Hi,

I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting an error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No MH19/xxxxxxx/2012". Please let me know why I am getting this issue I got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no. here as this is a public forum.

Please resolve this ASAP.

Sir, I got my DL number on[protected], but when I try to track, it shows that it has been under printing process since 11th March 2022. I need my DL as soon as possible. So I request you to please look into this matter.

Dear sir, we have 4 trade certificates issue in the name of SBI SMECC, Nagpur. All certificate are expire due to non renewal. These certificate are earlier issue online process. User ID and password issue for website was forgott by our staff. Hence, we give request application to RTO Nagpur ( MH31 ) for change o[censored]se ID and password so that we can renew these certificate well record 4-5 months. But still no action was taken by RTO Nagpur office. 10 days before, employee of RTO Nagpur advise us that, there is no provision in website to change of ID Password and hence we have to apply off line. Hence, we submit all documents for renewal to office. Second day, office employee return us the documents stating that application for the same should be attached along with all paper. So, again we resubmit all papers. After continueos visit more than 4-5 days, employee still saying that approval from respective officer yet not obtain. Hence, keep aside and pending.
Sir, these trade certificate are for SBI bank and we are presently undergone to Audit. We are now very over load work pressure and one officer of the branch is continuesly ( from about 10 days) bussy with RTO office work. It is not affortable to bank to spare one officer continue for a very little work.
Hence, today we brought back our trade certificate documents from RTO NAGPUR (MH31) URBAN without renewal done.
Kindly look into the matter.

Even after 3 weeks the status is still pending at document verification.

We get message of RTO if rules of traffic are violated. While checking it ask for last 4 digits of chassis or engine number. To provide only registration number or chalan number is sufficient. One of my friends is having Multy vehicles and RC card is in respective vehicle. How to know against which vehicle complaint is there. Entry of chalan number should be sufficient. So kind request to make necessary changes in software.

I have completed my Learner's License test on 20th April 2022(Application no[protected]. It has been 7 days and there is no update on my LL. It shows Allotment Information Unavailable in the Application status. As the whole process has been done online I don't know whom to contact regarding this. I have raised a complaint in Sarathi website but no response. PLEASE HELP

I am RISHABH YADAV. I belongs to district Etah, Uttar Pradesh. I applied for two wheelers learner licence and after all formalities like uploading documents and paying fees, I got a application no. and password for online learning licence test and I passed the exam on 24 April 2022 and after a one pending status I got a message on 25 April that "your application no. is rejected" i really don't know why is that happened.

Dear sir, I am Rajiv Kumar owner of BR01GE9888. I already paid Rs 16500 for 10 year road tax paid. But RTO don't give any bills and when I visited RTO and ask for proof they said RTO don't have. And all officer wasted my 10 hour time in RTO PATNA office. Even I visited parivahan website to get details it also show only Rs 16500 I paid already but it's not show my tax paid upto which year. It's only shows I had paid for few months. RTO cheated me or not upto date my details. Please help me with that because I faces lots of issue during running vehicle on road. Even RTO not ready to made new payment of road tax. I really got irritated. Please help me with that.

I Mr kirti M Bhanushali owner of Vehicle Number MH43AU9318. Today I received RTO challan of Rs 1000 shows vide challan no. MUMCM[protected] shows following Reason.
Hiding fully/partly number plate by placing load/other goods/ & Causing danger/Obstructions/Undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place.

I gave applied for my learner's license about a month ago and have submitted all the necessary documents still I have bot received my license nor the status is getting updated. It keeps showing as "Scutiny"

SCRUTINY completed on 31st March 2022.
Now it pending for "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL".
Request to kindly approve the DL renewal as I cannot ride/drive until my DL is renewed.

Again i am bringing to your concern that BH registration is not being provided for private employees even though they are eligible as per the norms mentioned in PARIVAHANSEWA website. Its already going be be a year since this scheme was announced but no actions are taking and people like me moving from place to place for work are facing a lot of difficulties with TRAFFIC POLICE. What is the solution and when are you going to start.

I submitted this application for change of address. All formalities were completed on 12.04.2022 & submitted Aadhar card copy but the address has not been updated. New address include earlier address as well as a few words of new address. My flat No, Tower Name, Society name etc are missing. Moreover, revised license was also sent at the old address.

I am Tanumoy Paul, I have applied for a learning license of MCWOG, LMV category, my RTO office came under RTO HOWRAH West Bengal, I passed the test on 26/02/2022, Its been more than 55 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

My Car no GJ 7 DB 4700 registration details are faulty.

My car correct model number is Mercedes-Benz GL 350 CDI.
The seating capacity is 7. Even car weight mention is faulty. Please correct it.

I am jestin louis, i passed my driving test on[protected] from hsr rto Karnataka rural.but still i didn't get the approval for driving lisence.

i have done all the things still payment is showing pending in the website. I have written several letters to rto deptt. But no issue solve . My money is deducted from bank and no revert money till now.Please do needful action and i have already mailed to cm.

Bank was saying money is successfully credit to rto deptt.
