RTO India — Driving License Name Change Request is pending

My Name as per Driving License - TN[protected] is Sampath Kumar N but my name as per Aadhar and Passport is Sampath Kumar Natarajan [Initial N is expanded as father name] I requested to change my name as per Aadhar against application No [protected] Dt[protected]. I have even attached Affidavit given by Notary Public for this name change. Please find attached the acknowledgement copy for the application. Help me to resolve this name change issue
