I have applied for Learners License online on 10th of july with contactless services and on the same day i provide them with all the formalities and passed the test too and from that day onwards my application is on the same step and hasn’t been processed. I have passed for mcwg driving test & Scrutiny on dated 21th may 2023.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl pending.

Good evening Madam / Sir,

I applied for my Renewal of my driving license on 02nd March 2023.

The license came to my residence on ge 8th May 2023, as I was not at home the license was returned to Juhu SO and this showed on the India Post site ( ref no: article number EA[protected]IN)

when I went to the juhu SO, they said it's not there and has been sent back to the sender.

I have made more than 10 phone calls to all different officers in the RTO and Juhu SO say it's not with them and RTO officer has mentioned to me that it is Juhu SO

I need my license urgently and van you please help

I applied for the address change of my driving licence a month ago. Since then, no action has been taken on the application process and it has been pending at SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents) for more than a month.

Why is it taking too long to verify the uploaded documents? Or, please let me know how long it will take the proceed to get completed. These processes are digitalized to save time and it is in a pending state for more than a month without taking any action.

Please update the progress on the application as soon as possible.

Please help me here.
