Dear sirs i had submitted my original documents of Honda City car to get smart card from RTO.When i did not receive the document i went to RTO where they told me to check it in post office.When i went to post office they told me that they have sent back the document to RTO for improper address.In this issue i have lost my original documents of my vehicle.When i went to register my complaint in police station they said complaint should be given by RTO for the document have lost from them.Please help me what should i do now. I have applied the duplicate RC Book for my Byke No. TN 41 V 8249 last 8 months before via broker Mr.Rajkumar. I asked to the broker about the RC book, He told me its take more time because, Its have a critical problem to get the duplicate RC book. I have been wait last month. The broker called to me and bring your vehicle to inspect again your vehicle, The RTO inspect my vehicle and he told to him why are you waiting for long time for this case and he told to him i recognise at evening. Than the broker said to me i will you that day evening. Still i follow the broker he told me it will be ready... it will be ready... But i have not get the RC Book still now. What will I do? ( Why approach to the broker, the RTO is in Rough and tough charter)

I Applied for Driving License on 24/06/2014 in Mumbai-Andheri RTO. I gave driving test & cleared. Now there is no way to track the application status online. I hope some action is taken on complaint's done here ...This is about the area out Kohinoor city KAMANI KurlaOff late the towing van visits and picks up vehicles and bikes parked outside on the main road. On checking with the towing van they say that the Kohinoor mall is given a complaint. What is happening in this country the mall wants to earn on parking so it dictates to the towing van company and they like follow instructions. Are our Road police totally spineless... There is NO board of NO PARKING and the towing van does as it likes. THIS IS DISGUSTING and we the citizens of this country don't want KOHINOOR TO LAY DOWN RULES TO THE POLICE. Please have this menace stopped IMMEDIATELY. Hope the Police has power to stop the bullying by corporates like Kohinoor Constructions

i am from rajkot district

i give driving test drive and passed in test on 16 march 2014 for two wheller
but still i doesn't recieve licence
after 4 days three month is finish but licence doesnt recieve
i goes rto rajkot on 10 jun 2014 to know about this they replay me that your licence is still not made

last 2 month i pay fine more then 3 times only for driving bike without licence

so reqest to give my licence as fast as possible

bcoz 86 days are passed but no licence

The RTO office of Mumbai West region is the worst government dept. I have ever experienced. I went there to apply for a learning license and the Queue Management over there was poor than expected. Firstly, they made us stand in the queue for more than 1hour and then some agents comes and snatch our papers saying you may go home now without giving the exams. The officers over there are so rude as if they pay for my livelihood. Bloody illiterate people, any one was getting in the middle, breaking the queue and to add cherry upon the cake, those stupid Rto officers made us stand outside their offices with no provision of water and fan. This is the daily scenario over there. The office opens at 10:30am, but if you want a license, you need to reach there by 7am in the morning and stand in the queue. After that suffer to their inhuman treatments. Lack of management and corruption is what their motto of running such departments. Shame on RTO !

Sir/Madam, My Vehicle Registration No. is MP04 VM4434. I have got HSRP in month of Sept/Oct 13, however till date my Registration Card has not been received to my address. I called customer care in this regard they asked me to get it from RTO office but RTO office did not give any information about dispatch number or date so that it can be traced. Hi, I purchased a second hand car (Tata Indica- DL 2CQ 2876) from Mohan Singh in Gurgaon. For ownership transfer I called Kumar RTO consultant (Get details from Justdial.com) at +91-[protected] on 1st Feb 2014 and A older type person named Kumar came to my room and collected original RC, insurance copy, Pollution copy, My passport copy, photo etc with Rs 2800 as cash. He told me that it will take around one month for ownership transfer. But It has been 2.5 months and I have no details till now. His mobile number is switched of from last month. Errant rickshaw driver union at BT Kawade Road near Fatimanagar charge 40 Rs for 1 km if traveling individually and Rs 10 per person in shared and keep customers waiting till they get 4. Applied for conversion of license booklet (2 + 4 wheeler) to card, and have not received the same after 2 years !!! Hello Sir, I had applied for a conversion from paper to smart card license on 20 Nov, 2013 which i have not yet received as of 12 Mar, 2014. My receipt number is 1227611. I had applied to the agent, R.K. Auto from Vasai and paid Rs. 1200. I had contacted the agent many times but no concrete response. Please let me know the next steps I should take. Thanks.
