RTO India — LL Application Rejected

Hi, this is Aakarshit Sharma, I've applied for LL for 2 times Online with adhar authentication, gave test, passed it, but after that my application got rejected both of the times, i contacted sarathi helpdesk after my first application rejection they told me that there were some violations in test that's why it happened, but now I've given test in a proper room, no disturbance at all, so how can regional RTO reject my application, i know the reason why, the reason is they don't get their bribe money, so now I've to reach any dalal otherwise I'll not get my license, it's all the game of RTO office and dalal's, this happened in Bijnor RTO (UP20).
