RTO India — Driving licence issuance

I submitted my application for renewal of driving licence with app no [protected] and subsequently visited the rto (Mall road, delhi) and submitted my documents after verification on 1st june 2020. I was told it would be delivered in 4-5 days. Subsequently, i got sms saying the dl has been printed and dispatched via speed post no:ed[protected]in. The tracking id shared with me showed no package and the dl has not been delivered yet as on 22nd june 2020. There is no update either online through sarathi nor any response from the rto mall road. I also complaint on the sarathi email for customer service, but they refused to acknowledge the complaint and said they only provide technical support on application. Being a doctor, at these testing times my priorities lies in treating the patients, but this callous attitude leaves me bothered to run around from office to office looking for my dl, for no fault of mine.
