I want to give in your attention that i am resident of 221, mahaveer nagar-2nd KOTA, RAJASTHAN, PIN 3240005.I am always getting my postal letter since last few years either simle post letter or speed post also.I am doctor here, and used to give exams for different services and pre pg exams .Recently i had gotten my aiims pre pg exams admit card 10 days late after sending from Delhi in time through speed post, i think it is too much, bcaz speed post should be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs.i am living in well devloped city in well devloped colony of city not in undevloped rurel areaof Raj. At this time my admit card of all india pre pg exam has been send by speed post on 11th of Dec 2007 from AIIMS ACEDMIC SEC, DELHI, till 23 of Dec i didnot get it.So i am giving in your notice to this complain.kindly take action on officers who are responsible for this delay. I shall be highly thankful to you for this favour.

A money oreder was sent on 10.10.08 to Anil Kumar Pandey s/o Shri Mahapratap Pandey, Vill-Khiri Kotha, P.O.- Madhuban Dist. -- Mau (U.P.) Pin-221601 money order slip no. 4352 amount Rs. 600/-from post offfice of Mahipalpur New Delhi-37 but unfortunatly this money order can not reached their destination till 23.10.08.

My daughter sent me some important document from Bangalore through SpeedPost on 23rd, March, 2009 and it was delivered to me on 6th April, 2009 at Muzaffarpur (Bihar).

I lost so important work with this delay.

During tracking the speedpost, it was found that post is with Mississauga Custom service from dated 08.0.09 for review, But till now they donot release the post, which is resulting in huge delay.

I have sent a application form attached with DD through speed post to The Director Atal Bihari Vajpaee Institute of Mountaineering & Allied Sports, Manali-175131, Himachal Pradesh (India) on 11 Aug, 2009 but i won't be able to track my letter whether it has been recived or not.
On the other hand I have sent my speed post with my FRIEND which having a Speed post No. EM[protected]IN has been delivred on the 19th August 2009 on the same day when i posted to same address from Aurangabad. However, I don't recive any report or Status of my SPEED POST NO. EM[protected]IN Dtd. 11 August 2009 posted from Aurangabad.
The said institute has given time limit for the addmission for the course which I applied, but even i sent my speed post on before time. Who is responsible for my this problem which made by "INDIAPOST" Please let me know as soon as possible, because my Course will be started on 1 September 2009. Too much hopes from the India post...do the needfull earlier.

I would like to request the concern chief executive why do you provide such faulty no. to customers, either make irresponsible person to attend the calls who seems has not intrest in responding calls.

My strong recommondation is to make customer service executive accountable for such irresponsibilities.

This is dhanunjay from Hyderabad. Recently I have applied for New debit card for my SBI account as my old ATM card is damaged. Bank has dispached the ATM card on[protected] as per bank records. But I have received card even after one month. I have approached the bank and they told me that it may be returned to Banglore as you have not received and hence it will reach branch. They told me to wait for few days. Again after one month I approached my Bank branch but again the same answer from Branch. Then I have given complaint in customer care of my Bank. Then they have raised one more card for my account by cancelling previous card. They have given me airway bill no. EK[protected]IN dated[protected]. Then I started tracking this speed post. Even after 20 days status is " NO DATA AVAILABLE AT PRESENT". Since the speedpost persons are not sending back the post when the customer is not present at mailing address, it is not reaching back to sender address and we are not able receive from bank also. This is the negligence of speed post department. Pls take necessary action.

Some HDFC bank document send in my name from Chennai on 23.08.11 to Bidyapara post office vide speed post number ET[protected]IN. While tracking it is showing that the article reached Bidyapara post office on 29.08.11 at 11:00AM, but when I enquired the post office on 30.08.11 - the member of the post office replied that the document still not received.

I have been to many RTO's in Maharshtra

This MH48 Virar-Vasai RTO is in a pathetic state, none of the officers respond to daily visitors who are there after trusting the online sarathi systems, users like us who belive in the online technology implemented by our government.

Visit the RTO to submit and for document verification only to be made to wait hours and hours in the open SUN and weather.

only to know that they dont verify or scrutiny the document, but collect and stack it up (for later processing)

The officers only entertain known agents and people. Delays are huge, people with plans end up losing job/money and a lot more many a time because of this delays.

Why have online Sarathi system when the offline process which is of 2 minutes (takes 2 months?) officers are playing with the life and time of many individuals by denying them what they rightly deserve.

I applied for a licence in the month of August 2017, I got my learning licence in August 2017. My final test done in month of September 2017, but till the date I have not received my Permanent licence. I visited again and again in Virar RTO they said that my documents were misplaced so I am suppose to give driving test again they gave me 22nd January 2018 date.. So as per slot i was visited again on 22nd January 2018 @ 11 AM but I was surprised no one took test and I was waiting till 6 PM. Then the agent said officer is not available. We will call you back then come. I has been 6 month. Now I am fade up with all this nonsense. Kindly Suggest what to do. Agent took 5500 for licence. Where to complaint. How can I get my licence or how can I get my money back.
