I am Roshni Shukla. I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service at my RTO, AZAMGARH (UP50). I have cleared the LL test on 24/12/2022. It's been more than 1 months, but, status is still showing that the "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" is pending.

I applied for learner's licence online via the govt. Of India website Sarthi parivahan, I applied from the Chandigarh. I have payed ₹1400 and completed all the formalities as well. But, from the last 1 week (i am excluding Saturdays and Sundays), my application is still under scrutiny and i recieved no update. I can't proceed with further procedures as well i.e taking STALL test. I am not able to get any appointments at chandigarh RTO as well, because there are zero slots for next 90 days. Also, the e-mail address on parivahan website is outdated, so I can't even complain.

I have a complaint on ts traffic police why because
They are capturing images in small roads like one ways in Some areas, how could they do that if they have capable to do job catch the images in main roads important place's secured place's not in small roads or one ways. so many people have some urjent works they are facing their problems, but ts traffic police have no work to do they are doing only image capturing...they are professionals in capturing images...what is this????

There is nobody to ask them for this reasons 😒

My Learner's Licence application[protected] approval is pending since 10 days in the same stage of: Transaction Name: Issue of Learner's License, Application Processing Stage: APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY, Counter: FLAPROVAL2. I've already given Online Test as asked in the website and passed it with 6/10 points. I've tried reaching out to RTO helpline number[protected],[protected] but didn't get any response...

I purchased tata Nexon HS petrol car from tata motogen Ranchi on 27.09.22.Still my car RC no JH01EV1884 not received from Dto office and on line vehicles number not shown.

RESPECTED AUTHORITY SIR OR MADAM, My application for FACELESS ISSUE FOR LEARNER LICENCE was filled on 23/02/2022, but due to non availability of the supporting documents for uploading from my side i was delayed to completed my application, paid rupees 200 as the fees and submitted on 23/12/2022 .Then on 26/12/2022 i visited the DY.RTO SHRIRAMPUR OFFICE for the verification of the documents which was insisted by the authority, i completed...

Hello sir/mam,

I am Raunaq, I have applied for learning license (LMV) using contactless service, the RTO office I've applied through is Electronic City (Bengaluru, Karnataka). I have passed the test and have completed all requirements, but the "printing of license" has been pending for a month now. My application ID is [protected].
I also tried contacting the grievance cell (complaint ID: 401913) but have not got any response for over a week now.

There is no contact information available where we can contact the authority, request your help on this.

amount has been deducted from my account but payment on rto site shows failed. no one at rto costumer care is responding.

My renewal of license application showing me license dispatched through speed post but when i am going to track this that's showing consignment detail not found. even after two days

Hello,
When I bought the car, I got my RC transferred to my city but within the same state(Punjab). The RC of my car is with me.

But recently during POLLUTION RENEWAL, the system shows registered to multiple RTOS, and later due to this problem I am also unable to renew my VEHICLE FITNESS. And now the pollution and fitness of my vehicle is expired.

I request you kindly to look into this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I gave my learner licence test online on 11 january 2023, and i passed it but i am not able to print my learner licence online my applicatuion number for licence is[protected].

Applied for name and address changes on my existing DL booklet at RTO, Udupi on[protected] .

The old DL booklet was issued in 2008, by RTO, KR Puram, Bangalore for MCWG class of vehicles (Motor cycle with gear). In 2012, the license was endorsed to include LMV class of vehicle (Car) by RTO, Udupi.

New Updated License was issued within 30 days of application but with an error. The LMV (car) category (endorsed in 2012) is not added in the new license. So the license is not valid for driving Car which I regularly use.

I plan to move to US in few months and desperately need the DL with LMV category added to enable me to drive in the US in the initial few months. Whole family is dependent on me as my wife can't walk due to stroke and the two children are seven and 1 years each. So having license with LMV endorsement is very important for me. Please issue the corrected license with LMV category added at the earliest possible.

I had applied for renwal of licence on 06/01/1023. but it is still pendind on APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL from 07/01/2023

I have got my above mentioned LL.
In the father's name field they have updated my OWN name.
I want this to be corrected, with my correct father's name.

When I spoke to the rto official she said it cannot be changed.

It can create future problem's for me.
The LL was issued by RTO Office at JAMMU, JAMMU AND KASHMIR

I submitted my license renewal application on 12th December and it got approved on 14th Dec 2022. it has been more than a month now that it has not been dispatched. The status shows pending dispatch since many weeks now. The complaints section on Parivahan website doesnt work. I am in great need of my license as the prior license is expired and I need it urgently. Please assist.
