I had to initiate the process again and it was success.

I am Mohammad Tariq, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO MEERUT Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on[protected], After 7 days of the application being stuck in pending stage, I emailed the helpdesk and filed a grievance. After that they rejected my application, this is the second time they have done that. Rejecting application without any reason. The documents were in order, I passed the test in one attempt, the camera was on all the time, so on what ground they are rejecting application. Poor thing is they don't give any reason, just a SMS and you cannot do anything.

I have uploaded required documents on saarthi portal to issue of Lerner licence for LMV. I have uploaded documents about a two months ago but it's showing still under scrutiny.so kindly check into it.i am a driving license holder for two wheeler vehicle.so i have applied for LL and AEDL for LMV.

I am a railway officer. For the purpose of my driving license no.MH 26 [protected] expiring on 20.10.2022, I have applied online in advance for renewal of my driving license on 20.09.2022 online application no. [protected] registered. And the errors drawn by RTO Nanded were also completed online. RTO office Said my driving license despatch on 17.10.2022. But I don't know any post or courier service in India which takes more than a month to deliver the driving license in the same city. This is happening in this digital age. What is the use of such online. No matter how many new schemes the government implements. Our staff will not improve. It's been a month since my driving license has expired. Due to lethargies in RTO Nanded office, they are forcing me to drive without driving license.
I request that action be taken against the concerned employee who is delaying and my driving license be issued to me immediately. And it should be noted why RTO Nanded is taking so much time to issue online driving license.

I contacted D.T.O. (L), Jhalana Jaipur Rajasthan, but there was not any further action. I am attaching Application screenshot from Sarathi website.

Please check this and provide me the printed Driving License.

Applied for DL on 16 July 2022, 6 weeks before license expiry online through contactless mode and made the payment and uploaded all documents. Since then had to make 3 viits to the RTO office to follow up and was told about technical issue. The status is still showing as " PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ". The applications are processed through Agents in 1 month with physical DL card provided.

No complaints are being addressed.

Myself Himanshu Jaiswal, applied for the Learning License at RTO Varanasi. I have completed all the process such as scrutiny and Recording LL test result, mentioned at the Sarthi portal however from last couple of days my application status is showing "Allotment Information Unavailable" and both approval from License authority and printing of learning license is in pending state.

All the requirements for the change in address of DL including the scrutiny and approval has been completed since 18/06/2022 and still the status is being shown pending. When I am applying for additional endorsement on DL for LMV, the previous address is displayed which is causing further delay. My application number is [protected]. My Driving License (HR98 [protected]) has been issued on 09-Sep-22 and I could see status is approved in Sarathi Parivahan website against the application number:[protected]. But it not delivered yet. Please check the status and provide dispatch tracking number.

Hi Sir/Madam,

My application number is [protected], and LLR application number is [protected]. approval of DL is pending for last 2 months with RTO Kasturi Nagar Bengaluru . I have given test on September 5th, 2022 and cleared it .

Still there is no progress on my application. Could you please take any action on this?

My vehicle number is KA01JH9729 (Suzuki Access). I have registered this vehicle in 2020. I received a notice from RTO for driving vehicle without helmet. When I checked the image from website I found different vehicle with same number plate. (TVS: Jupiter). Can same number be allotted to 2 different vehicles? I have my vehicle documents with me. Request you to please check attached snapshots of the image. snapshot of Suzuki Access vehicle is mine and the other snapshot Tvs Jupiter vehicle with 2 people is which I received notice from RTO for penalty charge is not mine.

I had applied for Online contactless LMV learning License. It showing same status after 15 days of applied "Application is under processing at RTO Level.".
