Hi,

I had booked tourist bus from Location Uran (Navi mumbai) to Karla-Lonavala (Pune) and vise versa (Bus number - MH48 K 7293). But bus driver was drives the bus rusty from Uran (Navi mumbai) to Karla-Lonavala (Pune) and at Karla-Lonavala bus driver and bus cleaner both are drinks the alcohol. After we asked about this to them then they ran from the location. I contacted bus owner and compliant about this.
I request to bus owner to refund my booked amount, but he denied to refund.

I request you please raise a compliment against bus owner and drive regarding this and do the necessary action on owner and try to return my booked amount from bus owner

      I have cleared rto LMV test on 16/06/2021. But still I didn't get my license.
      I have approach RTO Ahmedabad many times they are not answering properly and saying go to this window that window after suffering from all this they are telling it is technical issue.
      It's been a year but I don't have my license. And nobody is responsible and not able to answer even not replying on mail.

        My DL application is stuck for more than 6 months. On checking online about the application, it is showing "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST".
        I tried to resolve this by visiting the DTO office but there I wasn't heard.

          I'm here to let you know that very respectfully that I haven't received my driving licence yet. Despite I have complete my all test in October. My driving licence has been already approved and I got this digitally but I'm still want my driving licence as a hard copy.
          Please help me out to get it soon.

            I'm applying for a new driving licence for MCCW and LMV, for which i have paid the application fees also but when i proceed further to book the slot then the options under Select COVs is disabled, because of which I'm not able to proceed further to book the slot.

            I was facing this problem when i was booking my DL slot for Dwarka Sector 10 track. so i just changed the track from Dwarka Sector 10 to Dwarka Sector 22 and this resolved my problem.

              Hiii my vehicle MH47 BA6202 is been registered on Sharmishtha Mehta name on 28th august 2021 andd still we didn't recieved RC book or Smart and if checking status it's just showing dispatch pending...                   I had purchased a car in April 2021 and had taken a loan from Bank of Baroda. However, in my RC book there is a printing mistake. hypothecation says Bank of India instead of Bank of Baroda. What is the process to rectify this mistake?

                        I have submitted my bike registration no MH14 CH1774 all original documents to RTO pimpri chinchwad for cancellation of NOC issued by them in January 2021. However 1 year gone still it is not cancelled by rto. Please advise still how many years Rto takes to cancel my bike noc. I not able to use my bike. I visited few times to rto but they just saying when we call that time you come. Please help me to get my bike noc cancelled. Thank you.

                                With Reference to Application #DL220110X7926056

                                I had applied for hypothecation removal for my vehicle (DL 6CR 7284) on 10th Jan 2022. It has been 2 months & I still haven't received it.

                                I have been to the Kale Khan RTO office four times already & have complained to your staff there, but to no avail. On every trip I was falsely promised that the RC got lost, or not trackable.. hence new RC will be dispatched and reach me in 10 days.

                                The staff is not helpful at all & the online complaints are not resolved nor does the customer care executives on calls have provided any help on the matter

                                  I have made my first payment of Rs. 1000 to RTO Morigaon via Sarathi Parivahan for driving licence test on 28/01/2022, even after which the transaction status was showing NOT PAID. Thus, I complained about the failed transaction to SBI and repaid my fees on 8/02/2022 which turned out to be successful. SBI in response to my complaint has forwarded the failed amount of Rs.1000 to the respective RTO office on 17/02/2022. This led to two successful payments for the same application id and want a refund of my amount of Rs.1000 at the earliest from the RTO. I have submitted a complaint to your site on 26/02/2022 but no action is taken yet. Please kindly solve the problem at the earliest.
