RTO India — Delay in approval of International Driving permit and Address change in DL

I submitted my application for IDP and address change on 1st September 2026 along with fees under KL01 RTO.

The application is still stuck at stage Approval of Endorsments in DL for more than 2 weeks now.
I have an upcoming international trip on 31st October and would require the IDP for that.
Kindly request the appropriate authorities to expedite the process.
