RTO India — Delay in Driving License Processing

I submitted an application (no. [protected]) to renew my driving license on 9th May 2021 and paid the fee as well.

However, it's been more than 8 months but I haven't received my DL. It is clearly mentioned that I don't need to visit the RTO as renewal comes under faceless service and will deliver to me.

But for a long time, the application is pending at "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" at the counter "ADC10"

RTO Name: BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN

Kindly look into this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the Renewal of DL with address change online and paid the required fees as well. This was done on[protected]. Till now the application is in process, Complaint raised on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ website as well, but no use, no response.

Please advise. It is a contact less / visit less process under which i had applied.
