RTO India — Complaint regarding transfer of ownership not done yet.

I have sold my vehicle and applied for ownership transfer.For this, I have submitted all the proper documents in Kalyan Rto and verification had also done. But Rto has not started approving yet.Please transfer my ownership as soon as possible.
