I have applied for learning licence for MCWG, LMV through contactless mode and passed the self Online test on 23rd November 2022. It has been 3 days but the approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. My application is under the juridiction of RTA, MUKERIAN, Punjab 144211, India

My original Registration Cert. was lost, and I got a duplicate reg. cert. on[protected]. But it has following 2 nos. mistakes, and these are to be corrected and a fresh cert. is to be issued-

1. MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA has been written instead of MAHINDRA RENAULT,

2. Fuel used has been written as PETROL, it should be DIESEL

I have applied for driving license on 4-8-2022 at RTO Office Bardoli, Gujarat . I passed scrutiny and photo captured on the same day. It is showing approved on 5-8-22. But still the application stage is "Application is under processing at RTO Level".
It's been 4 months now and I did not receive any update from RTO Office and I am without driving license.
Not receiving any support from RTO Bardoli, Gujarat Office.

Ami Desai is my wife's name, and I renewed her driving license on July 28, 2022, with application number [protected].

It is almost 3 to 3.5 months old; we have done this procedure at the Ahmedabad RTO, but still we haven't received a smart card via postal service at my home.

So I request that you please try to solve my issue as soon as possible so I can get a smart card of my wife's driving license at home, even though her driving license date is expired.

I am expecting a positive and fast response.

I was applied for change for address of my Licence, it is delivered somewhere else not on my address, after complaining several times to sarthi portal
nothing is happen, now it is more than 6 month gone. please help me to get my licence .

It is showing the same status as "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" AT COUNTER APP1.

Please confirm the action required or the timeline by when I should expect the LL to be renewed as my application is complete and I am exempted from most of the step as it it just renewal still it is taking so much time

Hi I have applied for the online learning license, upload my documents, paid mentioned fees, watched full video, but in the application status, its showing
" Please visit the concerned RTO Office with all original documents as you have changed address fields or uploaded Medical Certificate - Form 1A."
and iam confused if we complete with addhar authentication, then why we are facing this massage?
Please help me here. What is the solution on this???

I'm Shubham Gupta, I've applied for Renewal of Learning License of MCWG, LMV in 30/08/2022, my RTO office is RTO Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh, I got my first Learning License on 29/10/2021, but due to expired soon I was not able to apply for Driving License. So I was applied for Renewal of Learning License. I went to RTO office on 22/10/2022 to submit document but still my Learning License approval is pending.

I successfully completed my Learning Licence test yet my Learning Licence isn't made. For the slot i almost waited for 90 days ( I made the complaint about this but the complaint is still open and yet not closed/ resolved) and after so many days when my day of test came I gave the test but the authorities at the RTO office of Ghazipur hasn't yet approved my issuance of Learning Licence.

I made an online payment for "Additional Endorsement" in the RTO portal on 21st September. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the status of the transaction showed "Failed" in the RTO portal. It's been 2 months and I am yet to receive a refund. On contacting the bank they have said that the transaction was successful. Below is the response from SBIePay.
