RTO India — Complain about rto kashmir for not taking the driving license test as per dimensions mentioned by Government of India

I am writing this because I wanted to confirm the proper dimensions of the test drive track for the issue of new driving license as per Indian Government for LMV and MCWG.
This is because some days before I went for my driving test in Srinagar kashmir and saw they keep changing the dimensions as per there own will they intentionally keep the dimensions small so the applicant fails and then the applicant got no choice but to offer bribe to the officers to get the license.
