took my licence and asked for bribe...Recently i read that Constables don't have right to do this...only an officer above the rank of assistant sub-inspector(ASI) is allowed to collect fine

I have given my Driving test for Two & Four Wheeler at Dahisar RTO on 04-Aug-2015 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 45 days. It has almost 3 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.& struggling.

I am having Learning license issued on 3rd August, 2015 from Andheri RTO. Now After 3rd September, I am eligible for applying permanent diving license. But when I tried book slot for Driving test, the nearest date available is 16th March, 2016. But My learning License expires on the 2nd February, 2016. Above that I have to go to another RTO (borivali) after booking slot in Andheri RTO. Please if some higher authority can help me to sort out the issue.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring under your kind notification once can easily see the mismanagement of Zebra crossing practice by the vehicle drivers, supported by Local Traffic officials at Parel TT signal(Madke Buwa Chowk). In this vicinity there are multiple hospitals (KEM, Wadia, Tata, Bachooalli, Mahatma Gandhi, and Global Hospital) and hence Jerbai Wadia Road and Acharya Donde Marg (Parel Road) is always packed with thousands of ailing commuters who travels daily from local and outside city/state. The only way to the nearest Railway station (Elphistone Road and Parel) is Jagannath Bhatankar Marg, for which people coming from Jerbai wadia Road and Acharya Donde Marg (Parel Road) has to cross the big signal at Parel TT(opposite to “F”Ward BMC office), though there is a Zebra crossing printed but all the vehicles heading from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road covers the Zebra crossing in the presence of the officials due to which these Pedestrians have to risk their lives and search for a narrow gap of Vehicles and then cross the road to proceed. Can someone from the Authority look in this and instruct the local officials to adhere the rule. I am not asking for a big thing here, just requesting to follow the basic civic rules. In the past one year this is the third time the mini bus service is stopped due to HARTAL of the minibus staffs.We the daily passengers are travelling by trucks like chicken for the past 9 days from 16/8/15.Though state bus is runnig only in between Ukhra-Andal, that also very inadequate.There are 60+ buses are there but only 4 SBSTC buses are running. My complains are- 1. Why the permit's of the buses are still not seized due to their(MINI BUS STAFFS) anarchy? 2.Why there is no permanent SBSTC in the Jhanjra-Asansol, Jhanjra-Ranigunje, Jhanjra-Benachity, Jhanjra - Durgapur, Jhanjra-Andal route. 3.Why The crisis management has not provided any bus to the Andal-Jhanjra route?(Generally 30 mini bus and 4 express runs in this route, only 3 express are running now in over crowdwd dangerous condition) Sir please help us out of this condition, we the daily passenger(School children, Office goer, college students, poor patients and others).

Dear Sir/Madam, This has been a nagging issue since a couple of years. The autostand in our area is a nuisance. Its not just the fare being charged double and sometimes triple the standard amount, it is quite more. Three years ago I was new to the place so I just swallowed down the matter and didn't raise an alarm. When I awaited for an auto, one from the auto stand came up with three auto drivers sitting behind and asked with an evil smile, "chalna hai?". After that incident, I avoided waiting for an auto but instead, walked down to the main road to hire one. However, nowadays due to my time constraints and my need to travel with my child, I have no other choice but to wait there. This time, its a big group at the autostand, appearing very amused and their stare and body language quite offensive. The other day I found an old auto driver wink with a wicked smile while I wanted to hire him. There are many such issues which I want the authority to address. I was even tempted to go to the police but then having a growing child, I refrained from doing so.

Dear RTO, Please make provision for renewing LL or extend days of conducting DL TEST. You conduct DL TEST only on Saturdays. I am unable to make my DL due to second Saturday holidays and regional Holidays. Immediate action is appreciable.

i purchase new vechical. i pay the amount of +-350.00 rupees for rc book (vechical registration smart card)but it not recive so i contact to chd rto office he say the company contract will be end, say pay new charges for registration of rupees 20.00 and he gives me normal paper printed RC(registration card/copy)i ask him for rupees +-350.00 he say there is no refund facility not available for this payment by rto office . i[censored] want refund then contact the company is rasomata group and ask him for refund the rto will not responcable for this. so give me datails related, and who will responsable for this? it is neare about one thousand of vechical problem

My car number gj5 jl 0453. Car was purchased in feburary registered in march and as per rto records rc book is despatch on 26 / 04 / 15 but we have not recieved as yet. On a talk with rto pal adajan at counter number 24 they have given the despatch number of rc book at said to talk to post office. So first of all when we r subbmitting the things to rto and paying the entire amount to rto so why we have to go to post office for this. Second we also followed up with post office they we dont have such kind of rc book with them. This is complete heresmment for us. So need a reply for that and from where we r going to get the rc book

Respected Sir/Madam, From Kalyan RTO(MH05), two times I have taken learning license as well as given the Test Driving for two wheeler Driving License. But I have not received the License yet. First time I have given the Test Driving for Driving License in 15th May 2014 in Kalyan RTO(MH05).After test Drive the officer duly signed application forms and documents and handed over to me. I have submitted the same in RTO personally and done the signature in register as per the clerk informed. He has kept it on his table as completed the procedures. But I have not received the License. Later I have enquired in RT Office and the officer informed that my forms did not filled by my driving school yet. Actually I was not applied through any school. My application was through an Agent. By understanding this RT officer asks me to meet the Agent. The agent informed that it will be cleared in 15 days. But not happened like that and later he ask me for submit fresh application for new LL and then give Test driving. (I have lost the money given to Agent and the amount paid to RTO Charges) Again I have submitted online application (without any agent) for LL and DL and given test on[protected]. After Test driving my form kept by the testing officer and informed me that your form has been received and DL will get by post soon. But till date I have not received the DL. As I have enquired in RTO and not get any proper answer about it. So requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and please arrange to get me the DL. i have applied for my wife driving licence with the help of so called RTO agent kuldeep who took rs 3000 from for the same 2 years back.i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and now a days againg i have seen him in the office of RTO office.
