RTO India — learning license is pending for approval

I have online applied for a new learning licence on 30.10.2019 and also passed my test as on 21.12.2019 which was conducted by pawan kumar sharma. At the same date he told me that within in 4 to 5 days i will receive a message regarding my learning license but i am still waiting for the same. Till time i have not received any message from rto. When i have checked my application status it is still showing under processing (Approval of ll by licencing authority) at rto level.
Kindly resolve the same issue as soon as possible.
