RTO India — My Vehicle NOC is pending with status PENDING AT NOC-VERIFICATION

Hi,
I applied for my vehicle NOC online application number : KA220927V2543619 on Parivahan website on 27-Sep-2022 . It clearly said that I do not need to visit the RTO. Since then the status is showing as PENDING AT NOC-VERIFICATION. I also raised a grievance from the Parivahan website Grievance no : KA/64/VH/08112022/2505202.

I am yet to receive any information on why my NOC application is not being processed and my grievance not being addressed. I also sent emails to the Karnataka RTO KA03, but with no replies.
