My DL is stuck at printing state since July 2021.

I have checked there numerous times, but get only excuses in return. Sometimes even - upar se order nahi aaya OR printing papers nahi hai.

Many state has accomplished many things in 10 months, and Bihar is unable to print a DL in that duration. It shows the efficiency of Bihar overall.

Please ask the DTO office to print and send the DL

    I have applied for llr my payment is successful in phonpe but in the portal it shows failed. Please refund my money there is no response from Sarathi parivahan customer care.

      Address: RTO Wadala

      Trying to upload Aadhar card as address proof for learner's license inspite of verifying eKYC. The self service website does not mention about 'issue auth desg lenght exceeded'. The portal will not accept my e-aadhar card whatsoever. It says in bold letters 'Application submitted through contactless service. No need to visit RTO'. But I guess I'll have to do otherwise. I am uploading a signed jpeg image which is less than 500kb as shown in the attatchment and still this happens.
      Some people need to resign working for National Informatics Centre. These people cant even spell length correctly, imbeciles.

        Address: RTO office Gorakhpur, Chargawan

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had applied for Address and name correction in my driving License at Gorakhpur Chargawan RTO office on 7th March which later got dispatch via India port for delivery at address I mentioned in application. When I check with my Speed post tracking Id, it shows my DL is available at Lucknow GPO since 29th April 2022.
        I am not able to understand why my DL smart card was not dispatched at my address till now as it has become more than 2 months. Can you please help me in this matter. Please find below all details.

          Hello Team,

          I am trying to download my Driving License through DigiLocker and couldn't download it as it says no matching records found.
          I contacted [protected]@digitallocker.gov.in and they gave me below update:
          "Kindly check the status of your DL on National Register, please visit https://parivahan.gov.in/rcdlstatus/?pur_cd=101
          If your DL records exists in the National Register, Only then DigiLocker will be able to get it for you.
          If you can not find your Driving License details at Parivahan site, please raise this issue with your nearest RTO to upload your data online."
          I tried to verify through Parivahan portal but it couldn't get any of my license details and also getting error.
          Kindly take necessary action to make driving licence available in DigiLocker

            Address: Priyanka Nagar,Nandyal,Besides 25/419-2d house in a room for rent

            The complaint is about a broker of the RTO he makes the licences etc and takes lot's of money from the customers and also the RTO department is with him. If we go to RTO office Directly for the licence we get rejected by the officers cause these guys are taking the commission from the broker for preparing licence and the customers like me from a middle class family can't afford that much corruption. The broker who is providing the fake licence address is Priyanka Nagar, Nandyal and the office of the broker is located at the beside of 25/419-2d house in a room. Please take action against him as soon as possible and make sure that he can't corrupt India any more.JAI HIND

              Unable to take the LL test

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am unable to take the test, i finished the Face authentication and after that is cleared, it showed me the error to take tutorial, which i finished and now it shows me an error that the Credentials are invalid.

                  Sir,

                  I have applied for DL renewal online (KA03 Jurisdiction) vide application no.[protected] fees was paid on 04 Feb 22, on 06 April 22 I was called for capturing photo and digital signature. Despite several follow-ups RTO authorities are persistently neglecting my request to deliver my renewed Driving License.

                  This attitude of RTO staff discourages public from availing online services and on the contrary encourages the public to contact mediator/brokers to avoid delays and multiple visits to RTO.

                  Meanwhile on 27th of April 22 my DL has expired.

                        Hello sir/maam,

                        I am facing issues with RTO OFFICE Bhojpur Bihar, I submitted all the documents including Noc for State transfer in RTO Office but Its been 3 months but not even able to get registation no From RTO, i visited many time in office but no solution from there side, RTO official name Vikash recived my all documents from me, Original RC, insurance paper, Chalan free, and now refused to say that i can't collect your documents, there is lot corruption in that office no one is working on time every i have to wait 4 hr for meeting that guy.
                        Please help me to resolve my issue i also attaching my tax receipt with that person sign, that is proof that he collected my all documents of bike.
