It's about 1 month 20 days bike number already issed from kalna arto but the showroom not giving number plate

The private bus with the number KL 71 G138, was rash driving dangerously through a congested traffic. Rushing in a narrow road junction. The bus overtook my car over my left side with over the limit speed for the taffic. I was terrified it might hit my car.
I request to please take action on these rash driving and make the traffic secure for everyone.

Yesterday when i was giving my learning test. I didn't have any movement nor there was anyone around me nor there was any sound and i was in excellent network area then also when i was attending my learning test there was an technical glitch on ur website it suddenly started hanging and they logged out me while attending my LL test i don't know why u all do this u can check my photage i didn't have any movement nor anyone was around me nor there was any sound but then also there are hundred percent chance that u all will reject my application. My last two applications were rejected i accept that in those both application there was my fault and i accept that . But yesterday one there was not my fault it was all urs website but then also u all will say that it's my fault u have done something wrong in ur test u can check the photage i didn't have any movement yesterday when i visited rto office cause my last two applications were rejected so i thought that lets give out test in rto office so when i visited there they were saying that no there is not any exam process here u have to attend it online so after that when i gave my test then it was ur website cause of which my application can be rejected once again i don't want that my application to rejected this time cause there was not any fault made by me i lost 700 before cause my 2 applications are already rejected i don't want that this time it happens again u can check my photage and if i have any movement then say to me please don't reject this time it was not my fault at any point . When i contact RTO office they say it's all ur problem how it's my problem when ur website can't work properly please do anything regarding this i had not made any mistakes ur website automatically logged out i was in excellent network area then also then what i can do in that please please don't reject my application this time it's my humble request i hadn't cheated I'm my test it was all of just cause o[censored]r website glitch. Please do something but don't reject my application please please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 there is not any fault from my side u can check the photage i don't have any movement nor there is anyone nor there is any type of sound. Black honda accord has no number plate. Only GAIKWAD written on number plate.
Also car has solid black film on all sides.

I am the owner of alto car having regisration no PB-26E-1119 in my name Kamaljeet Sharma s/o Satpal Sharma, R/o Jagat colony, Khanna .
While Online updation of data, RTO Khanna office wrongly entered my above said vehicle details as ACTIVA (2-Wheeler) instead of my ALTO CAR(4-Wheller) having registration no PB-26E-1119.
Earlier, I have given written complaint to rectify this mistake on Dated 07.7.2022, but there is no reply from them till now and no correction has been made till date.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I can see my rc online but when I went to rto office they are saying they don't have it and they ask me to go post office and they are also saying they don't have it. So please help me out.

The automated test track of RTO Bareilly (UP 25) in parsakhera region is severely mismanaged. The staff members and instructors conducting the test never provide adequate information about the test procedure to the candidates, even when the candidate asks about how is he supposed to go about doing the test the instructors categorically tell them to stay quite citing that they are not allowed to talk when taking a driving test. Such incidents of them misbehaving with the candidates are very regular infact there have been instances when the frustrated candidates end up arguing with the staff but to no resolve, staff members simply don't listen to any grievances whatsoever and don't even accept their own faults.The RFID scanners ar eso poorly made that the candidates have to at times step out of the vehicle just to scan the card to continue with their test. The computers and servers of the test track are malfunctioning in most cases and the candidates are left stranded and confused as no information is given to them, at times the driving instructors have been found having lunch while a candidate is attempting a test and if a candidate calls upon for any sort of help they simply refuse. Also, the YouTube video of the same test track is lacking in information such as foul conditions for a specific test as a result the candidate doesn't have proper details about whats and hows of the test.

The RTO officer is having lunch break of 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm every day at his home and his duty is not full fill for the government I would request you to take strict action against him on this concern. The public is waiting for his personal lunch time to get over since last 4 hours and all the public is getting frustrated.

I had visited Hyderabad bmw bike showroom for buying 310R.
They have including 10, 000 for handling charges and also mentioning it is mandatory.

As per the online I have studied that handling charges are illegal but the showroom has charging me
