Hello sir,

My name is Fathima Omar yesterday that is on May 1st 2022. While we were traveling from kottayam to kochi. We saw a goods vechicle with (theku thadi) which Was tied dangerously.

This guy while overtaking from wrong side just crashed our side mirror and did not even care to stop the vechicle.

The first thing is he should not be tying goods which he can't be visible about.

Please take necessary action regards to that.

I am Alisha Gouda, I have cleared my dl test in second attempt, in the result column it's written as pass, but in the application approved column it's written as application cancelled. The results are of first attempt, I mean it has been updated half. I don't know how to proceed further, please help!

I am GULSAN MEHAR, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO JALPAIGURI west bengal, I passed the test on[protected], Its been 5 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

In the official website of RTO odisha, its clearly written that people above the age of 16+ can apply for learning licence. But when I applied and reached the RTO office, they denied my entry by saying that I'm not 18. I said them to check the website but they told me that though in the website it's written 16+ but we have guidelines not to allow any person below 18 yrs. If this guideline is true then why it's not mentioned in the official website? How will people come to know about this? So I request to mention the guidelines in the website or take actions against them.

My slot of driving license is on 11 march 2022 at 1:30 at nagrota jammu and till now 30 april 2022 i dont get my license as i passed LMV test but there is very poor condition of our govt offices. And even i went too RTO office but still there way of talking is not good and they even not giving us any proof of dispatch . I request you too forward this complain. And i need it urgently because of emergency in my home .

I goes too many times to concerned rto with that new bike, their documents and choice number receipt but there is dto and mvi not available at that time
Now they assigned a new registration number BR07AU0190 against my bike on 31 Mar 2022
After that i again visited rto but now they are saying that your bike is registered with BR07AU0190 and you don't get your choice number BR07AR8055

Dear sir 2020 i buyed a second hand bike no ka02 ey 5313 but rto have done big mistake the transfer 1 owner only and i got successfully transfer message and i lso have receipt now i do no were is owner i cant do again transfer because i dont have rc and my vehicle is simply stand like garvage if the file menstion my name how can he not see file this all done in covid period now i have wated my all hard work money im a labour worker

Hi my driving license is not dispatched to me since June 2020 and now it is April 2022. It completed print stage on 22 June 2020 but it never dispatched the license.
Attached is the screenshot for same.
Please help as I also reported RTO and they asked bribe to give me my driving license.
Only having soft copy license since 2 years.

It appeared for online learner license test on 25.04.2022. It has been 5 days since then my license has not been issued even after passing the exam. While checking the application status, it is showing application is pending at RTO level (RTO Alipore, Kolkata). Raised grievance regarding this but no response has been received. Tried to contact them over phone but nobody ever picks up the phone. Pathetic situation.

Even I don't have any vehicle or bike till date but continue receiving messages to pay the amount.The vehicle owner name also different.But phone number is mine may be by mistake sending message or someone using my number.In the notice mentioned car no.69797 and owner name. I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting an error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No MH19/xxxxxxx/2012". Please let me know why I am getting this issue I got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no. here as this is a public forum.

Please resolve this ASAP.

Sir, I got my DL number on[protected], but when I try to track, it shows that it has been under printing process since 11th March 2022. I need my DL as soon as possible. So I request you to please look into this matter.

Dear sir, we have 4 trade certificates issue in the name of SBI SMECC, Nagpur. All certificate are expire due to non renewal. These certificate are earlier issue online process. User ID and password issue for website was forgott by our staff. Hence, we give request application to RTO Nagpur ( MH31 ) for change o[censored]se ID and password so that we can renew these certificate well record 4-5 months. But still no action was taken by RTO Nagpur office. 10 days before, employee of RTO Nagpur advise us that, there is no provision in website to change of ID Password and hence we have to apply off line. Hence, we submit all documents for renewal to office. Second day, office employee return us the documents stating that application for the same should be attached along with all paper. So, again we resubmit all papers. After continueos visit more than 4-5 days, employee still saying that approval from respective officer yet not obtain. Hence, keep aside and pending.
Sir, these trade certificate are for SBI bank and we are presently undergone to Audit. We are now very over load work pressure and one officer of the branch is continuesly ( from about 10 days) bussy with RTO office work. It is not affortable to bank to spare one officer continue for a very little work.
Hence, today we brought back our trade certificate documents from RTO NAGPUR (MH31) URBAN without renewal done.
Kindly look into the matter.

Even after 3 weeks the status is still pending at document verification.

We get message of RTO if rules of traffic are violated. While checking it ask for last 4 digits of chassis or engine number. To provide only registration number or chalan number is sufficient. One of my friends is having Multy vehicles and RC card is in respective vehicle. How to know against which vehicle complaint is there. Entry of chalan number should be sufficient. So kind request to make necessary changes in software.

I have completed my Learner's License test on 20th April 2022(Application no[protected]. It has been 7 days and there is no update on my LL. It shows Allotment Information Unavailable in the Application status. As the whole process has been done online I don't know whom to contact regarding this. I am RISHABH YADAV. I belongs to district Etah, Uttar Pradesh. I applied for two wheelers learner licence and after all formalities like uploading documents and paying fees, I got a application no. and password for online learning licence test and I passed the exam on 24 April 2022 and after a one pending status I got a message on 25 April that "your application no. is rejected" i really don't know why is that happened.
