Sir, I have purchased new bike at visakhapatnam and registration at rajasthan.rod tax pay successful and got registration number.hsrp ordered by dealer and fitment done by dealer and uploaded vahan portal successful before 20 days.but now hsrp status online not available on vahan portal so RtO not generate my RC . Please resolve ASAP. THNX

My driving licence has approved RTO OFFICE LUDHIANA check my DL status its completely done but when I go again RTA OFFICE they was said your original DL is on printing so I was waiting but now its to late and seems like they said same words your DL is on printing I was check on online status DL is printing on under RAVINDER DEO please resolve this issue as soon as possible

Subject: I have separate DL of motorcycle and car, both are made in very old time now I want to club both of them and make a single smart card DL

Dear Sir,
I have separate DL of motorcycle and car, which in olden times used to make separate DL of car and motorcycle around the year of 2000/2001 at that time.
Now both of them had come to the stage of DL renewal, then when I contacted RTO Transport Nagar Lucknow, they told that your car's dl will not be able to be edited in your smart card motorcycle dl, you will have to apply for new again.
Sir my book type car dl whose validity is 18/06/2003 to 27/09/2022

I made this car book type dl about 18 years ago now it is unfair to me that now instead of editing my book type car dl into my smart card motorcycle DL now the department is telling me that this book type car dl of yours will not be able to be edited in the DL of the motorcycle with your smart card, now you will have to make the learning DL of the new car again which is unfair to me,

so you are requested to please edited my 18 year old car dl into my smart card motorcycle DL

I am attaching copy of both my driving license and it is requested to you that please club my two DL in one and make me a single smart card DL,
You will be very kind thank you

Hi Team,

I have purchased the bike by month of January and still waiting for the number plate. I reached out to the dealer but he is till saying it's pending from RTO Office.

I applied for Duplicate Driving License and then came the payment part. I was just paying my payment in between page was automatically refresh by itself. After that, whenever i am trying to pay payment fee. It is showing me an error again and again. A dialog box opens at that time with the message "Application verifying with Bank" . It has been a long to see this again and again about 1 month. Application will also be expired in the couple of week.

Kindly provide the appropriate service and help in this for me and for all consumers.

Autorikshaw drivers near dmart bhandup refuse to go to nearby places saying they take only long distance trips. Its their duty to and obviuosly we are paying them for the same. Please take necessary actions as we are facing difficulty

I had passed my application and test on 22/03/2022 and it generally takes about 2 weeks to print and dispatch it but in my case it has took almost twice the time and it hasn't even started yet.

My name is janvi . I applied for Learning License and i successfully completed my Application and LL test and i also got my learning license. But after 1 month when i tried to apply Driving licence it says i already applied for it. When i checked my LL application it says completed for every Learning license process but shows pending for approval of Driving licence and it has been 2 months. Please help me regarding this.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) APPROVAL OF DL
2) PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD)

Greetings, I am a CA student & i have passes the mcq's wall learning license test. Today I had to go to RTO ground to give my vehicle driving test.

In order to get my work done faster, I reached RTO ground at 10:30 only before the counter of verification of document opens. I was hardly the 5th number in the queue. But as time passed, the agents of that area tried to get their clients into the queue unusually. The police officer at the counter had seen this, still didn't take any action about it. There were two officers sitting in the counter namely "SANDIP THAKUR & Other police officer's batch was not able to view"

once the situation was out of control, I raised my voice & then he said something to stop the agent. The agent's name I heard was SHARUKH & the main agent's name I don't remember. But I am sure, the police officer knew them since he called him by their names.

i request you to take some action regarding this & also to increase counters for men. the counter for women was fully free except for 2-3 students

I am resident of kupwara Jammu and Kashmir and i have passed my DL test on[protected].
It has been 1.5 months since and i have not recieved any approval.
I have visited multiple times to ARTO Kupwara but they ignore my request everytime showing total unproffesionalism
It is becoming very difficult to commute not only me but many people who have passed DL test
The ARTO is not approving any DL from 1 jan 2022 and they are not interested in it
Kindly look into the matter

I applied for driving licence at RTO BANGALORE (EAST KASTURI NAGAR (KA03)it have been 6 months. Driving licence has been approved.but still in pending stage for printing DL. application number [protected]

My Car No MH14GD1487 Tourist car while renewal permit it shows that, my MV tax is pending. every year I am checking on RTO portal it shows that it was paid up to 2033, hence i cannot able pay online every year, But now its amount is very high, and as and car driver i am not manage file on that . It is not my mistake, it was due to system error, I visited RTO form last week and getting answer to waiver on Penalty amount.
I am ready to pay MV tax but without fine, and due to this i am not able to renew permit also, Not my car is stop and my earnings also stop, due to this,
RTO Clear (Bagmar) is not listening,
Please help me in this regards s that i can survive
