I am Suraj Gupta, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on 30/07/2022, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority. Please help me here.

Dear sir I belong to odisha. I have hsrp registration problem. I came to know that I have to correct my RC in RTO phulbani. but they aren't listening to my voice. Somewhat i can't go to phulbani because now I am living in a distant place. I send them hard copy in speed post but they said they didn't receive my hard copy. Through tracking speed post i knew my post already reached there. But they are denying. I am attaching a problem which i faces during hsrp registration.

I have registered my new bike having registration no AS 33 6844 on january 2022. i have paid all the fees for registration at Charaideo Assam RTO. But till date, i have not received my registration card . How much time does it take to print a card? Please give me a satisfactory resolution at the earliest.

I appeared & cleared MCWOG driving test . I already have a 4 wheeler license which was submitted for endorsement.
My driving test was conducted on[protected] & submitted all the required documents on the same date.
It has been been 43 days I have not received my driving licence yet. My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'.

Hi Sir,

I have sold my car(kA01MK9101) to another party named Syed shameer with address(#7, 8th mail Road, New Gurappan Palya, Bangalore, 560029) as mentioned in the attachment. Car was handed to him on 18th march 2022 as I have to travel abroad (Berlin) for the job, he agreed to do the ownership transfer. He has provided a delivery note as well as I have signed the form he had given for ownership transfer. Now I am in Berlin and the person, Syed Shameer, is not reachable as well as not picking the phone. The phone provided to me by him is [protected] and [protected]. He had settled the amount through bank transfer.

Since I am not able to reach him and not able to verify the current owner of the car(or ownership transfer application). I am afraid he might be using this car for an unlawful purpose. With utter disappointment of must write this message of harassment by RTO Kasturi Nagar counter number 24
I applied for renewal of Driving License through Parivahan Website on 26th June 2022, my application number [protected], as did not get any updates on my application as it clearly mentioned in website “service(s) are Faceless / Contactless hence you are not required to visit RTO / RLA Office for same. The acceptance of application is subject to successful Scrutiny o[censored]ploaded data / documents in accordance with legal provision”
Visited twice to Kasturi Nagar RTO office, he (Sanjeev Counter No 24) told me I have to come after one month, when I asked this is contactless, still he said I have to come, for the name sake they mentioned contact less, you have to come. Now today 29th July 2022, visited again and I asked the status, he told me show my original License, I showed him original and told me upload again and come back, I said what’s wrong with old update, nothing wrong, update again and come here. This purely harassment, again I asked him, this is contactless service, then I asked him again this is contactless, do I need to come? he said yes, I must come to the counter again, then what is the point of this contactless digital service? When I checked outside agents, they said this is common harassment to get money to whoever is applying through online

Today I called Parivahan Customer Care, even they said, I submitted all my documents, nothing is pending from my side, intentional delay from RTO

I want to say that what's the reason behind LL online test.i already gave it for the two times I made 700 rupees waste in it
In my first time I agree for the detection of other person was my fault because my brother was there and he was detected that test I gave in the last month of June
But on 28/07/2022 I gave the LL test alone and the system don't show any warning that there is another person is detecting while I giving the test so, how it could be possible that there is anyone when there is no one with me they all time give rejection and rejection for me for my LL.
So plz check your system and help me out I don't want got rejection anymore and more pls help me out of this🙌

I am Sumit. I had applied for (learning license) on 13th July 22 and passed test on 20th July through online contactless ekyc facility but still they had not given approval and also filed complaint on parivahan portal but no response.
Please take it to concerned authority and shortout my query as soon as possible.

I had applied for my driving license in rato office jehanabad. I got my learning license on 23/06/2022.When I go to RTO office after a month to give my learning test then my driving test is not taken and the officers scold me.
And they say why I didn't apply from my district and tell me that I am making my driving license by giving bribe, whereas i am not going through any third party person. Whereas according to the rule, any Indian resident can apply for a driving license anywhere in his state. hile I was ready to take my driving test. My driving test was not taken.
The officer is not ready to listen to me. My time is being wasted by officials.
so please take some strict action againts the officials.

All formalities completed from my end on 24-April-2022 like filling the online application, paying fee & document submission, etc.

It has been more than 3 months & I haven't received my DL smart card yet. Attached screen shot shows the latest status of my application & these were processed after I had to follow up multiple times over email with the respective RTO. I do not have the patience anymore to continuously follow up with the RTO just to get my address changed on my DL, I should've listened to others who told me that it is a waste of time. Please help do the needful from your end.
