Please note that my driving license has been dispatched by RTO on 2nd August 2022 but still it has not received by me. I am uploading the screenshot of the RTO website in which speedpost tracking number is mentioned with driving license number but it still not reached to me. I called speedpost customer care and they said that RTO office has still not booked the consignment due to which it is not been tracked on...
