But still I have not received the same. And also give us a facility of tracking for the license and other jobs related with RTO.

Dear Sir,

I have given the test on 9 June 2014 my inward number is 69130-14 but still I did not received my license. I am continuously following up Agent i.e. Excellence of Kesalmill. Even there is no provision to track the inward number I have to fully depend on the Agent. And as per the agent the letter has been print which letter I dont know.

Today November 21st 2013 there was 4 wheeler Driving license test for Ms.Priya Reshma. There were 2 other ladies took test along with Priya. Test inchanrge Mr. I A Khan from RTO told both of them did not drive properly and made mistakes. Priya was the last to take the test.. as she driven properly and did not do any mistakes. Surprisingly end result was opposite .. whoever did mistake and dont know how to drive cleared the test...

I have passed the final Test drive of two wheeler on dated 07/08/2013 in Warsia RTO campus. After given the finger prints reception person told me you can receive smart card within 15 days. But after 30 days passed again I have visited the RTO office and RTO person told me due to non availability of smart card your DL not dispatched. Today 85 days passed and we could not receive our smart card DL.

Myself Alpesh Rajgor, with vehicle no. MH-04-FR-2636, wish to launch a complaint against Thane Traffic Police person Mr. R S Patil whose mobile no. is [protected]. My car was towed from Kopri Colony, Thane East today i.e. 19/10/2013 and after paying the penalty, I realised that there was a gas leakage of the car AC and the clip which towing person used, that has damaged the condensor. As verbally enquired with hyundai service station and also a local mechanic, they informed me that it will cost around 6000/- to 7000/- to repair/replace it. *After I conveyed this to traffic police person Mr. R S Patil, (Also i made him listen to the sound of the gas leak), he said that they are not responsible for this damage and told me to take any steps against him and said he is least bothered regarding this and even then told me, " Main raat ko 2 baje bhi dushmani nibhane ko taiyaar hai" and also told me k "Jahan complain karna hai karo mera, jo karna hai karo, mujhe farak nahi padta".* The cost is huge. Damage has happened due to towing only, please guide me in this regards, I want compensation for the damages and also want some action to be taken against Mr. R S Patil whose mobile no is [protected].

Hyundai Service Center at Boriivali east, opp tata steel. They daily park their vehicles outside their service centre. They occupy 3 lanes of parking and more then 30 vehicles are parked. One side of the lane is completely occupied. Society has already submitted letters in writing to the police station and local RTO office. We have even requested the manager of hundyai showroom. On our request we were informed that they have official permission from RTO. We have school buses which come daily and find it difficult. Even walking in the lane is becoming difficult. Request your urgent attention and action.

Sir, The signal opposite TulipStar Hotel at the end of Juhu-Tara Road is a major source of corruption and is use less for the pedestrians. The traffic taking a left and entering Juhu-Tara Road from the Mithibai college side, have to stop for exactly 10 seconds only for the pedestrain crossing, there after the left signal starts again. At the turning opposite Tulip Star a van along with a minimum of 3 constables are always lying in wait for catching those who jump that signal. The issue is, in 10 seconds, no kid leave alone an adult or an aged can ever cross that distance of the road. Hence the RTO gets to collect fines and the some cops on duty collect their cut. This we have been observing daily. So be rational and pragmatic. Remove that van and cops from the corner. Instead let them be parked opposite Amithab Bacchans house JALSA and ensure that the traffic observe the pedstrain crossing Simplify the pedestrain signal by putting it along with the traffic signal of the south bound traffic from the Citi Bank corner towards opposit side of the Tulip star entering the juhu-tara road and going towards the beach.This will give more time for the pedestrain to cross the road. We have discussed this issue with the constables on duty there and even they agree that in 10 seconds no one can cross the road then why the intrruption in the left turn ? only to make money for the RTO and the duty constables from the offenders. I have been waiting for about 5 months for the delivery of my permanent driver's licence. The temporary one was taken away at the time of the procedure and i have not been rejected. All the procedure was complete and the officials said the licence will be delivered some days later. its been months since that day. At least the learners licence should have been back. Now i am left with no proof of my learner's licence nor do i have my permanent driver's licence.

Vadodara rto rejected all ola customers application which was approved by surat and Ahmedabad rto. After that i have reapply the application. Kindly do the needful. Had gone to nariman point with my family for drive. By mistakely we entered a no-entry road as there was no one way symbol at the start of the road. There were four other families who just like us were not able to see the one way board and had taken that road. Now the RTO police instead of giving us fine papers asked us for a bribe of 300 rupees, height of greediness is that he asked different people different amount depending upon the car he was driving. I was shocked and appalled to see the mumbai police this way for whom i had great respect till yesterday. Pls do look into the matter and i hope strong action would be taken as i strongly feel that this happens regularly.

I had few questions about giving test for DL for a four-wheeler. First I was glad as the person at the RTO who received my call answered my first two questions. As soon as I asked third and my last question, he got annoyed and started talking in Kannada language. I mentioned to him of not knowing Kannada and he rudely disconnected the phone saying only Kannada.... There is a lot of discrimination here in Bangalore towards North Indians. Common people, we are Indians after all! Don't distinguish among ourselves. Nahin to, aur koi Angrez aa kar hum par hukumat kar jayenge!

The request for missing license & smart card is filed in Jan 2013 to Mr. Fadke the agent of RTO Gadhinglaj. He submitted that total document to RTO Kolhapur on May 2013. And now on Aug Mr. Fadke he is saying that the documents are released from Kolhapur by post & will receive soon. We were listening this it will receive soon is from last 8 month. Because of such ridicules system & agents all the common man is getting frusteted...

Also they submit my two wheeler licence so traffic police every time punished me and panelty fees up to 100 to 250 rs.
So I m very disappointed with govt services
I think this is govt business to earm money from public

Our one A4 Size Envelope sent on 15.07.13 from Kanpur to Balrampur through Speed Post (EU[protected]IN) containing SBI Policy . This envelope delivered to me on 17.07.2013 but the Envelope was open from front side (where the original entry point given in default envelope). This open was neither due to mis-handling nor taping/Gum problem. it was teared in mid front.

It shows that Dept has tried to look into it .

Is their behavior is acceptable?

I want to give in your attention that i am resident of 221, mahaveer nagar-2nd KOTA, RAJASTHAN, PIN 3240005.I am always getting my postal letter since last few years either simle post letter or speed post also.I am doctor here, and used to give exams for different services and pre pg exams .Recently i had gotten my aiims pre pg exams admit card 10 days late after sending from Delhi in time through speed post, i think it is too much, bcaz speed post should be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs.i am living in well devloped city in well devloped colony of city not in undevloped rurel areaof Raj. At this time my admit card of all india pre pg exam has been send by speed post on 11th of Dec 2007 from AIIMS ACEDMIC SEC, DELHI, till 23 of Dec i didnot get it.So i am giving in your notice to this complain.kindly take action on officers who are responsible for this delay. I shall be highly thankful to you for this favour.

During tracking the speedpost, it was found that post is with Mississauga Custom service from dated 08.0.09 for review, But till now they donot release the post, which is resulting in huge delay.
