I transferred my personal car from Delhi to UP. Last month i registered in UP. I think RTO asked me extra Tax (LTT) to pay. They calculated Tax on the current date Showroom Price of my car while my car is 5 years old and purchased in May 2017.
How the Road Tax is calculated in Uttar Pradesh of a old vehicle transferred from another state? On which price (original price or the price of current date´s showroom)?
Details of Road Tax paid in Delhi-
Registration Date (New Car)- 14th May 2017
Sale Amount- 559087 INR
MV Tax- 22364 INR + Parking fees 4000 INR + Smart Card Fees 200+ Registration 600= TOTAL 27164 INR

Details of Road Tax paid in UP for Re Registering of Same car
Date- 29.06.2022
Sale Amount (5 Years Old Car)- 682000 INR
MV Tax- 54560 INR
Rebate- 13640 INR
Other Charges- 900 INR
Total- 41820 INR (Paid)

My name is Poornima. I was traveling in my car. A car with number GA06D6852 hitted in my car and ran way near dwarka sector 21 metro delhi. Fortunately we didn't hurt. He didn't stop even. He should be realized his mistake.
There should be atleast fine charges.

I submitted my driving license address change request in January, it is July but nothing has been processed yet, what should I do, give me some solutions

It has been more than 6 month since I raised request for Renew of Driving license only[protected]. This is for MH14 - PCMC RTO.
Though this is faceless facility but I had to visit RTO two times.
1st to submitt hardcopy of all the documents and 2nd time I visited to check why my application is not moving further. In 2nd time visiti - it moved further one step but again they said there is some technical issue and they need to reach out to NIC and post that they willl approve my requet.
There is no direct contact number where they are reachable and I can check.
Things are not progressing until I visit RTO which is very far from my location.

I have submitted Vehicle NOC application online for MH14 - PCMC RTO. It is faceless fasclity but things are not moving fast without visiting RTO.
Hence I visited RTO and they asked me to reupload one of the document. They said - once that is done It will get approval
It has been more than 4-5 days since I uploaded the document but the request is not proceeding further.

I applied for Learning Licence under application number ([protected]) to rto patiala, punjab. But still my application status shows pending after 1 month. Is there any way to file complaint against RTO for negligence of duties. Please provide vide any solution so that i get my licence as soon as possible.

It's been an year since I applied for permit renewal and i have paid the fees 11, 540 and my permit no is lt-39799/16, and still i haven't got received any permit.

Sir/madam my application for LL (MCWOG & LMV NTV ) application no.[protected] is pending from past 8 days ..as application was successfully submitted and test conducted on[protected] . However there is no update on the status about the approval of my license and i want the license to be issued as soon as possible or if any formalities need to be completed by me inform me abt that too.

I had applied for below two services online through parivahan website :

1) hypothecation cancellation
2) Change of address

The fee was paid online and required documents along with receipt are submitted in the electronic city RTO. This also included the original RC and NOC issued by the bank.

But after 1.5 months, around Feb1st 2021, I got a call from E-city RTO saying, change of address cant be exercised if the new address does not fall in the limits of the RTO.

I had got all documents verified by the RTO officials while submitting the required documents. I am not sure why this request can not be exercised.
Here I have attached the e_receipt for the fees paid.

Because of covid restrictions, I could not visit the RTO office in person untill January 2022. RTO officer suggested me to cancel the fee I paid for NOC clearance, and assured that hypothecation cancellation can be approved as the documents are right.

With this assurance I was waiting for the hypothecation cancellation to get through. But when I am checking the status of the application today, they have cancelled the fee for hypothecation cancellation request too.

Here I have attached current status of the application, and fee receipt.

I demand the RTO to return the fees I paid for both of the services and process hypothecation cancellation soon. I cant go through the same process again and again, they have enough troubled me a lot.

I have given my driving test on 20 June 2022 in RTO(II) Bhubaneswar. My application no is [protected]. As per the status I have passed the driving test. But below 2 steps are pending for more than 15 days now
-Approval of DL
-Printing of DL

Requesting you to kindly speed up the process.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY RC BOOK YET, THOUGH I RECIEVED MY FORM-23.please do the needful

My application number is[protected] and appeared for DL test on RTO krpuram but status still says "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)"

They havnt yet submitted the test result and its already been 3 months. Please check this ASAP.

I have completed all the processing to issue a permanent DL and i was told that i will receive it within 2 weeks and it hass been over a month and i am still waiting. Now when i go to the website 3 things are shown to be pending when i went through all the steps and i even got the message that my application has been approved.

Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable .
