Request your intervention to blacklist/forfeit the vehicle

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a request to blacklist/forfeit my car Chevrolet Beat which I sold to Mahindra First Choice on 07th February 2022.
It has been over 12 months but RC transfer has not happened yet, and we still are the registered owner of the vehicle. A NOC from RTO office was issued on 24th March 2022 with reason "vehicle was sold", but the name transfer did not take place afterwards.

Hello sir/mam,
I am Mohit Kumar, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Kalyan Maharashtra, I passed the test on[protected], Its been 9 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

      I am Manish Bastola, I have applied for learner license of MCWG, category using contactless service, my RTO office came under DTO, SONITPUR(ASSAM).I passed the test on 21/01/2023, Its been 22 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

        Respected Sir/Mam

        My name is Hardik Nilesh Shah, I had applied for learning license of MCWOG category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under RTO, Nashik(MH15). I filled all the necessary information and documents required to apply for learning licence and gave the test on 24/12/22 and I passed the test as well but when I started the test their was only 1 option for the question available on the screen but after the 2nd question I switched to dekstop mode and the problem was resolved and I was able to see all the options for the question and I passed the test but after that it was showing 'Approval of LL by licensing authority is pending' it's been more than 1 month and the application status is not updated.

          Overloading of bus

          So am travelling from nagpur to sausar in this bus the conductor has taking passenger more than the passengers limit of bus for extra income of conductor and driver . As per law the the owner or conductor and driver has to pay fine of ₹20000 and 2000 per person over loaded

          I would like to inform you that, during my driving licence document verification, verification officer harras me for unknown documents like educational certificate, Blood group report which was not mentioned as mandatory in application receipt. Where in the same line other candidates they even didn't provide the document but the officer approved their application because they applied through broker. Now my DL is active but the Counter no 3 officer is denied to give me the license. Kindly look into this and take necessary action against of those officer.

              Delay in printing of DL in FORM 7 from Kasturi Nagar RTO

              I have been wrongly charged with a challan for not wearing a helmet the picture taken by the traffic police is not clear nd doesn't show a clear evidence plus I know I was wearing it as I never ride without it.. my ponytail was hanging outside the helmet as its big in size. Its not seen in the pic that I am nit wearing a helmet. Its not about paying 500rs its about wrong charge nd so I am not ready to pay.

                I have applied for permanent license from Noida RTO on 26.12.2022. On 9.01.2023 my license got approved but till date I have not received my DL.
                In the portal the status is "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7" . Can you please look into this issue.

                    Here i want to complaint about the pending Rc book delivery to me that had to be done way before the current date and i also tried to track my Rc book parcel request on the official website of the rto portal of India and it has been showing it pending delivery by the India postal services so I request to the rto department to take quick actions against the delay which is being waited for so much time. I really hope it will get resolved by the officials as soon as possible.

                        Application submitted for learner's license of my wife on[protected] with contactless service via Aadhar verification, but since then it is showing that application is under processing at RTO level, in RTO level status it shows that you need to visit RTO for phot and signature, we visited to RTO for the same process then RTO persons told that your application is contact less application and you don't need to visit RTO. Since then there is no progress in the application neither RTO people are processing this at their end nor it is getting processed at Parivahan website.

                              Appeared for & cleared LMV driving test on 10th Jan 2023. I already have a LMV license which was submitted for endorsement.

                              My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'. (Application:[protected]

                              It's been over 3.5 weeks. The endorsement should have happened by now because I surrendered my LMV smart-card.
