RTO India — DL stuck in scrutiny-document verification

Hi, i gave the DL test for bike and 4 wheeler on 22nd September 2020, and I had passed both of them.
This is with the Jammu RTO
However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verificiation stage (its been more than 30 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesnot change at all.
Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

Hi, i gave the DL test for bike and 4 wheeler on 10th November 2020, and I had passed both of them.
This is with the Borivali RTO
However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verification stage (its been more than 30 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but does not change at all.
Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

How much time it take in scrutiny process ?
My application for LMV is stuck at Application is under processing at RTO level.

Duplicate DL request pending for 2 months, can you pls help?
