Rto India — next 30 days slots are not available

Sir, i am from assam, nagaon.

I have been trying to book slot for my learner license but everytime it says next 30 days slots are not available

It's happening every time i try to book slot, when i ask the district transport employees they told me that u have to try at exactly 12:00am at night, even that also i am trying still i can't book my slot bcoz at that time i do not used to get the otp in my mobile phone it already over.
