RTO India — Color blind Driving License

As per the new changes, a partial color blind person can get a licence now but the information pertaining to this is insufficient on the transport department site . I believe no Rto office is following this rule and they are rejecting the application on the basis of old rule. Jankpuri Rto officer behaviour is very rude they don't explain the process at all they just look to reject the application so that the person can contact a third party person and pay hefty commission. I am struggling from last one year to get myself a LMV license if any person from rto department is reading this then please let us know the detailed process, my contact number is [protected]
