2) dispatch of the dl .

Good day, Right now i am in Balrampur RTO UP 32. I want to transfer my vehicle from Lucknow RTO to Balrampur RTO. I came to office at 10am and it's been 4 hrs person incharge has not yet come and no one knows if he will come .
It's not just about 4 hours. It's about 4 hours of 20 people.
We are used to government servent not coming on time and it's high time that it should change.

I applied for the learning licence for my sister on mparivahan website she failed in exam and when i tried to retest it shows exam is already exempted but i go to test portal it shows exam is not sheduled kidly contact to rto office even after submission of all documents its been more than 15days

I am Piyush Tyagi, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1), I passed the test on 05/04/2022, but seems some issue and approval of LL by licensing authority is pending on counter FLAPROVAL2.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority...

Hello Sir,

Many apps are came, we are also using it due to, if you call auto driver, they don't come for ride, they are earing through Ola, Uber, rapido, these prices are too high initially they give cashbacks and all, we don't want any apps, why because, if we go by normal meter fair it cost 54 RS, if we we go by Ola the fair is 85 to 93 rupees in day time.uber the fair is 72 to 82 rupess
Rapido 68 to 76 Rupees, auto drivers asks day time 1 and half or too much, so we normal people what to do, rare bad auto drivers has meters adjustments. When they drop drop off, the fare is 75, it happened to me. Regularly we go to dialysis center, we are paying so much,
I would request you to please control the fare in Bangalore. It effects on common man 100 Percent,

It's not resolved immediately, but you marked as resolve immediately after posting, it's waste posting here in complaint box.

After confirmation from government regarding relief from covid rules and regulations still auto drivers are not ready to allow three seats and sharing auto.

Middle class people can't afford these charges and feeling this is forceful.

Please look into this matter urgently.

we have purchase a BIke from Kamal Enterpises Bathinda Punjab -151001, July 2021.
but as on date we have not received our Bike RC which is pending for dispatch from RTO, our Application No . for this is PB[protected], whic is approved on 01/09/2021. But till date we have not received our RC.when we contact the Agency Holder he is replying that it is pending on behalf of RTO Bathinda .
Kindly resolved the issue and arrange to send our RC as given Address on Application No. PB[protected],

My application number is [protected].

On the payments page for driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.800. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Hello sir,

My name is Fathima Omar yesterday that is on May 1st 2022. While we were traveling from kottayam to kochi. We saw a goods vechicle with (theku thadi) which Was tied dangerously.

This guy while overtaking from wrong side just crashed our side mirror and did not even care to stop the vechicle.

The first thing is he should not be tying goods which he can't be visible about.

Please take necessary action regards to that.

In the official website of RTO odisha, its clearly written that people above the age of 16+ can apply for learning licence. But when I applied and reached the RTO office, they denied my entry by saying that I'm not 18. I said them to check the website but they told me that though in the website it's written 16+ but we have guidelines not to allow any person below 18 yrs. If this guideline is true then why it's not mentioned in the official website? How will people come to know about this? So I request to mention the guidelines in the website or take actions against them.

My slot of driving license is on 11 march 2022 at 1:30 at nagrota jammu and till now 30 april 2022 i dont get my license as i passed LMV test but there is very poor condition of our govt offices. And even i went too RTO office but still there way of talking is not good and they even not giving us any proof of dispatch . I request you too forward this complain. And i need it urgently because of emergency in my home .

I Purchase a bike Royal Enfield Bullet 350 ES EFI Royal Blue Whose Engine No. U3S5F1MH140206 & Chasis No. ME3U3S5F1MH946677 on 18 Dec 2021
I goes too many times to concerned rto with that new bike, their documents and choice number receipt but there is dto and mvi not available at that time
Now they assigned a new registration number BR07AU0190 against my bike on 31 Mar 2022
After that i again visited rto but now they are saying that your bike is registered with BR07AU0190 and you don't get your choice number BR07AR8055

Dear sir 2020 i buyed a second hand bike no ka02 ey 5313 but rto have done big mistake the transfer 1 owner only and i got successfully transfer message and i lso have receipt now i do no were is owner i cant do again transfer because i dont have rc and my vehicle is simply stand like garvage if the file menstion my name how can he not see file this all done in covid period now i have wated my all hard work money im a labour worker

Hi my driving license is not dispatched to me since June 2020 and now it is April 2022. It completed print stage on 22 June 2020 but it never dispatched the license.
Attached is the screenshot for same.
Please help as I also reported RTO and they asked bribe to give me my driving license.
Only having soft copy license since 2 years.

It appeared for online learner license test on 25.04.2022. It has been 5 days since then my license has not been issued even after passing the exam. While checking the application status, it is showing application is pending at RTO level (RTO Alipore, Kolkata). Raised grievance regarding this but no response has been received. Tried to contact them over phone but nobody ever picks up the phone. Pathetic situation.
