I had sent a speed post to Puttaparthi, District-Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh from Alwar, Rajasthan on 05/04/2010.But whenever I tracked my speedpost, it is showed that my speed post number is invalid or no information available and till date I am receiving the same output.My speed post number is: ER[protected]IN.My speed post is containing a very-very important document, so please help me by make me knowing that whether my speed post is delivered or not.If not, where it is? and in how much more time it is delivered?

My passport status is showing that it has been sent to me vai Speed Post (EK[protected]IN) on 16 Jan 2009 in Bangalore itself. But i haven't received yet. Its being sent from Bangalore to local address of Bangalore and yet not received.
I tried calling at Speed Post office so many time but their number seems to be busy everytime or they always keep the receiver out of the phone.
Please let me know the status of my Speed Post.

I wish I had read this forum about the India Postal dept's reliability! I recently got my parcel contents stolen. I booked a parcel from Kanpur to Hyderabad and the contents were stolen and replaced by some junk. Most certainly the act of someone insider. Loss worth of about 10, 000/-. I'm never going to send anything important by Speed Post.

Indian Postal service — Holding the mails and speedpost for money

Sir,
With due respect I Saquib Arshad beg to state that i am a resident of Vill Laxmipur, P/O Nautan, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar is unable to recieve any mails, speed post, registry from the post office located at Nautan. The reason is that the postman never delivers any letter and more on he hides the important documents for the greed of money. Recently he held my passport for two weeks, but gave when he was warned for a complaint against him. But the situaution is same as a week back he again held my brothers passport and my mothers cheque book. The cause is playing with the sentiments with all the villagers.

Kindly acknowledge the same and take necessory action against him. For this i shall be always greatful to you.

My father applied for his Passport in India at Patna Passport Office long time back in Jan 2010, when he went to passport office in patna to enquire, he was told that the passport is despatched on August 02, 2010 from the Passport Office and he gave him Postal Dispatch Reg. No. E11928. It is now almost three weeks but he hasn't received his passport untill now. He went to area post office to check if the Post Master is keeping the passport with him but he couldn't figure it out. Kindly, help us with the possible offices where we can track the Dispatch item.

COMPENSATION FOR DELAY OF SPEED

Respected Sir/Madam,

1. Please refer your office letter Memorandum No. CR-II/[protected]/10-11 dated at Farrukhabad the 24 Sep 10 and my letter dated 21st Sep 2010.

2. In this connection it is intimated that the compensation amount Rs.25=00 (Rupees twenty five only) can be accepted, when we are not lodged the complaint. Compensation Amount is increasing step by step after each correspondence. Because according to my preparation any type of expense/loss/waste (Money, Labour, opportunity and time), incurred towards the proceeding of complain will be included in the compensation. As per my estimate the present expenditure/loss/waste is Rs.2500=00, an opportunity of Job under Pay Band-II/III without any application form and apology letter from responsible office/personnel of your department please. Necessary bill may be submitted if required please.

3. Hence you are kindly suggested for early reimbursement of the above compensation. A Copy of compensation rule of your Department is still awaited please.

I got a second hand car and wanted to transfer the name. the RC book was given to the RTO adayar chennai 41. with in 20 the name was transferred... but i got a piece tore and missed... got only quarter and half RC book and nobody was there to answer about it... its worth 4 lac car's paper... if I go for duplicate RC book, the car ll loose value.our govt. offices are working that much carefully...

I am living close to Kerala border in Kanyakumari district Tamilnadu and I have an innova car with tourist permit. While entering into Kerala, most of the days me and my car are inspected to check the permit and other details (Kerala RTO department is not issuing the permanent permit to innova type vehicles like other small cars). There are hundreds of cars and jeeps providing transport to the airport in the banner of own board and this activity is not at all inspected by the respective officials. Due to this reason there is heavy revenue loss to Kerala State. Will the respective officials worry about the state revenue?

I had send my Official transcript to HBA cell, AGIF, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057 from wanowrie, Pune on 28 July.2008.But I was told from office of AGIF today i.e. on 13 Aug 2008 that the speed post had not reached there. your tracking shows delivered at Vasant vihar-1 on 30 July 08, then why it has not been delivered to AGIF till date. the Consignment no is EM[protected]IN. Please Look into the matter urgently as it contained some very urgent and imp documents.

No receipt for University Documents — No Acknowledgment

Hello, I applied to Canadian University through online and I sent my application documents through Indian Speed Post from Chennai office(Mount Road) on 25th of January 2009. But i didn't get any acknowledgment from the officials. I tracked my document through tracking number, but i didn't get any information in their website.

When I called him, they are telling that my documents was in Canadian Customs for non clearance. I don't know what is happening there. Please help me soon to deliver the package to university.

Here is information about one auto rishow driver, who didn't have the auto rishow driving licence from last 20yrs. He also running rikshow without having RTO Permit to drive Rikshow in the City form last 15 Years. He enjoy all the benifits without paying a singal paisa to the RTO.

His behavir is very rooude to the people. He might be under impression that his is cashier of the auto rikshow stand union situated at Rast Bhushan Chowk, Gajaraj Mandal, Near Swargate, Pune 2.

We request u to take neccessary action

Sindhu Kumar — Undelivered Speed Post

This is Sindhu Kumar Resident of House No. 315A/9, Ekta Vihar, Mithapur Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044. A letter had been sent by Speed Post from Bihar Sharif, Nalanda (BIHAR) on 18/03/2011 to me (Delhi), But till Today 28/03/2011 I could not able to get the Letter. Because of this inconvenience i have to pay Rs. 1000/- extra as a Late Fine to my University

Finaly INDIA POST is responsible for this inconvenience.

This is a practical problem which does not have any solution. Presently, the owner of vehicle suffers due to problems of RTO bad rules.

Worst is there does not seem to be a quick solution to this problem. Nobody cares for ordinary citizens.

Welcome to India. This is the price you pay for Indian Democracy, Federalism. Thhis is how government steals money and pay for the cashew nuts that you see the ministers eating during the meeting.

School children, Senior Citizens and handicapped are at risk each day due to the absence of a traffic signal. Speeding cars from the highway, apply emergency brakes especially before/after school causing high risk to lives. It is vitually impossible for this section of society to cross the road.

Adding to the cause, the recent walk-over bridge has also been broken down.

You are requested to kindly assess the situation and address the problem.

There is an unneccessary and non-functional signal near Sewree Court which can be re-constructed near the school to save lives and a low cost to the Government.
