sir, i had applied for renewal of my driving liscence at rto thane, on[protected]. procedure is completed. inward no.- 115746 DL no. 80851/09 i have paid required fees for yardstick technologist, which is official service provider, recipt no.- DL T 0054760 it is 5months now, still ihve not received my liscence. kindly look into the matter.

i have jumped a signal at malad mitt chauty signal. and officer said you have jumped a signal and said he have to pay the amount of rupees 100/- and my Senior said give him a 50rs/- but didnt said any one and then after the when i give him a 100/- rs not he is telling to go then i said give me a 50rs then he said i will collect your licence and have to go for chauky for licence i said so give me a reciept then i take a reciept and gone... my question is ? why the rto officer not asked to pay the panalty at the present time ?????? why they take a licence and say to visit to a chauky ???????????? they know the by visiting to a chauky our time is waste and they rto officer take this advantage for this?????

i apply 4/14/2014 for my permanent licence i.e. 2 & 4 wheeler .i was giving date after 1 month get the permanent licence by post as our register address. but 2 month left for that process. i have not got the licence and any message from RTO office. Its very important for me, so please i request for respected responsible sir. so, please co-oprate me and urgently solve that technical problem.

Hello, Myself Pradip Salunkhe and I am from Maharashtra lived in Jamnagar. My complaint is for not providing any basic facilities at RTO office at Jamnagar. None of employee are serious about their responsibility, as well as basic amenities are also not provided by RTO Jamnagar. Senior citizens have to stand up for hours in queue for only renewal of their licence, girls are also treated badly, simply no manners in staff.

I have given appointment for learners licence at time 10-11 am in morning. But office did not open till10.45 am. Also RTO officer was not available till 11.30am. How can government organization like RTO proceed. Please look in to this matter in order to maintain discipline in RTO. Officer concerned is Mr. Deepak Patil.

Dear sir, in reference to above i would like to inform you that i have apply for renewal of my Driving License on 22.03.2014, but i have not received the Driving License till date.After 03 months when i went to RTO office at unnao and meet with RI Mr.Gupta he asked me to meet Mr Ramesh, when i meet Mr.Ramesh he told me that there is no Driving Licence is renew in my name, after that i meet Mr.Gupta RI again he send me with his clerk for issue me a new receipt and photo, Mr.Gupta, RI asked me to bring a envelop (with stamp for registry) i also hand over the envelop to Mr.Gupta, RI after writing my full address on envelop, But till date i have not received my DL. I am also sending scan copy of both the receipt for your ready reference. Taking an appointment is worst than Tatkal scheme of Indian Railways. No one knows when the booking gets started and when it gets closed. Every morning when I log-in for fixing appointment, that day gets already booked and booking for subsequent days is marked red. So tell me how a common man can do the booking for LL? To improve the efficiency of issuing LL It can be issued at all the suburbs because it hardly requires any physical driving test. Information is connected to SERVER.

There is no proper guidance at the time of driving test and i.was even misguided..now because of them I was not able to pass my test and now I have to wait for next 1 month or more than that for again appearing for test..is this my fault..why always we have to suffer even when we are not at fault

i was complaint to rto office they said it will be come from post . i was enquired to post office but there is not available

Hi Team, Its been 3 weeks after i have got delivery of my bike but still i have not received my bike's number. When enquired at RTO, there was no clear response whether that's due to incomplete documents or their own negligence. The Bike dealer also confirmed that i had submitted all valid documents. Hello, Subject: Regarding the tampered meter for auto rickshaw with vehicle number: MH 12 AU 2433 I am a regular traveller, I regularly travel by autos and cabs. Couple of days back I went to Swargate Bus stand from area near Balewadi stadium through a good cab service, I was charged 269 Rs. for 18.9 Kms during day time. While returning I took auto rickshaw: the vehicle number was: MH 12 AU 2433 at 11 P.M on 4-Jan-2015, he had electronic meter, he took a route from Swargate bus stand > Bajirao road > Mangala talkies > Shivajinagar > Baner road > Mahalunge road > Residential society just opposite to Hotel VITS Orchid. This route on google maps shows as 15.8 km, while the auto rickshaws meter showed 28 Kms which we can makeout is totally wrong. This meter showed 422 Rs. and he also took night charge on this i.e 50% of total amount it was before 12 when we reached there, it hardly took half an hour to reach. It clearly shows that the meter has been tampered some how, the reading it totally wrong, there was no one nearby for help, we talked with auto driver showed him the cab service bill but he insisted to pay as per meter including the night charger saying us that there are changed from 1st Jan 2015 and the Fare card is yet to be printed for it. We felt helpless, no one near to help, the police chowki was also not open which is just outside my society on Mahalunge road and we had to end up paying him the money, we payed him Rs. 600. Please take action against this auto driver with vehicle number : MH 12 AU 2433, he was a young guy around 25-27 years of age wearing a silver ring in a ear with average weight may be around 70-80 KG and height around same as me which is 5 foot 8 inches. Dear Sir/ Madam, I have bought my car (second hand) in Hyderabad on 2010. First owner took the money of the tax he paid in AP which is 48 thousand. I moved to Bangalore and I paid 62 thousand road tax. In Pune again asking for 40K road tax. No RTO procedure is in place to get refund. I have filled refund form etc. But getting refund is just too complicated. Why can't the road tax automatically get transffered when someone changes the state. My complaint is simple, don't make consumers pay road tax on changing the state which is quite frequent nowadays. Thanks,

I was traveling on Mumbai Goa highway on 30th December 2014. A group of police intercepted at Kashedi Ghat near Poladpur and asked to show me all my car documents. I had all my documents, only PUC was pending to be renewed. The traffic police asked to pay fine. I agreed to pay fine of Rs 500 (as instructed by police). But then he said, he will fine Rs 100 and demanded Rs 300 total (Rs 200 as bribe). I said 'why extra Rs 200 when I am anyway getting fined for Rs 100). Since the police is king and we are caught at awkward situation, we have to bribe. They start threatening about higher fines, court procedures etc. So in all 3 illegal things happened. 1> The police should not have stopped me for any reason 2> I insisted on full fine receipt, but they forced Rs 100 fine receipt and Rs 200 as bribe. 3> When I checked rules, they do not have right to fine for no PUC. They could have simply kept my license, given me a receipt of keeping license, I could have done PUC and taken back the license from them. In all I have below to say. As far as my experience is concerned, Police is kind of dacaits. They are not cooperative where they could have judged a driver on how he is driving, he is with family etc.They trouble an ordinary citizen, but would let go real trouble makers.
