Hi, i am karishma. I was harassed by an rto officer today near the service road before agara bridge flyover. The rto office started asking for 100 rupees fine saying the number plate is missing whereas i had painted number plate (Been there since the vehicle was bought). He started blaming me saying it is not allowed and i have to have a metal plate. And started saying what if this is a stolen bike, when asked him to check the vehicle documents, he denied the same and took photo of rear number plate to lodge a complaint. This is utter harassment. I did not read any policy online that says the vehicle number has to be in metal only and painted number plate is illegal.

Regarding Road tax refund of My vehicle, I have submitted the file at 5th November with respective documents, till now I did not receive any status from your end( Koramangala Branch), I have visited many times to your branch, that they are saying very silly reasons file need to search like that, when ever i visit they saying same reason, its been already 5 months, please let me know the status, please help us.

I am having a Activa vehicle whose number is KA05 KY 7915.
On my name i can see there 3 fines registered.. when i login to portal and see that fine belongs for a Honda Shine with same number.
So here in my case he is breaking rules and fines are being registered on my name.
Requesting to check on priority and confirm.

Hi, This is regarding my Car re registration in Andhra pradesh, I took NOC from karnataka KR puram RTO and paid the registration fee again in Andhra, but still I didn't get the refund from karnataka RTO. This almost for a 20 months now. To whom I need to contact to get my money back. I submitted all the required documents and took an acknowledgement from RTO KR puram. Please do the needful.

With reference to the above subject the registered owner had applied for noc through contactless services and the application was randomly generated to ARTO BHALKI and it was approved by Arto Bhalki .At present when the registered owner submitted the above noc for change of address in Odissa Rto there is an error.(Attachment Enclosed), hence we request you to solve the above issue so that the owner can register the vehicle in Odissa RTO.Please find the attachment.
