RTO India — Correction of Engine no. and Chasis no. in my RC smart card

Respected Sir,
I have done re-registration of my bike in Bangalore North, RTO in the year 2017 since transferred my
bike from Tamilnadu to Karnataka.
During the re-registration process, the engine no. and chassis number were printed wrong and
issued to me.
Engine no. printed as 05B29E4659 and chassis no. printed as 05B29F10109
But actual Eng. no. is 05G29E4659 and Ch. No. is 05G29F10109.
Last year (2019) I have transferred back to Tamilnadu with formal NOC procedures in Karnataka and
submitted the documents to Coimbatore South RTO for re-registration.
During the process, Tamilnadu RTO observered mismatch of the engine no. and chassis no. in the
SMART CARD requested to submit the corrected RC Smart card from Karnataka Transport
Department.
My Bike no.is KA04JK5391, Hero Honda CD Deluxe.
Correct Engine no. is 05G29E4659
Correct Chassis no. is 05G29F10109
Due to COVID19 Pandemic I’m unable to travel Bangalore for applying request, hence i'm requesting
through this application.
I request Kindly do the necessary correction and issue the RC Smart card which helps me to
re-register in Tamilnadu.
