RTO India — Delay in print and dispatch of form 7(smart card) of driving license

I have been waiting for my driving license whose application number is [protected] and as per my DL status my driving license number is MH47 [protected]. I had passed my application and test on 22/03/2022 and it generally takes about 2 weeks to print and dispatch it but in my case it has took almost twice the time and it hasn't even started yet.
I request you to take immediate action on it and provide me with my driving license as soon as possible. please find attached screenshot of the website showing status of my driving license
