    2 days ago I got a challan for driving without helmet but when I saw the image the two wheeler had the same number plate as mine but the model as well as the colour was differnt. The person driving the vehicle was not a familiar one.
    My vehicle number is MH12RW1113 model Activa 5G black and silver in colour.
    The other vehicle is I guess is dio which is black in colour and the vehicle is spotted at Balgandharv chowk on 8 july at 11 am where my vehicle was at home.
    Please look into it and let me know.

      I got my indiapost consignment number of my dl . it's been more than 10 days and still, the status of the tracking id on indiapost is "consignment details not found". it seems rto have not sent the dl to post office. please resolve my concern.

        I am Almas Ishaque, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO ALIGARH uttar pradesh, I passed the test on[protected], Its been 06 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

          I completed my E-KYC on June 30 and submitted my fee payment as well. The application soon went under SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents). I was told that I need to visit RTO office for completing this process so I visited sector 82 RTO on July 7. Over there I was denied any help upfront and the officer in charge told me that E-KYC process doesn’t have a specific time for processing and it would be better if I filed a fresh request without adhaar. I was told outside RTO that until I give some extra “fees” it will never be processed. I’m in a dilemma now as I need the LL and bot willing to waste the ₹520 I paid for online application. I’m strictly against bribery but it seemed that even basic steps require bribes in this RTO. PLEASE HELP!

            At the regional transport office, kota, i reached at my slot appointment time, there is no one present at the RTO .
            only guard is there
            my time slot is 9:30 to 10:29 am
            and no officer is present on time.
            time is privious to every one ., even guard told me daily till 11 am no one comes RTO
            I MEAN TO SAY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL EMPLOYEES OF 'RTO' ARE NOT COMMING ON TIME .

              I am Adil Umar I belongs to district Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. I applied for learner licence and after all formalities like uploading documents and paying fees, I got a application no. and password for online learning licence test and I passed the exam on 6 july 2022 and after a one pending status I got a message on 7 july that "your application no. is rejected".
              Hamirpur RTO has rejected my application two times without any reason .

                The agent has taken 7.5k from the car owners and still not provided us the RCTC till date. He is not giving any reason for delay. Pls help

                  DL Backlog entry verified successfully twice and then application got rejected

                  My driving license was issued from vadodara RTO. Currently I am residing at Navi Mumbai Maharashtra . One month back I applied for renewal of DL at RTO
                  Vashi Navi Mumbai as it was due. it was showing scrutiny. I visited Vashi RTO. They informed me that I need to do DL backlog entry approval. So I applied online for the same. But two times after verifying successfully by RTO vadodara, my application got rejected. I am not able to trace...

                  I transferred my personal car from Delhi to UP. Last month i registered in UP. I think RTO asked me extra Tax (LTT) to pay. They calculated Tax on the current date Showroom Price of my car while my car is 5 years old and purchased in May 2017.
                  How the Road Tax is calculated in Uttar Pradesh of a old vehicle transferred from another state? On which price (original price or the price of current date´s showroom)?
                  Details of Road Tax paid in Delhi-
                  Registration Date (New Car)- 14th May 2017
                  Sale Amount- 559087 INR
                  MV Tax- 22364 INR + Parking fees 4000 INR + Smart Card Fees 200+ Registration 600= TOTAL 27164 INR

                  Details of Road Tax paid in UP for Re Registering of Same car
                  Date- 29.06.2022
                  Sale Amount (5 Years Old Car)- 682000 INR
                  MV Tax- 54560 INR
                  Rebate- 13640 INR
                  Other Charges- 900 INR
                  Total- 41820 INR (Paid)

                          It has been more than 6 month since I raised request for Renew of Driving license only[protected]. This is for MH14 - PCMC RTO.
                          Though this is faceless facility but I had to visit RTO two times.
                          1st to submitt hardcopy of all the documents and 2nd time I visited to check why my application is not moving further. In 2nd time visiti - it moved further one step but again they said there is some technical issue and they need to reach out to NIC and post that they willl approve my requet.
                          There is no direct contact number where they are reachable and I can check.
                          Things are not progressing until I visit RTO which is very far from my location.

                            I have submitted Vehicle NOC application online for MH14 - PCMC RTO. It is faceless fasclity but things are not moving fast without visiting RTO.
                            Hence I visited RTO and they asked me to reupload one of the document. They said - once that is done It will get approval
                            It has been more than 4-5 days since I uploaded the document but the request is not proceeding further.
