This is to bring to your kind notice the case of flagrant negligence of his duties by the postman who is posted in our ward.
He has put one to great trouble. Very many of my important letters have been missed by him. I applied for IFCI Bonds and IFCI sent bond certificate by speed post no. ED[protected]IN to me on 14th Mar 2011 at my residential address and that letter, according to your website, was delivered next day i.e. on 15th Mar 2011 at Kanjhawla Post Office. But that not received by me till date. This is not the first time before it many of my important letters i.e. call-letter for examination of my children, Govt. letters, personal letters etc. not delivered in time or missed by the postman of our locality. Certainly he must be indulging in these wrong practices in the case of others also, who for some reason or the other have not complained to you. I deem it my duty, not only in my own interest, but in the interest of the public to bring this matter to your kind notice. I would request you to take necessary action against this postman in order to put him on the right path. An early reply intimating me with the action taken would be solicited.

I have still not RC Book.

I am most disappointed to experience the world's most inefficient and disgusting MAILING SERVICE by our country run organisation-"INDIA POST AND TELEGRAPH" a organisation runs by our Government.
It is quiet pitty, that despite having an unnecessary organization chart, ornamented by the ministers and the board secreteries after secretary, why a country like India still believes and follows a guide lines laid by our ex predecessor who ruled us for 200years.Keeping such a heavy head organisation how one could expect profit from the concerned departmement.
Is not the high time now that the POSTAL DEPARTMENT should go to a Private Party for better and efficient service???

I was suppose to receive a speed post sent from ahmedabad to Pune on 23rd of Feb 2009. Today is 2nd of march and I haven't received it yet.

To add to my woes, i visited the post office (Hinjewadi, Pune) which is my post office on 28th February and they provided no assistance, if that's not enough, i tried to call the customer care on[protected] at 10:15 in the morning on 2nd March, a lady answered the phone and informed me that the office timing are from 10:00 AM but the concerned person has not arrived yet, so i shall call back after 30 minutes.

If that's the service they are providing, i doubt that i will ever think again o[censored]sing their services.

Please let me know, what should I do now. the packet contains some documents which i need very urgently.

sir, i had sent a speed post on 14th march to gurgaon from a post office in pune. this envelope of mine contained life insurance papers. the package has not been delivered to the adress mentioned yet.

unfortunately i lost the tracker number too. when i went to the same post office today, they refused to search their entries and told me that nothing could be done without the tracker number. i do understand that it is difficult to find things without this number ...but it is a very small post office and i am sure that not more than 100 speed posts are sent on a given day. if they check their records ( which they must surely have) i could have traced the tracker number...

i am left astonished by their behaviour and treatment

I had sent a packet (ED[protected]in) containg an application form of my son Antriksh Khanna on May 15, 2009. The last date of submission of form was May 20, 2009 to Thapar University Patiala. But the packet was not yet delivered. It is a question of my son's career.

Please check and why the packet was not delivered and where it is lost.
The tracking system does not show the delivery of packet.

I had sent two Speed Post Envelops as under :

1. EN[protected]IN dated 13.10.2009. From Hyderabad to DINHATA - COOCH BEHAR. WEST BENGAL.
2. EN[protected]IN dated 13.10.2009. From Hyderabad to Cooch Behar. West Bengal.

The above two envelops has not been delivered till 17.10.2009. this is 5 days from posting.
which should Have been delivered within 24 to 48 hours. kindly do the needful immediately as the same are very importent documents. URGENT URGENT URGENT PL. MUST BE DELIVERED ON 19TH. OCTOBER 2009- MONDAY.
