RTO India — Delay in Hypothecation Removal Approval RTO KA51

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay in processing my Hypothecation (HP) removal request.

I had submitted all the required documents for Hypothecation Termination at RTO KA51 office on 02-Apr-2026. However, even after several weeks, the approval has not yet been completed, and there is no clear update on the status.

I have already fulfilled all the requirements, including submission of NOC from the financier and necessary forms. Despite this, the process is still pending without explanation.

This delay is causing inconvenience as I am unable to proceed with further vehicle-related activities.

I request the concerned officials to:
1. Expedite the hypothecation removal process
2. Provide a clear status update
3. Complete the approval at the earliest
