RTO India — DL dispatch is pending at rto level process incomplete by one month

My DL Applications in pending at RTO KATNI MP21 MADHAYPRADESH.
I have an issue with RTO Office KATNI.

DETAILS OF APPLICATIONS ARE AS UNDER:

1- All the DL applications below is approved by RTO, print on form 7, issued and dispatched manually through RTO office KATNI is completed, but all applications below is not disposed online in portal. DL dispatch is showing pending at RTO level for a long duration.
Kindly take action to complete for the final process at PARIVAHAN SEWA portal.

2- I also have an issue that all the below DLs is not available on DigiLocker. so please take action to process all the applications completely as soon as possible.
