Rto India — Delay in RC registration

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Hyundai Venue car for personal use recently. I have made 100% payment on 12th April, and received the delivery of the car on 5th June. I have not yet received the RC book- digital or physical. As per the Vahan.Parivahan website, the dealer registration is done as of 6th May. The RC application is pending with Mr. Raju Suryabhanji Gotmare since 6th May. However, there is no progress since more than 3 months. I have taken a vehicle loan from my employer and need to submit the RC book for further loan processing, else my salary will be suspended. I have tried enquiring personally at the RTO office multiple times but there is no response from anyone at the office. This is causing me a lot of distress. A straight forward process shouldn’t be taking this long and an honest tax payer should not have to resort to unethical/ extreme measures to get their work done at the RTO office.
Requesting you to take expedite this matter if possible. Current status from Parivahan website is attached. My registration details are below-
