RTO India — Learning licence approval pending by RTO Pune

Hello sir/mam,
I am Isha Mhetre, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO PUNE (MH12) Maharashtra, I passed the test on 03/05/2026, Its been almost 5 months now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
