Dear Sir/Madam,

My friend sent me an article containing very important documents to be submitted by me to the company at the time of joining my job.
The article was sent on 17th July 09 from PO Banasthali Vidyapith (Dist Tonk, Rajasthan 304022 ) with speed post no. ER[protected]IN. It was addressed to NAPS Township Narora( Dist Bulandshar UP 202389).
Till 22 July 12 pm there was no data available regarding this article in speed post tracking system.

After i called banasthali, the status changed to be as

The speed post should have directly be sent to bulandshahr, don't know why it was sent to meerut.

I called meerut office and modipuram.Meerut office incharge says he is trying to track but have not got worst just one article to deal with. Modipuram of fice incharge was even worst, not even bothered to take matter seriously.All my errorts are useless as i am supposed to submit those documents to the company and won't be getting them on time.
During recession a person may loose her job because of some mistakes done at our supposed to be trusted speed post service.

I request for necessary action against such insincerity in jobs.

Dear Sir,

PF Office, Bangalore posted a very important Document to me by EMS Speed Post on[protected] from Bangalore to Deesa(Gujarat). Unfortunately it has not reached the destined location yet. When i am checking the status through Speed Post web site (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Speednew/track.aspx) its showing a message of "No data available at present".

My Tracking number is EK[protected]IN.

Please Help me regarding this

I didn't get a cheque book dispatched from Federal Bank (Marine Drive, Ernakulam). What the post man did was, he put a letter notifying that no one was there at my home. I saw the letter after some time and immediately went to Post Office (Kaloor, Ernakulam). He was not available there. I reported this to Post Master. The postman did not press the colling bell. He just put a notice stating that there was no one in my home. At that time my family members and myself were there.Due to this I am on verge of losing a loan that was applied.

We cant sit on road and look for postman coming. He didn't even bother to press the colling bell.

I have done a speed post to symbiosis centre pune 411016 from n.r.colony bangalore 560019 with artical num SPEK[protected]IN on 25/06/09 at 13:52 but no result found on this, actually is my mba application & last date is 13/07/09 so pls revert on this weather my application has been delivered or not. if not delivered pls deliver with in 13/07/09. their will be a loss of Rs. 4, 000/- & one year of my carrier.

How many days it will take to reach the destination Delhi if i send a speed post from coimbatore

This is regarding the taxi drivers in mumbai who are very rude.. They are not ready to accept fare from VT to Churchgate and have their own demands of not leaving the person to churchgate. One such silly reason of not taking a passenger is that they dont have change...
I strongly recomend the RTO of Mumbai to take strict actions against all such Taxi-drivers for their rude and stubborn behaviour...
The Taxi drivers do noy even...

Subject :- MISSING OR THEFT OF INSURED PARCEL BEARING NO. ER[protected] IN

Sir,

Our one parcel was dispatched from jaipur city post office dated 30th may 2009 weighted 2445 gms insured for RS 2000 bearing no. ER[protected] IN .

This insured parcel has not reached here till now. Complaint of missing insured parcel has been made at jaipur main speed post office on 8th june 2009 but no satisfactory reply or response has came out of it. In this connection, several questions arise such as:-

1. There is every step entry of all insured parcels is made by such a big govt. Speed post service. So, if speed post department want to trace out, they can trace out easily . Why it hasn’t been traced out yet ??

2. Why the parcels related to jewellers is missing most of time out of so many parcels all over INDIA??

3. It looks like that someone has intentionally stolen the parcels or mishandled it.

4. Why the speed post office employees are not giving the information about this insured parcel??

5. Why the information about this parcel is nt placed on internet while the information abut all parcels is placed on internet website of speed post??

6. Two other parcels dispatched from jaipur and delhi haven’t reached yet while their complaints have been made several times.

7. One was from Delhi bearing docket no. TD[protected]IN dated 16th jan 2009 weighted 1290 gm

8. Other was from Jaipur of which the complaint was already made in jaipur

9. How is it possible because speed post is most impressive and biggest govt. Company. Most of the people of country relies only on govt. Reputed speed post. Whenever the parcel is dispatched, an entry is made there, so how can you miss the parcel like that. It is very convenient for you to trace it out. Why upto now the above mentioned parcels haven’t been traced out yet??

10. Who is held responsible for this shameful act??

11. If it is made intentionally or stolen by somebody then why any action hasn’t been taken yet?

12. Why the culprit hasn't been traced out yet and why he hasn’t been suspended??

13. Why he has been left free for making more thefts or making such mishandlings??

It is kindly requested that you look into the matter urgently and you will have to look that who was the incharge of handling that parcel on that date for identifying the culprit. We have complete documents that justify the fact that the parcel has been despatched from jaipur and delhi but till now we haven’t received the parcel and we hope to see it soon due to your cooperation and help so that the reputation of your speed post is maintained.

Dear Sir,

I applied for permanent Driving License through proper channel and submitted my learning DL with all supportable documents in month of April, 2009. New permanent DL with License No C[protected]N/09 was sanctioned by RTO officer, Noida. When I approached there after a week, RTO official told me that it is under process and will be issued very soon. Today when I approached there, They replied that "it is missed anywhere or it is taken by someone else. You have to make a report at police station in this regard." I got a great surprise to see such irresponsible act and serious blunder. It is a serious mistake done by RTO-Noida where such crucial licenses are not secure and anyone may take it without any verification; otherwise it may be misuse by anyone. As per legal act, It should be issued to authorized person only after required signature verifications and other required formalities. Sir, It is a serious case of mental harassment. I am running from here to there since last month but situation is same as it was earlier.

Sir, I request you, please take strict action in this regard at the earliest.

Hi All,

I had visited the Pune RTO with some documents and I had taken my company appointment letter as my address proof but the office rejected it. Later on I applied again thru an agent and afer giving the same docs again, this time he accepted the same for address proof.

I just withdrew my application and came out without going ahead with the procedure.
When you can drive, just drive, you don't need a persmission or license to drive.
To hell with this govt. and to hell with their procedures.

Why should I pay for every work that needs to be done by the govt.
1. My pancard has not been delivered in the last 5 years wherein i had requested for one atleast 4 times till date.
2. I paid a midc transfer fee of Rs 1 lakh which is completely illogical when you are charging such huge fees on homes that are already unaffordable
3. Driving licence is already a pain in the butt when you always need to take leave from office to go and apply for one.
4. bsnl having the largest network doesn't give internet connections in city outskirts whereas they have plans to provide internet in villages
5. wen we go for registering a company, the officer doesn't approve them coz he feels the names are illogical. what the ****** has he got to with the name that i decide
6. the two wheelers registered in one state need to have permission to be driven across the country... but then we have to pay wen we go to other states...

govt is not to facilitate life in this country, its meant to create a hell out of our lives...

the list is endless when it comes to the govt. of india or govt. of any state...

i don't want to be ruled by such irresponsible, shamless, corrupt...

Near to Gnyanprabodhani school, opposite to Mobile shopee where a no parking board is placed at a corrner and at other side parking board(even dated parking) is there, and on road white colour strip (parking area) is also there to missguide public.
I think RTO people do this kind of things intentionally to trap the public.
Can any body tell me what are the exact documents Traffic Police needs when they stops some one.
(eg driving licence, PUC, Insurance paper(which one), vehical ownership proof, etc ...)

Sub : “ Refund of One Time Tax”

I had purchased new “Santro-XL” model car on 29.09.2006 & same was registered at RTO, Kancheepuram-TN. At that time I had paid one time tax of Rs.21, 080/- only at RTO, Kancheepuram. Subsequently I had transferred to Maharashtra State in Sept’07 & for the same NOC was taken from RTO, Kancheepuram on 21.09.2007.

My vehicle was re-registered by once again paying Life Time Tax (Rs.24057/-) at RTO Pen, Maharashtra State on 23.06.2008 & same was also intimated by RTO, Pen office to RTO, Kancheepuram office.

Subsequently application was send to RTO, Kancheepuram for refund of “One Time Tax” along with all related Xerox copies (form 23 –form of registration-Kancheepuram, Registration book copies issued by RTO- Pen, One time tax paid copy at RTO- Pen, Form R.M.I. 4.5, Refund application form 16) for reference & record.

Almost in a year span of time, 3 times reminders are send to RTO, Kancheepuram for refund of tax through registered post. Till date I have not received any intimation, communication & refund of One Time Tax which was paid at RTO, Kancheepuram.

Now I felt that this matter needs to communicated in this forum. Requesting you to please intervene in this matter & kindly help me in getting back the “Refund of Tax” at the earliest.

This is with regard to my neighbour's car which he got as a gift from his son in law. My neighour resides in Chennai ad the car was sent from Lucknow. The registration of the car is in UP and my neighbour wants a Tamil Nadu registration as well as transfer to his name for the car. The son in law had filled in all the forms and NOC was obtained from the local UP RTO. When my neighbur took all the original documents to the Chennai RTO, he was sent back after being asked to translate all the paperwork which are in Hindi to English or Tamil after which they would review. My neighbour is 80 years old and just cannot afford to run around doing these things. Isn't the RTO supposed to accept the forms and documents as they are since Hindi is the National language. Is there a rule which says that the forms have to be in the local language or English? Whom can we contact to verify the same and take action?

An important and urgent document was booked from allahabad through Speed Post on 05-Apr-2009 at 10:58 am for lucknow. The Article Number is EU[protected]IN . It was promised on the booking counter that the letter would be delivered at my allahabad address positively on 06-Apr-2009.

It is 10:58 am on 10-Apr-2009 and the document has not been delivered yet. I have been trying to track the document through Indiapost web site-but, it only provides no information . There is no information as to why it has not been delivered on 06-Apr-2009, where is it lying and when will it be delivered etc. The telephone numbers of Delhi Speed Post Centre provided on the website[protected], 23341219,[protected] are not being answered.

Tomorrow on 07-Apr-2009 there is a holiday for Indian Post.

Could someone responsible in Indian Postal Department, let me know as to when am I going to receive the letter in Delhi OR Is there a place / person from where I could personally go and collect my document?

I am Dr Sandip . I have a job in singapore at one of the biggest hospitals in asia . I have applied of certificate of good standing from Medical council of India on 9th of march 2009 . i had to submit that document first to maharashtra medical council who will forward my documents to medical council of india after scrutinization . In all government procedure it take 7 working days to get any document but medical couincil of maharashtra forwarded that document after 21 days that means they speed post those documents to MCI on 30th march 2009 . in all this procedure i was very patient but i could not anymore . i dont know whether someone will take note of this or not. i was at maharashtra medical council ( MMC) on 7th of march at that time they told me that beacause of workload better if i come on monday to submit documents . i agreed. after that i tracked my documents by informing the things to my friend and enquire about the documents dispatch to MCI. someone reluctant person without knowing anything replied him that documents r being send to MCI. i went to MCI and enquired but as per their statement they didnt receive documents . when i came back home after a telephonic conversation on 23 march they informed me that documents are not being sent they promised me that they will do it by 27th . when i reached their mumbai office to confirm that the people were very arrognat, ignorant .they speed post those documents in front of me on 30th of march .still MCI has not received those documents after a delay of 7 days by speed spost. what the hell is speed post . whats the use of it if they can not courier documents within india in a day or 2. after all this i called MMC to get tracking number of speed post which shows documents not delivered.
my question is i paid 7000 rupees for my certifiacte out of thatonly 5100 to courier that document from MCI to singapore medical council. whats the use of rs 5100 for what reason they asked for that demand draft insted of their regular application fees of rs 2000.second delay in delivery of important document by speed post . If all documenttaion would have reached singapore medical coundil on time i would have started with my jpob . Now i am losing singapore dollar 5000 in my monlthly salary .the most important part is that everywhere we doctors are being asked for explanation for the lapse in my academic career means nearly 2 months i lost in this procedure. no one in india will offer u a job for a month or 2 .
whats the answer to all this . i am really frustrated and angry but cant help myself . this is the country of stupid people and thats the only reason why people go abroab after taking training in india. I think people should stop asking us this question why are u going abroad after taking training in india? the reason is obvious.abroad money is not the only thing .
i dont know whether someoen will take note of this or not.
i wanted to try these guys for there negligence, my frustration 2 months time i am losing as well as financial loss but i dont know where to apply for this reason .second reason could be my departure for job immediately so i could not follow up legal battle. i lost nearly 1500 rupees in phone calls to all these people. one more thing when i called MMC to get BAR CODE of speed post they informed me on phone that they have delivered that document on 26th march . such a big liar our country is. i have seen these documents which were being couriered in fronnt of me on 30th march 2009 .

aim engineer working in a construction industry, 3 month before i applied for LLR, when i go to the office in vaniyambadi, tamil nadu, there i go and asked for the procedure to apply in RTO office, but nobody cared me, then one person told if you don't come through agents then you will not get any license for years. then i approached one person there he told me i will do every thing and the fee is 1000 Rs. after negotiation they accepted at 900 rs. but the actual LLR for rupee is just 60 rupees and at the time of licence some 350 rupee is paid so total 410 rupees. but im forced to pay 1000 rupees. then after three month when i again go there for test drive there i was not having a vehicle then again im forced to pay 150 rupees because im not having having a vehicle . that agent some how arranged a vehicle from another person who came for license by giving tea to him.Iam educated but i cant do any thing, i asked one of the officer that why u are taking so much of money then he laughed at me and asked where you are from? this is india. i[censored] don't want corruption means you have to born in US . i[censored] born here means its ur bad luck n u have to face all these corruption. then again he laugh and told here all are corrupted and you cant do any work if you don't have money and the agent told u give give me 100 rupess it is going to all pockets of officers there inside
.then when the officer came he is acting as if he is a GOD, he scold every one he don't have a good language and he don't respect anyone even the elder person he is scolding like anything.
then i got my license.everybody facing the same problem but nobody wants this to be corrected.all are busy in there own life.
